What do you like best about the product?
A nice CRM with nice sales pipeline. Nice Hierachy of Workspace, Project, Tasks. Easy to use Chat, including on the mobile app. Clean interface. No steep learning curve, get the basic in a matter of hours. Their onboarding tasks list is excellent, if you complete it all you'll be an expert in no time. I tried MANY project/task management solutions before deciding which one to pick as and wanted one that also had CRM. This was my choice.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have a bit more colour added to the UI/UX and in a manor that is customizable through the entire colour spectrum. Needs more integrations to storage services like dropbox etc. It does not seem to remember the view choice in some instances, defaulting to Kanban even though I want to use list view. Although you can add custom fields you can't choose where they appear within the app, an example would be that it has multiple social media sites as default like Facebook, linkedIn, Twitter but it does not have for example, YouTube. You can create YouTube as a custom field but it cannot be put in the same place as the other social media sites so it's detached. Adding video chat native would make this app unbeatable. Flowlu should serriously consider it. This are all minor improvements that should be easily achievable and these are not dislikes but rather a wishlist to take the app up another level to what already is a high level.

They are quick to answer questions, and the roadmap and ideas shows intent to improve the porduct and continue to invest in developing further. This is critical to any software solution. Too many build a product, launch, then don't continue to improve much after that. Those apps always end up failing, Flowlu is being updated continuously.

What do you like best about the product?
Flowlu is one of the best business management platforms. We can manage many performances quickly like creating to-do lists, creating projects, managing CRM, managing teams, tracking finances, etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides to using it. It is a wonderful and straightforward tool.

Flowlu helps in business in many ways. It allows us to track leads, manage opportunities, close deals, etc. It also helps to track finances so we can make proper decisions related to finance.

What do you like best about the product?
Flowlu is really hard to describe. Think about an all in one business management tool, that is aimed at small and medium businesses but ports over incredible enterprise level features that you would otherwise find in top level CRMs, top level PM tools and such. It's like they ran around and picked out the best features out of all the market favourites, and stuffed their tool with these. For instance, their CRM has a round robin feature for leads. I worked at an enterprise using Salesforce and they couldn't set that up. Absolutely nuts. It's also very utilitarian, and sometimes rigid in functionality, but paired with a paranoid security team I am ok with that. However as long as they will listen to customers it will keep improving.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some features can be a bit rigid, and the team could listen a bit more to the suggestions of their clients. But overall it's small things, not critical to business operations. More like, trying to explain to a drill sergeant to be more creative, that kinda up-slope suggestions XD Workflows can be set up in many different ways and with automations and a rock-solid API, but if you're missing a feature, like for instance I miss proposals, then it becomes problematic.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's like that meme with a swiss knife that has a million layers, that is Flowlu. You can run an entire business on this, you can run a freaking enterprise on this too. That's crazy. I've tried out tons of tools that only support one fraction of the capability Flowlu has and cost double. I just hope it's around for a long long time and keeps improving in the bits and pieces that can still be improved. That's all.

What do you like best about the product?
Flowlu is the best tool for project and data management. This tool was very simple and easy to use. The CRM feature in this tool is quite amazing. It has some amazing feature which is helpful from the business point of view. We can easily complete and manage tasks on this software.

Some features which are missing in this software are website development,email marketing, a client portal and recurring payments. They, should add some more features to this tool and improve its interface. Otherwise, it is a great tool to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it’s intuitive and helps me to manage my business easily. I’m a newbie in CRM software and Flowlu is my first experience, but I can say that it’s well-designed and user-friendly. Even I, a person who never used such things, managed to figure everything out for a few weeks. I mostly use task management and accounting tools, but there are really far more features out there. Nevertheless, Flowlu does not overwhelm me in any way due to its simple interface.

What do you dislike about the product?
It’s still developing, but I don’t consider it a disadvantage. Flowlu is rapidly growing and evolving based on customer feedback, so I’m happy I can be a part of this process :)

I bought Flowlu as a complete solution for a small startup because I didn’t have much time and resources to spend on complicated apps and tools. Flowlu is simple but still very comprehensive.

What do you like best about the product?
I was looking for a viable platform that would make my business more profitable and easier to run and manage to meet my requirements for a very long time. Some platforms offer similar functions to Flowlu but Flowlu offers speed, performance and overall product quality. What do you like best about the product?
UPDATE: After trying to use it for months, I've abandoned this software. WAY too buggy and frustrating; settings disappearing, clients not able to complete payment, and more. And if you don't use your account for several days, they want to delete it. (What made me choose Flowlu was the "all-in-one" nature of the platform. They have packed SO MUCH into this business management suite. I genuinely hope I do not find any reasons ever to need another service.)

UPDATE: Pretty much the whole experience was horrible. (Well, the platform's robust nature is also its main challenge; there's a lot to learn and get familiar with. Although, this is where they've gone above and beyond, in my opinion. Their onboarding process takes A LOT of the overwhelm away.)

UPDATE: Flowlu didn't solve anything for me. The platform ended up being a significant time-waster and source of frustration. (The main benefit I'm getting with Flowlu is the ability to manage everything in a single platform. It's great to have ONE central place to log in and control everything, from contacts to sales to projects and finance.)

