What do you like best about the product?
It is an easy to use CRM allowing for multiple roles for users. There is possibility of using pipeline, automation, reports and telephony integrations. It is quite easy to set up compared to other CRMs.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the CRM provides multiple things out of box, you still need the help of integrations or use the APIs to build your own logic. For example, one of the glaring missing item is how the lead should be allocated to the sales team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoho CRM has been pretty useful in ensuring one has a very clear path for leads to customer flow. Being able to send emails to leads automatically through workflow and set templates allows us to engage with leads on time.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. All of their applications under zoho oone is not configured to colabarate with each other well. 2. limitations on the account level settings and structure. 3. Some custamizations are hard to achive.

it solved out large number of lead management system with its CRM and also it helped our marketing team to achive allot with the campaigns and SAles IQ. also it helped our company structure to be more documented and structured one.

The thing I dislike about this application is that, there are several elements that some people may find less advantageous. Like Zoho CRM's extensive features and customization options may present a problem for first-time users or those not familiar with CRM programs. The training curve can be high, needing some time to effort to be aware of and make use of the full range of functions.

The most significant problem that Zoho CRM deals with is the spread and unorganized customer data that companies frequently experience. By centralizing customer data within a database, Zoho CRM will help companies maintain a holistic view of their customers. It allows users to store and access important details for example, contact details, communication history, lead status, and purchase history in one place. This centralized approach removes the requirement for manual data tracking, reduces data duplication, and enhances data accuracy and reliability.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using our organisation's Zoho services for years, and it has been an incredible journey. With the introduction of Zoho One, we can now access all Zoho Apps at one place, making operations more accessible and faster. This integrated business solution comes with powerful analytics and reports features, enabling organisations to get valuable insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoho One is new in the industry and is still in the learning phase. You might find some features missing or complex to locate, but that's something which will improve over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoho One is an excellent solution for businesses using different software tools to execute their sales, marketing and operations. Earlier, we were using other tools for billing, an additional tool for CRM and a separate tool for managing our marketing funnels, but by Zoho One, we can now carry out all these tasks from a single window.

What do you like best about the product?
It has everything that a CRM must have. User access is simple, each stage of sales has been defined, very convenient to directly update the leads, contacts and deals through Outlook.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not find anything to dislike with ZOHO CRM. It works well for me.

- Keeping records of sales cycle. - Complete database of leads and contacts for all geographies and industry verticals. - Deal tracker and reminding with the records that I have maintained for taking the follow ups. - Sales analytics to track down KPI's. Account management of Inbounds and outbounds during the sales cycle.
