What do you like best about the product?
Proposify offers a commendable feature by enabling the capture of digital signatures within legally-binding documents, eliminating the need for additional expenses on external tools. The convenience of sharing proposal links via email directly through the platform enhances efficiency. Furthermore, the ability to track prospect engagement, including proposal views and time spent on each page, provides valuable insights for optimizing interactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The User Experience/User Interface aspect of Proposify exhibits room for enhancement, particularly in the proposal creation process. While the software offers impressive customization options such as varying font colors and alignments, there are instances where these customizations don’t persist and revert to the original settings. It has been observed that prolonged usage or extensive edits may cause font customization tools to malfunction, necessitating a tool restart. While there have been noticeable improvements in this regard over the past year, occasional occurrences of these issues still persist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proposify excels in its capability to capture digital signatures within legally-binding documents, all without the need to invest in additional tools. I appreciate the convenience of sending proposal links via email directly through the platform. The feature that allows me to track when a prospect has viewed the proposal, along with the insight into the time spent on each page, greatly enhances the user experience.

What do you like best about the product?
With the library of content and the simple drag-and-drop nature of Proposify, I can quickly create a wide variety of documents and proposals that look extremely professional. It is simple to add a signature or initial field. I can knock out proposals in a minute that used to take 15 minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve to the software (as there is with any new technology that you might adopt). There are some QoL improvements that could be made to further enhance the user experience. It is not intuitive on how to add large lists of items to a proposal, but once you learn how to do it, it is simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We did not have e-sign prior to adopting Proposify. Utilizing Proposify has also allowed us to have a uniform look to the proposals being generated by our 40 sales reps.

What do you like best about the product?
Proposify makes my proposals look professional and easy to track. The tool itself is great, but the customer support team is even better. They are available to help anytime and are knowledgable, professional and fun to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest snag with Proposify is that it is not fully compatible with Microsoft Word, including editing. Editing is pretty easy once you get the hang of it, which only comes from use of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proposify helps our company maintain a consistent look and feel to all of our proposals. It also speeds up our proposal writing process, enabling us to get professional proposals to our clients in a fast and efficient manner.

What do you like best about the product?
It's great to be able to edit documents even after sending, and the templates + content library make for easy updating across docs. The analytics on how long is spent is also helpful to see how in real time, if it's been viewed or if a certain section seems to be causing pause. Helps give insight to hesitations before speaking with the client.
What do you dislike about the product?
The editor (which they are in the process of improving is clunky) and the various font types don't naturally carryover to each doc which can lead to additional time fomatting templates. The tables aren't as flexible as they could be and limited to only certain widths. We also run into struggles with less tech savy clients who aren't familar with digital signatures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proposify helps us deliver documents via e-signature direct from our reps emails and not in spam. The expirations help us promote urgency and automate reminders helping speed up our overall sales cycle.

What do you like best about the product?
Proposify has helped solve a variety of issues and inconsistencies we were finding within our internal staff. The Proposify library allows for a one-stop shop of content, that is simple to drag and drop into a variety of documents. It is easy to update the content library with new language, graphics, etc. and have that carry over into our master templates, or allows for easy swapping of pages in the in-progress proposals. Proposify has eliminated the inconcistences we were finding throughout our company, and we now have a more streamlined and consistent proposal being delivered to our prospects. The e-signature on proposals has been a useful tool to create a legally binding document, without the need for an additional software or program to retrieve signatures. Their customer service has always been top notch. Between our email messaging with our direct representative, or the chat function with their team, we have always received timely responses and answers to challenges.
What do you dislike about the product?
The editing and formatting in Proposify can sometimes be a bit clunky and inconsistent. It is not as intuitive as formatting in a Microsoft Word or Excel product. We have catered our fonts, colors, etc. to our brand - but we have had some confusion for new users on how to update, how to add tables, and easier ways to copy in new information or update existing. We have had calls with their design team, and have had open and honest communication about some of our "wants" and their design team has been fantastic about listening to our suggestions and working on implementing fixes at a user-wide level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proposify makes the development and sending of proposals much easier and more efficient. We are able to send links and the electronic usage has made it easier to send and retreieve documents. Proposify also has a direct integration with our marketing CRM - making it easier to have updated information, have a clear pipeline to see how many proposals are in various stages, and allows for reporting metrics for firm personnel on $ amounts, opportunities, etc.