What do you like best about the product?
The cohesiveness of all the elements/features of the software is outstanding; - they all integrate very well. The project management feature, in itself, is comparable to many standalone programs, and the addition of mindmaps and collaboration tools makes this product complete. Technical support, the few times I've needed them, has been great!

What do you dislike about the product?
A form builder would be great to have. With all these features and capabilities comes a substantial learning curve, though we found a means to merge our business processes into the software over a few months.

Flowlu is a comprehensive solution for project management and CRM software. Especially when you don’t want to have a dozen separate systems and drown in integration efforts. The interface is easy to use and there are some amazing features such as fully automated task-flow INSIDE the system itself. Beware of automatic renewals, and enrollment in automatic renewals without opt in. We contacted Flowlu support immediately upon seeing the automatic membership renewal, and they refused a refund despite the fact that we were no longer using the software. When we inquired whether we had been asked to opt in to automatic renewals at sign up, Flowlu support refused to provide an answer, and stopped communicating with us.

What do you like best about the product?
I LOVE the project management tool. I have been able to organize all of my scatter thoughts, projects and goals into an easy to understand platform. My tasks are now getting done, whereas before that would often be forgotten. I can also see my progress in project completion, and organize tasks by priority. I honestly don't know how I got anything done without FlowLu.

It's not as "pretty" as other apps (ie Trello). But does that really matter?

The speed - both mobile and web - are outstanding for me. And the UI UX is what makes it fun to use. We are often boxed in when it comes to the functionalities for CRM when in the field so we love the powerhouse that is the Flowlu Android Mobile app. We are excited to save time with the automation in the future.

What do you like best about the product?
As an Accounting Firm, we have recurring tasks. We tested the CRMs task and project workflows. Flowlu allowed us to create tasks, where we can automate the task naming by just creating a task rule in the worfkows. This will help us identify numerous similar tasks. Workspaces are now a must for any CRM. Flowlu has it.

What do you dislike about the product?
The missing features that are a must - a client portal, contract signing and telephony integration. Multi-currency billing is also required, with borderless business becoming the norm. Having said this, the road map looks promising. If the features in the roadmap are implemented, Flowlu can be a strong contender for the Top ranking CRM out there in the market!

We have numerous projects active at any point in time. Flowlu has made it simple to manage these projects. We can get unbilled project reports, time spent on each project and overdue projects. Flowlu is really simple to start and use. It has a very much planned, easy-to-use interface that is not difficult to work with and explore. You can manage your entire team and business in one single spot. You can effectively follow up leads, manage clients and handle messages with it, which demonstrates a colossally advantageous. It has, essentially, all you need to put together and maintain your business. Flowlu has numerous helpful additional tools like time tracker, knowledge base, mind maps, and so on. The cname and integration with email are extremely valuable for communication and also allows you to increase the brand authenticity.

At the moment of this review, the client portal and recurring payments are not available.

1. No easy way to duplicate a task or a project which leads me to my next point. 2. A lot of the process require some extra steps. For instance, you can only create a template on the Task panel. You're not able to do this within the project you're currently populating or working on. So if you started working on a project and would like to convert it into a template that won't be possible. 3. You cannot bulk edit multiple tasks like change their due dates or the assignee in just a few clicks. 4. The way they structure the projects, folders and tasks doesn't work for me. I think the structure lacks hierarchy.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Flowlu is an all-in-one solution. Many other apps state this but they really fall short. Go get Flowlu! I really like the project management features as well as the CRM features. The invoicing is also a very nice way for me to run my business end-to-end. The communication features really help my team get dialed into our outreach and sales. The pipeline feature is a really nice feature too. It is amazing that other apps just focus on one thing and Flowlu has most of them included.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see some more customization options as well as a UI update in the near future. The UI is very detailed and complex but easy enough to figure out, I do like the fact that their onboarding check list really did a good job of navigating all of the complex features. Definitely a learning curve since there are just soo many features.

CRM, Financials, project management, sales, basically running my business from all aspects of sales to communication with my team. I am now able to stop using multiple apps to get things done and get all of the work done under one hood.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI has a modern look and feel. It's easy to navigate different areas, mainly using a menu on a left bar area with sub-menus fold and unfold when clicked. Support is super fast with in-app chat & email options: their knowledge base and help articles are beneficial. The best parts of Flowlu are its Kanban, Gantt Charts, and project and task workflow automation.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike, but I would caution people that it can be overwhelming as it has a ton of features. So, one should take one step at a time when setting it all up for their business rather than trying to do everything very quickly. Leave the features and options that you don't need, at least when you start using Flowlu for the first time.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't expect this to be like your Quicken software or similar software. But it is pretty powerful as it has a ton of features. It can be very overwhelming, and so just word of caution that when you get this app and when you log in, you're going to see so many features. So you have to go one by one and try to use every feature and dig deep at first.

The biggest problem I am solving for my business at the moment with Flowlu is being able to track opportunities, project management, and task tracking. I am also looking forward to a built-in client portal for my clients when available soon.

