What do you like best about the product?
Annex has some of the most attentive and knowledgable Customer Success individuals (shout out to Jake!) Every email is followed up promptly and usally the answer is quickly attained. Any improvements we have asked for have been worked on or put in the roadmap. Overall the entire platform is easy to use and clearly show MoM growth in both loyalty members and in revenue.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a better analytics portal so that I dont have to export everything and manipulate it in excel. But it is on their roadmap, which is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Annex keeps track of all of our loyalty members for 5 different regions. It tracks the amount of points being collected, used and expired. It give us the ability to add new loyalty reward options on a flexible basis.

What do you like best about the product?
Definitely what I like best is how open they are to training us and answering any questions we may have. In the beginning, it was a bit confusing but it has helped us retain our loyal customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe reporting can be improved. Make it much simple. We are all busy, and the easier it is to get a report the faster we're finished.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well with the new initiative of awarding our loyal customers, it has helped strengthen that relationship and ensure future business. Customers are happy and so are we.

What do you like best about the product?
After evaluating several competitors, we decided to work with Annex Cloud because of their customization and expertise with complex and multi-national companies. Our implementation timeline was extremely tight and Annex Cloud worked with us across many timezones to deliver all features by the deadline. I was impressed by their team's integration into our IT's team's workflow and how prompt they responded to any roadblocks that came up. Additionally, our customer service team has found using the platform very issue to handle customer disputes.
What do you dislike about the product?
With Annex Cloud being the experts in loyalty solutions we'd love to see a more proactive approach on what additional things we could be implementing or doing to optimize the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Annex Cloud implemented a loyalty program for us that has helped to improve retention rate.

What do you like best about the product?
We appreciated the ability to have a rewards and review platform that integrated with our Netsuite SCA website and store. Other rewards programs we evaluated could not integrate into the website and backend UI without extensive development time. Our CSR's are able to update points and issues rewards from the backend UI of Netsuite which they appreciated. Customers are also able to self manage on the website themselves and apply reward points. It does most things you expect a Rewards and Product Review platform to accomplish. And if using Netsuite Suite Commerce Websites and Netsuite ERP this is a solid choice to go with.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few features on the backend that we could not do on our own and self-manage. However, the Annex team was always very willing and responsive to helping us accomplish a campaign we would want to execute on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They solved the integration into Netsuite ERP for a rewards program. Benefits for us included launching a rewards program for thousands of our customers without burdening my tech team.

What do you like best about the product?
This application help more into customer segment to build trust. I liked refferal program very much. From user content solution is the best part of it.Its better than other competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
This one is still growing and waiting for many more updation into it.customer acquisition part need to to be more improved. At the user side need little improvement
