What do you like best about the product?
I have nothing but good things to say about ExpertVoice! Every employee I've interacted with has been excellent: they've all had great personalities and been attentive, savvy, and committed to ensuring that our brand has a positive experience. I've actually worked with EV in two different roles, and no matter our budget, EV has solutions to increase revenue by getting education to the folks who influence buyer decisions. An excellent brand partner!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike about ExpertVoice! The only hiccup I encounter is that when shipping gratis products to bigger retailers, the likelihood of it getting to the Expert who took the module is lower. That leads to dissatisfaction and less willingness to take more modules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The brand I work for currently has a team of broker sales reps. Our brand is still small, so the amount of time a given broker devotes to educating retail staff is limited. By creating lesson modules in EV, I can control the messaging that I want the retail staff to hear, and which product features and benefits are the most important to emphasize. We also get great engagement with The Vitamin Shoppe, which isn't a retailer that our brokers call on. That audience is hungry for education, and we weren't set up to provide it to them without EV.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to educate and incentivize our retail accounts. I love that our ExpertVoice team is always so willing to help us put together the best lessons and campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, we love everything about ExpertVoice and we are very thankful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ExpertVoice is helping us solve the problem of being unable to be everywhere at once. It gives us the ability to provide our retailers with easy access to education without needing to constantly be in the stores training.

ExpertVoice has a large pro community and audience we would otherwise not reach with our pro discount programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are downsides to ExpertVoice. We just need to continue to leverage the platform with fresh brand and educational content to keep the sales coming.

Expertvoice is connecting us with a larger audience of pro athletes, shop employees, and influencers than we could reach on our own. Our eCommerce sales benefit from increase business from Expertvoice

What do you like best about the product?
Our collaboration with ExpertVoice and its team of specialists helped us come up with a strategy to both have an immediate impact on our DTC presence as well as stand out in a competitive market for athlete recovery tools. Most importantly, it helped us build our brand and continue to extend its reach through the experts on this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
While there cannot be a price tag on building your brand, I would love to see programs specifically targeted at emerging brands, startups and category disruptors that work with smaller budgets than established brands.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building our brand and putting our product in the hands of experts that will hopefully share their experience with others, allowing us to showcase our advantages over other compeitor products.