Many functions - the ones you need to keep track of customers, leads, projects, and tasks. You can track time spent on tasks/projects. The mind-mapping feature is so useful! The whole platform is very reliable - not had an outage since I started using it. Support is responsive Communications are great. Seems to be regular updates, and there's a commitment to an ever-growing roadmap. The potential of this platform is huge - it's only going to get bigger!

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the client portal to arrive! It is promised later this year 2021) so there's plenty of time. I'd really like to have some control over the interface, in terms of colour preference for example. Some quirky-ness in the tasks (like sub-tasks get listed as tasks, so the screen gets busy quickly) - but again I am sure such things will improve over time.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The key benefit is not using several tools to do the same jobs - I can go into Flowlu and get the full CRM/task/project for clients and leads. I can also set tasks for teams. And when the client portal comes that will further enhance my efficiency, but will also boost client-facing capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
Considering this, I am neither bewildered or overwhelmed by the user interface. Page layouts are clear and critical information is easy to find, even if they aren't showy. On the subject of complexity, you can easily turn off features you don't need in the settings and expand capability in areas you do need with custom fields, automations, and workflows, among other things. I am a firm believer in specialized tools for each critical business function. Each tool has its own tool for project management, CRM, email inquiries, and billing.

- Mobile app needs some enhancements - No customer portal as of today (although one is on the way)

If you're searching for a solution to assist you manage projects that involve numerous individuals and require many types of project management, including time management, I recommend Flowlu. The customer service team is extremely helpful. While there is a lot of project management software on the market, Flowlu is one of the few that is focused on more than just project management. Flowlu can be considered an end-to-end solution with more relevant features, which is more crucial in addressing our needs.

For some time now we have purchased software to build our business. Tens of apps that promise a host of new characteristics and many advantages have been evaluated and analyzed. It's the first time (until now) that we've had an app with the entire bundle. Even if in the early phases, all aspects of Flowlu development were thought, planned, and properly implemented by the developers. We will mostly use this for us and are quite certain that the software will fully suit our company needs from what we have seen so far.

I really like the USP of this tool. It’s amazing, but it has a learning curve and I am looking for in detailed demonstrative video tutorials and lots more use cases and demonstrations in a real business situation. The CRM is pretty good, comparable to a dedicated CRM. The Invoice module has many and it is also very smart. The mind-mapping module is good to go. The customization is great, sometimes overwhelming as it gives so many options. But it's good once you know where it is. The chat support is also very helpful.

1. Flowlu is one of the most powerful All-in-One business platforms I have tested. So many platforms out there claim to have all that a business needs to manage its business operations, but most of them come short. Flowlu allows corporate owners to maintain all their business-related business in one place. Flowlu platform helps us manage and maintain all of our business-related day-to-day operations with one platform that does it all. 2. The platform is intuitive, super easy to use, and secure. On top of that, the App is fast compared to the previous platforms I have used. This platform is not in its early development stages. It is a very mature product and can handle many business use cases. 3. Behind a successful business, excellent customer service! The Flowlu team members are good listeners to their customers’ feedback. I have purchased many apps, but I haven’t seen a support team that cares about their customers’ feedback like this team. All my questions were answered very quickly within 24 hrs! When it comes to customer service, I wish there were more than 5 stars to give!

What do you like best about the product?
Flowlu provides a lot of functions in an all-in-one package, that allows a business owner (or administrator) a single, simple place to manage projects, financials, clients and most of the day-to-day business administration functions with his/her team. The Kanban and Gantt chart overviews make resource and staff allocation a breeze.

What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, all users can see the CRM, which means that specific "project guests" (when one deals with multiple clients) also have access to the centralised CRM. The calendar currently integrates only with Google Calendar, which is not ideal. Time tracking is only available per task, but not collatable by project. Only 1 assignee per task in a project.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run multiple, diverse projects for different clients. The single dashboard where we can see each team member's availability, the business and project's progress, and the ability to rapidly spin up new projects using Flowlu's built-in Agile templates have shortened our project onboarding times considerably. The ability to handle invoicing, project management and resource allocation from the same platform as your task scheduler, CRM, inventory and more makes Flowlu a great addition to any small-to-medium business.

I'd been looking for a well priced, fully functional CRM & Project Management workflow tool for some time and was delighted when I stumbled across Flowlu. Flowlu is a full-fledged business workflow tool that allows you to manage pretty much everything in your business from one central location. It has a well designed, user friendly interface that is simple to operate and navigate your way around. It also includes one of the best new customer on-boarding processes I've seen from a SAAS provider, utilising it's own tools in an excellent real time case study training for you. It enabled me to attach a calendar, integrate my email and import my contacts very easily and get up an running with my ongoing projects almost instantly. I also like the way it can generate potential opportunities just from an email. You can display your To Do list in the way that suits your brain. I really like the Kanban Board view, although sorting & filtering tasks through the basic list view will undoubtedly make managing a team much easier and result in greater productivity within the business, if used properly. Whilst I haven't got around to setting them up yet, this system can also handle proposals and invoicing which will again prove hugely beneficial. The fact that you can set up & store multiple templates for a variety of situations will also prove a great time-saver. And finally, one thing far too many small businesses don't do, is to create a knowledge base of answers to frequently asked questions, both with regard to internal processes and customer queries. However Flowlu again enables you to do this, quickly and easily and this can't help but provide any business with great long-term benefits and assist in their future growth. All in all, one of the most comprehensive and best value tools I've purchased for my consulting business. Thoroughly recommended!

What do you like best about the product?
First of all I get this nice feeling when I am using Flowlu - Everything seems well thought through and organized, and it is easy to find help in the knowledge base. What won me over was the possibilities of integrations with all the webhooks and REST API endpoints avaliable! With a system with such vast functionallity, documentation is very important and Flowlu is doing a good job here - it is covering a lot! When I was going to connect email accounts I quickly found a guide that was easy to follow and I got it working on my 1st try. I also like that it is possible to tweak Flowlu to make it fit my business and way of using it.

What do you like best about the product?
I personally like how every important business function is under one roof. Flowlu does it all for us. Projects, a powerful CRM, client management, tasks, friendly support and additional features such as mindmaps etc were all included with our purchase out of the box. No more switching tabs (although we'll be switching tabs within the dashboard), no multiple vendors, or no multiple subscriptions.

What do you dislike about the product?
As you can see, Flowlu does a lot and is packed with features because of this it has become a bit confusing to use at the start. Our team didn't "get it". But once we get the hang of it we were able to navigate through the features easily and manage our projects effectively. But still, the initial learning curve is steep and onboarding should be done better to flatten the learning curve. UI could be simplified further as well.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Flowlu helps us manage our SaaS business and the occasional client projects that we handle on a per-contract basis. So far it has done a great job in helping us because invoices, clients, tasks scheduling and more are included. Sprint management is also a good part of our workflow. There has been a significant productivity boost after learning the product which is of great ROI for any business, especially when we're working remotely.

We have used several CRM's in the past, but when we find out about Flowlu I couldn't help but take a look at it. It's already a pretty solid platform with lots of modules and functionalities. * They have a solid CRM * Task Management module * Project Management module * Invoices right within the platform * Knowledge base * etc And above all this you can have a white label version of the software with CNAME, SMTP, and branding options. The price, support and UI are to notch! All in all, Flowlu is becoming the cornerstone for my business

Nothing is so critical right now, but they do have things to improve: * You can embed so easily external information to the knowledge base * Some actions are lacking from their API's and Webhooks (they are working on it) *They don't have a multi-language support But let's be honest, they have been improving every single month. All-in-one functionality feels truly built together, not separate software stuck together like some competitors. My team loves that it allows them to see everything that goes on (or at least what I want them to see thanks to permissions) so they can stay in the loop on projects without having to reach out to me directly. What do you like best about the product?
I like the overall features of the software. I'm able to manage projects, tasks and collaborate easily with team members. I also like the additional apps that they have that allow me to use things like mind maps in time trackers. I also like the internal automations that I'm able to do as well as APIs and webhooks. I also like that I can easily integrate my email inbox inside of the system. Another benefit is the ability to create custom fields which allows me to create data points that I think are important.

With all of their robust features, some of my teammates thought it was a little challenging at first to use. I also think that their internal chat feature could be a little better. Lastly, I would like to see an upgrade to how the reports are displayed but that is a personal preference.

- The workspaces with different permissions/setups is ideal for our small teams of volunteers - I love the versatility of different project workflows to setup the Kanban boards - The calendar functionality is the best I've used! Finally, we can sync more than one calendar, and I can share our organization's calendar with other users (but only those I authorize!) - It is perfect that our volunteers and board members can integrate their emails into Flowlu, since it is an additional email for most. - We love that everything is in one place, finally. We've been using free PM solutions with google sheets and shared google docs for so long - it's exciting to finally have everything all in one place, and it saves so much time! - We also love the visual aspects of the online version (kanban, etc) great for different learners.

- We look forward to the upcoming app redesign for Android/iOS, but the app is still better than most we tested in our search. - We'd love more customizability in terms of aesthetics and visual components (colours, more customization within Kanban boards without exiting to the workflow) and custom fields we can create for profiles.

What do you like best about the product?
With Flowlu, so many things came together. First, CRM & Project connected in a tool have been a blessing for us. Every month we have to send clients a report about what are all the things that we have done for them. With Flowlu, it's taking less than a minute to copy all the things & add to the report. But the best part is that now we have become aware about how many additional things we are doing for our clients in addition to the regular work. Second, of course, various features of PM. We are still learning these, but we are using these features at the same time. Thirdly, I personally love the Finance tools. I am not using it for sending invoices yet. But simply seeing how much is the entire amount you are about to receive in a month is simply fascinating. Also, Finance tools are helping me in keeping my expenses under control. The reports are sufficient for me as of now.

What do you dislike about the product?
What I would love to have in Flowlu - First, for newbies like me, I think basic tutorials are needed. By newbies, I mean new to Project Management software. I personally am not very familiar with most of the terms that are used in current documents & tutorials. This may not be needed for people with experience in PM tools, but for me, it would add tremendous value. Especially pointing out how all the tools interact with each other. Second, the storage space. Initially, I thought 100 GB are enough for me. But now I feel in just a few months, my team is going to consume all of that. I am not sure if by archiving or deleting projects, space can be freed. If yes, then that may be helpful. Thirdly, email connections per user. When first I connected my first email in Flowlu, that time I realized how much this feature I am going to love. On any given day, I have to check 5 -6 of my main emails in various firms. So I wish if I could connect all of them in my account in Flowlu, that would be great frankly if some of users emails can be reduced to Zero, if I can add those to my account.

What do you like best about the product?
Until today, I have used many PM platforms and many platforms for collaboration, business and customer service. Finally, there's one tool that has it all rolled into one! At first, the large number of options is dizzying, but once you go through onboarding,everything becomes very logical and incredibly thoughtful. The customization capabilities of the tool for any business are absolutely amazing! Automation and workflows allow you to accurately set up ways to complete tasks and projects and all this in cooperation with CRM, which is great. API and webhooks allow integration with any tools on the planet :) I'm using Ssyncspider and I'm starting connection tests with my other applications. Great integration with corporate email and Gmail. Additional features such as invoicing, record lists, mind map or knowledge base, and great reports create a complete tool for managing a company. Whitelabel and connecting to your own domain is synonymous with professionalism for every client! Flowlu is a great alternative to many too expensive tools like Hubspot, Freedcamp (which I use) and offers more functionality.

I've been duct taping many different platforms together to try and get something functional for my business, while secretly wishing that there was an intuitive platform that combined everything I was looking for while also meeting the needs of a small business. Some of the smaller and less important aspects are a bit limited, for example it offers a mindmap tool (very cool!) but it seems a bit primitive. I initially purchased Flowlu to have an option making invoices with clickable pay button connected to Stripe and as a simply CRM. Well, Flowlu is not simple CRM at all! It is complete business tool what transforms my business to another level. I am glad that I gave it a try. My workflow gets quicker and Flowlu gives me a perfect summary of what, when and where I need to push myself also my small team. I can't understand how could I live without such a great business tool. I tried couple tools to manage my business before but with Flowlu everything seems to be on track so far. Dashboard is clear and well organized. It also comes with custom domain after recent update. I also like creating a mind map in Flowlu.

What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app needs an upgrade, but it is on the roadmap, and I am sure they will deliver it together with other languages support and switching between multiple currencies, as they promised. Someone in a previous comment here mentioned that the storage provided in available plans could be better. Well, it's pretty accurate as I can imagine a need for more storage within a larger organization or when delivering a project to be reviewed by a customer. I don't need much storage, so I am happy with what I have at the moment.

We have been looking to centralize our key workflows in CRM, finance, and project management and finally found Flowlu. After trying multiple free tools, I finally found a platform that can house these key steps in our business. It took a while for me to find all of these in one platform. Buying into Flowlu is like buying atleast 4 or 5 different products, all bundled into one and pre integrated. and that way, it does a very very good job. However, if you are looking for best of breed functionality from each singular tool, then its not the right fit for you.

There are a couple of things I like about Flowlu: a) Clean and simple Interface. The interface is not cluttered and I find that their color scheme allows me to do my work without distraction. b) It allows different types of structures - tasks, projects, work spaces which allow me to organize my projects and tasks. c) *** It allows you to create lists inside a task. This for me was one of its best features. I have tasks that have many subtasks. This helps me keep my main lists short and still keep track of everything I need to do. Eliminates distractions and makes me more effective and efficient. For example I am creating a workbook for a 24 week course has at least 24 tasks to create a workbook for each week. I can now simply define a major task (create workbooks) and within this task create a task list. d) It allows you to create your knowledge base with a collection of individual manuals and procedures. This is important to me as I am building my business. As I do, I am exploring and learning ways of doing things and establishing procedures - from managing my invoicing and accounting and feeding in the accounting information with all of its variant situations, to creating a website with courses, forums and other features. I was about to purchase another app that allows you to do this - and found it in this app. It allows me to create knowledge bases where I document each procedure. The outcome is a course like structure for each, with a navigation panel, and pages where I can insert text, video, photo and links - AND I do not have to use up my site´s storage it is all hosted on their site.

CRM is OK, and it will do the job, however, I would like to see some of the features that are available in other CRM´s.

What do you like best about the product?
I've tested out quite a few standalone CRMs and PMs in the past only to find certain limitations or disconnects that always turned me away. I decided to give Flowly a try and I was pleasantly surprised. I love being able to automate my CRM stages and auto-build a project when I win. This just makes everything so much smoother. I love being able to give a full snapshot of my business from a high level, analyzing everything from time spent to finances. If you prefer to see your business all within a single app instead of constantly switching back and forth, then Flowlu is for you.

Not really a dislike, more just waiting on more features. Don't get me wrong, Flowlu is packed full of features already, but I'd love to see certain things like duplicating options when creating workflows. I like that it has a vast number of customizable options and API access through Integrately. It seems to have unlimited opportunity for expansion. Even though I seem to already have far too many apps that can adequately handle my limited PM and CRM needs, (Plutio, NiftyPM, Workiom, Infinity, CompanyHub) I was drawn to Flowlu first by the user enthusiasm but then came back to stack more simply because the sheer complexity of it, even at this early stage, made it seem like a powerhouse that I'd regret not getting.

The complexity of the options suggests you need prior context. Once you figure how to set it all up, it takes the stress out of project management by giving you an overview of your entire project and all the connected projects.

Flowlu allows me to have an affordable practice management solution along with a CRM and I can also keep a track my funnel all in one place. The knowledge base will be a great help for me as I move forward because I can update it as a go and I don’t have to go to a separate application to make those changes, and I can add videos to the Knowledge base too. I don’t like that I can’t create and send forms from within Flowlu, but it’s not enough to make me choose another provider.

Being into Tech Consulting for corporates and agencies, we need a robust platform with the scope of limitless customization and that's where Flowlu gets the maximum rating possible. We are happy with the automation, project management, workflows, email inclusivity feature, and likewise every other feature. It is really a platform to rely on for your business management.

With the speed at which this platform is improving, I feel by the time I am writing any concerns with them, the team would most likely have been working on that aspect of the software. The only issue I feel is the lack of resources to understand the platform in detail for a beginner and that is justified because they are including new features aggressively and they shall do the documentation and tutorials only when all the modules are connected to this giant setup.

What do you like best about the product?
The CRM is exactly what I was wishing for. Flowlu integrates seamlessly with both of my Gmail accounts and my Google Calendar, as well as pulling in my Contacts. It seamlessly links emails and calendar events with contacts, integrates naturally with the task and project management functionality, and allows customization to add any additional information I want.Flowlu's Knowledgebase is very comprehensive - both for learning the tool as well as for creating your own knowledgebases. On top of all that, it also includes integrated Mindmapping, a robust Knowledgebase, and Mobile Apps. And it does all this without skimping or cutting corners in any area, along with providing a lot of flexibility and customization. The UI is well thought out, and it's easy to take it a step at a time using only particular features to avoid overwhelm.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, really. I think the product can continue to be improved on. There are certain sections of the UI that I'd like to switch back and forth from more easily or see side-by-side. Also, I'd love to see a native Office365 integration for pulling in email and Calendar events (and contacts).

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that Flowlu has been instrumental in solving has been its integrated, simple, and intuitive CRM so that I can keep track of conversations with coaching clients, mentees, & mentors. The integration with Gmail/Gsuite/Google Calendar is phenomenal. It does a fantastic job of linking everything up and presenting it in one place to stay on top of all the communication and events, which saves a lot of time. What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding was remarkable, and the features helped in deciding why our business needs to stop paying for multiple tools every year. It was about time we started using everything under one window and cut costs. The additional facility of having a custom domain and the IP whitelisting makes our internal using of the tool, a bit more secure. Task management along with time tracking is helpful. The best thing is that it has GTD and Kanban together. We found that the invoices are fully customizable and we liked the additional benefit of having custom fields. Thank goodness the roadmap looks promising too.

Limited features in the mobile app. Also, we found that the website serves a bit slow on our end. Maybe they need a better CDN for our region. Perhaps a whitelabel client portal soon

I've used another CRM until I've found this one, and it was overly complicated. The interface is essential for fast use, and Flowlu nailed it with me. There are a few things that I miss from my old CRM, but hopefully, they'll get implemented in Flowlu down the road. (they have to do with white-labeling the app) Overall, it's a much better CRM for me. I'm happy that I've made the switch. It saves me a lot of time that I've wasted on administrational activities. All I'm waiting for now is for them to release a Customer Interface. If they do that, then it will really cover all the remaining essentials that I need.

I can't say I "dislike" anything at the moment, but I would love it if they could implement a Customer Interface so that I can close the circle entirely with my customers. What do you like best about the product?
I have checked out Adam.ai, Gitscrum, and found this. This is the most conclusive Project Management that you can find out there. What's really interesting is that it has Finance section to create invoice, and estimate. I don't have to use WaveApp to do this and import it to my CRM or other Project Management. Besides, I don't have Quickbooks or other accounting apps for now, this does what I need as a small web and app development start-up. I don't like to complicate my workflows with many CRMs and Project Management tools, and other web-app. Flowlu really takes all the headaches away because it has everything I need at this moment and more. My small team is already so excited to use this! Thank you for making this product affordable and available to me!

So far nothing, the Customer Support responded even during weekends. That's fantastic!!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solved one of the great hurdle of working on various webapps and switching between one to the other. I just need one straight-forward tool to manage my projects, discussed it with my team, and create estimates and invoices for clients. It links to my PayPal and other payment accounts too. My finance guy can easily extract whatever informations here in Flowlu to work on it. It just works.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used several CRM options, both paid, lifetime (through Appsumo), and free. But every time I ended up missing core features to my business. I had to rely on several software applications to help me with my data. And using several software applications will give you human errors... I found Flowlu at Appsumo and I bought a code to try it out. And oh boy! I fell in love with Flowlu! I immediately stacked 5 more codes, just to have more storage and to give my support. I began transferring my data from multiple software applications and could cancel multiple subscriptions (that felt so good!) and was stunned by the options I found to be included in Flowlu. The roadmap solved some missing features (minor) I found and are already planned. I really am so happy I found Flowlu! Now I can work the way my mind works, organized in one space. Even my employees love Flowlu, and that never happened before. I can't wait for the Customer Portal, so I can fully use Flowlu. And the support! Really helpful docs, video's and walkthroughs. The documentation is so absolute complete, walks you through every step with easy to follow images and video's. I didn't find something and asked the support desk, they helped me, even thinking with me to solve the use case I presented.

What do you like best about the product?
We had been watching the Flowlu community online for a while before purchasing and are now very happy with our choice. Flowlu is exactly what we have been looking for to manage our growing business. Flowlu allows us to have all our systems in one place and easily integrates with other tools we are using. If you want to be able to manage your business from one spot, this is the tool you need. My favourite tools are: CRM (of course!), finance tools, mind maps and the soon to come client portal which I am sure is going to blow our mind. The Flowlu team is very responsive and listens to users. They also provide great use case examples in their Facebook group.

What do you dislike about the product?
If you do not follow the onboarding and try to set it up yourself, you may miss some important features. Learn from other people's mistakes ;) and follow the onboarding.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No more CRM spreadsheets that do not talk to our invoicing software. The main benefit is that everything is one place and new features are constantly being added.

What do you like best about the product?
I purchased a 1 tier license and had a little bit of time to get in and play around with this platform. It's rather easy to move around and get to what I'm looking for. I'm really looking forward to some upcoming tools they're working on. So far, the other aspects of the platform are quite brilliant. Looking forward to automating and streamlining my CRM. This would be a good platform to recommend to my other friends who are also business owners.

I did have a little struggle with the mobile app itself. Invoicing isn't as intuitive as I'd hoped, I couldn't figure out how to create an invoice on the fly. I'm out and about most of the time and would like to enter invoices from my phone. I'm guessing it's in the works.

What do you like best about the product?
i have tried using free and paid CRM like hubspot, salesflare etc, but none came close to Flowlu. The reason i like Flowlu not only the user friendly interface but the CRM, project & tasks management, email, knowledge base, mind mapping which are it's important to me. i recently just discovered that under the profile we can choose side bar menu or header menu which is kind of refreshing and fun to use. Setup is simple. i gotten full stack and looking forward to the features and implementation mentioned in the roadmap.

currently the function under user permission is only available as 2 tier system, admin and employee. i would love to see 3 tier system like admin, manager and emplyoee.

My most absolute favorite feature of all is the calendar integration. I LOVE that I can mark off each calendar event as a completed task. I used to delete no-shows or had to write notes in external locations so clients wouldnt see my notes. Now ..... my calendar is complete and my notes sync and live in Flowlu.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides .... but it would be nice to be able to change the color scheme to match my company branding ....especially if i will be inviting users and clients to use the platform.

For me .... Flowlu fit like a glove. The onboarding checklist is so simple yet genius. The Pabbly integrations are wonderfully simple to configure via Flowlu. I am able to automate my tasks creation each time I receive a payment on my proposals or invoices. It is like having a personal assistant!

We have tested many alternatives to Flowlu and this is by far the best one. Plenty of features, no bugs (up to now), intuitive layout. This is the first time that (up to now) we’ ve been presented with an app that offers the whole package. Although in early stages, the creators have thought, planned, and perfectly executed every aspect related to the development of Flowlu. We will be using it mainly as a CRM for our agency and from what we have seen up to now, we are pretty confident that the app will cover entirely our business needs.

What do you like best about the product?
By far the best thing for me about Flowlu is that I don't have to adapt the way I work to fit the product. I can configure Flowlu with my preferences, I can remove the parts I don't need or ignore them, and nothing is forcing me to adopt a specific approach. I have a vast mix of clients, and a single approach simply doesn't fit them, but for the first time, I've found a system that doesn't fall apart or overcomplicate that need. I like the look and feel of the system. It all makes sense and doesn't need hours of a steep learning curve to start making use of it. Where I add projects, I can add organisation and people all within the same space, I don't have to fully think about every step before I start. I can use the information I have to hand to get started and then complete the rest later. I can also customise, including white-label, and can configure it for the specific of each client.I also feel that I could introduce clients to it very quickly without worrying about giving them hours of my time to help them learn the system.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downsides for me right now are the lack of a customer portal, but it's in the roadmap for this year, so am happy to wait. I would have preferred an iPad app rather than having to use a phone app on my iPad, but using the browser works fine as it's a larger iPad and so again I can live with that.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I run very small projects for charities and community groups that tend to run for a long time and be quite bitty in nature so whilst they might be very busy initially, they taper off over a long time, but I still want to manage them in a specific way. This allows me to plan properly and record all the information that's sprayed all over various software and in notes and on paper from meetings, here I can easily store everything about my clients in one place regardless of the types of information. I also hope in the future to be able to use Flowlu to support volunteering efforts in my local community by using the software with the other volunteers I work with to better plan their projects. All of these projects have no budget and so being able to use Flowlu will bring them a massive advantage.

The price --> I think the price is outstanding as its totally affordable for users. 3. Customer support --> Max is the CEO and he himself answers many of the support questions. 1. The learning curve --> The software does take a bit of getting used to but once you have it down, things all start making sense. 2. This tool covers a lot of jobs to be done for organisations such as marketing agencies. I loved the CRM and Finances features. Especially the possibility to create your list of products and services in advance, so it's faster to create invoices and track everything later. I also love the possibility to have essential daily work tools such as email, calendar and task management in the same app. It definitely boosts productivity, and because of that is a must!

Some graphics look old-fashioned and I miss the integration with Integromat. But I can live with that!

What do you like best about the product?
As a start-up there are so many hats to wear and software options to buy to help capture data, set up processes that a solopreneur can not do alone. Nor have the money to. Each option can take a reasonable chunk out of the budget every single month (because who can normally afford to buy everything up front?). Then you have the complexity of integration so everything works seamlessly, so more not-so-inexpensive tech support $$. And different apps to open, systems to learn. An overwhelming but critical part of a new business. LTD's can be the go-to for cost-effective options. But with Flowlu, multiple browser tabs of 'similar (but not really) LTD's deals got shut down in a heartbeat. Because the Flowlu dashboard is the Mother Ship. Like, HOW could one app do so much? And everything connect and overlap with the next function with limited technology required? The Mobile App V2 is a work-in-progress but the Flowlu team seem pretty agile and responsive to the feedback and are building a product that can be tailored (and branded!) to every business. And I was having some serious FOMO but thanks to some of the Flowlu FB group members I am now FULLY stacked!

App needs tweaking but 2.0 is coming according to their roadmap. As is Client portal. Could do with wider integrations such a IFTTT, EDM creator to link with CSM

What do you like best about the product?
I love that this platform as the CRM, the practice management, the tasks, the billing, the invoicing, and more all rolled into one platform. It even has an internal and external knowledge base, allowing me to document all of my processes and procedures for future staff or for my clients. It will soon have a client portal which will help me to communicate securely with my clients.

What do you dislike about the product?
the CRM seems to have limited functionality. I cannot figure out to automate the process of sending external communications to potential clients as someone progresses to the various stages of a deal. I can do that using Pabbly or Zapier, but I'd prefer it to be rolled in to the platform.

I have too many tools and too many issues with them not working well together. Instead of having a separate invoicing, project management, CRM, knowledgebase, etc. — this one is all in one. What do you like best about the product?
To tell short, I appreciate the convenience and peace of mind it provides. And its great flexibility. For example, I can customize invoices so that they have our logo and color scheme. Another feature I can distinguish is its awesome API and, of course, its rich project management and customer relationship management functionality. The last one is extremely flexible as we can create as many stages as we need and adjust them to our business strategy.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be nice of the Flowlu team to provide some options to increase the storage capacity over time. For example, just to buy extra space. Everything else is quite good as far as I can perceive by now.

The main problem we faced earlier is the decentralization of numerous business tools – one app for project management, another for crm, and another one for more intensive collaboration. And now we have, at least, all of them in one box!

I like that flowlu can do alot without feeling bloated. It's great that the whole team can get a birds-eye view of what's going on. Flowlu also helps you stay on top of your finances and keeps cash flow front and center. Cash flow is king, and flowlu enables you to stay on top of it! I also really like their pricing structure. No longer are you penalized for growing. Their pricing sturcture is simple and fair.

What do you dislike about the product?
Their greatest strength becomes a weakness (temporarily). It's so feature-rich that it can initially be overwhelming for people to use. Once you get the hang of it, it's great. I'll take having to go over the learning bump once with flowlu versus having to learn multiple pieces of specialized software over and over again!

They have a free trial. Try it out yourselves and see if it's right for you.

What do you like best about the product?
I just used this software together for a meeting and it made the flow so much smoother than when we were just hopping on calls. So I am really enjoying using the software as a basic team collaboration project management platform as I am new to this type of format. There is a slight learning curve for me because I haven't used software like this before. I am able to get what I need to done and there are plenty of help articles. One thing that I really love to save time is creating the project workflow templates so that I don't have to continuously start from scratch. Time is really important to me. I can't wait to be able to incorporate all that it has to offer. I like that in the long run I can manage a lot more in Flowlu and get rid of some of the platforms that I am paying for monthly that in of itself is a win for me. I also love that you get the continuing updates and updates are constantly being pushed along with a promising roadmap. I am now working in it daily to improve my productivity.

I did not dislike anything really the only thing I think could be improved is the visuals. When looking from the dashboard in board view it was slightly confusing although I love board view in any board platforms I have used.

What we like is that Flowlu has the capabilities of our current system (especially, project management and agile software development) and more, including team messaging as part of its Swiss Army-style collection of tools – all in one place! Even if we may not leverage all tools, such as Invoicing, at my business, I am most excited about the ability to set up APIs and webhooks, to better integrate Flowlu into our app.

What do you dislike about the product?
Early tests of Flowlu are promising. I'd hope that they don't overreach, as in trying to please everybody with all possible bells and whistles requested, so that the software doesn't get bloated or sluggish.

Flowlu comes with a clean UI that is easy to navigate. With Flowlu, I can now prioritise, assign, and even set deadlines for each daily task. I can even chat within the app with my team to know the progress of daily tasks.

Sending customized invoices is easy but not suitable for Indian market taxation. Users can't send emails from a common email with their name. They have to add seperate emails.
