What do you like best about the product?
I love that in Pandadoc you can add documents and attachments, switch out signers if needed, add collaborators and editors. It is such a helpful tool! I also love that PandaDoc will send you notifications as to when customers view documents, and as soon as they finish signing. It helps you keep track of documents effortlessly and I love it! I seriously don't have anything bad to say about Pandadoc. It's probably the best software out there for documents.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything bad to say about PandaDoc at all. It's seriously a great tool. It's better than Adobe or any other document software on the market, and it's only going to get better over time! It's definitely made my life easier.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to create docs seamlessly, being able to track progress of document viewing and e-signatures. Being able to edit discount amounts in real time. etc!

Unexpected Reorganization: On following the guidance, I was taken aback to find my 209 documents shuffled into a single folder. This completely disrupted my original organization, leading to a lot of inconvenience. Insufficient Forewarning: The guidance lacked any warning about the potential upheaval of my document structure. A preemptive alert would've allowed me to brace for the change or reconsider my actions. Workarounds Over Solutions: In the aftermath of the document disarray, the solution offered necessitated additional manual labor on my end. A direct fix or a way to revert the changes would have been a better approach. Conclusion: While the intent to assist from PandaDoc's support is clear, the ramifications of their guidance were unforeseen and quite disruptive. I'd urge potential users to be cautious and seek clarity on outcomes when receiving assistance.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that PandaDoc offers a fast and secure eSignature platform to secure the signature of a event services contract. The customer support is willing to fix any issue that you have. I like that PandaDoc offers an attestation page at the end of the document to show who signed the document and where it was signed including an IP address. PandaDoc is so reliable that I have switched from DocuSign to PandaDoc.

What do you dislike about the product?
Initially when I first started using the service, I didn't like the auto alignment feature of the field boxes because it would ironically make it harder to align the boxes that I wanted. However, throughout using the application, the misalignment issues have practically disappeared. PandaDoc is really on top of improving their platform.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc had helped me with an issue of their new autofill placement of fields. Initally, the autofill did not work as expected and was slow. However, with time and support, the autofill is more accurate and is able to place autofill fields where I want.

What do you like best about the product?
It does a great job of putting the signatures where you need them, attachments for proposals to back up your quote and people respond very quickly. When they don't it reminds them that they need to get this done. I have been very happy with it for the last 2.5 years and it is a necessary tool for my job.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a little hard to get around and add attachments, but that is because I am a little rusty at times. Nothing a good fresher can't fix.

Get's things for signature, and it is easy to have it forwarded. I must have sold $500,000 worth of deals in the last 18 months alone just based on using this, for speedy transactions.

What do you like best about the product?
Free version: 1. Application stability and performance 2. User friendly interface 3. Document library 4. Saved messages (save hours and hours of precious time) 5. The free version provides everything that most other similar services have in paid versions and those features are enough for small businesses to get started.

There is very little to dislike about PandaDoc. However, if I am really picky I would say: 1. The fields it selects to fill up automatically in a form are often not accurate 2. It does not automatically switch between selected signatories when adding the signature fields. 3. It will be useful if repetitive texts and phrases can be easily saved for reuse.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc has saved me many hours of long travel and given me the speed in getting contracts signed. It has provided the flexibility that was crucial for my business to make sure that the contracts can be signed without worrying about the availabilities in people diaries because now I send the documents electronically and they get signed flexibly as per the convenience of all signatories. This flexibility has also increased my reach beyond geographical constrainsts that previously applied.

What do you like best about the product?
I started using PandaDoc about 18 months ago. I was using Word, Email, Excel and Docusign - it was awful trying to keep it all straight and I had no real visibility to whether something had been opened, if it was being shared, etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside for me at this point is that I need a bit more flexibility but honestly they continue to upgrade the platform and a great many of my "wish list" items have been fixed or are in process.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basically I can 1) collect client information for legal documents and invoicing, 2) get legally binding signatures, 3) create proposals, 4) send MNDAs, MSAs and SOWs for signature. I have an approval workflow so my team knows what is being suggested to potential clients. It's so freaking easy to use and I don't have to re-create the wheel every time or worry about what I might not have changed. Nothing worse than sending a proposal with someone else's info in it! Doh!

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc has been a lifesaver for me and my company. With the pandemic, not all of our clients have felt comfortable returning to our services in person. PandaDoc has made it super simple to send clients documents to review and sign. Wish I'd known about this program when we first went into lockdown. It would have saved me a ton of time and stress!

What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issue is having to have an email. Not all of my clients share their emails. I like being able to text links to clients, but I wish we could enter their phone numbers instead of needing the email, just to copy and text the link. I am sure it's to verify the correct person is signing the document, but it's sort of inconvient.

Get it! It's amazing!

Throughout lockdown, I worked from home and needed parents to review and sign documents. It was near impossible to get the signatures I needed from clients and coworkers. What do you like best about the product?
The creation process is simple - easy to add fields to an existing document and import from another source (GDrive, hard drive, etc...) . I also love the reminders and updates to the status. The navigation on the UI is also very straight forward.

While I love the updates, there are a lot of them. I'm sure there is a settings page to fix this, but it hasn't bothered me enough to worry about taking action - really no dislikes.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is super easy to use for both the facilitator and end-user - simple, visually appealing, and fresh. I like that I can amend the dates to show in English UK format rather than English USA, and that I can add various options, i.e. yes/no, text, signatures, values - it's super helpful to be able to use this app for different formats. As a micro-business, this is the perfect solution for me.

What do you dislike about the product?
I currently cannot see anything that I would change or look to improve other than the price of upgrading! I would love to upgrade, but it's price prohibitive because I am a sole trader and have limited income. Should this ever change, I will consider upgrading!

What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to create and use both templates and documents. They are easy to track throughout the process. We also love that PandaDoc has a direct integration with HubSpot.

What do you dislike about the product?
Our team uses PandaDoc with the HubSpot integration, but that integration only works on some browsers which can be a little limiting for our team. We would also like a little bit more ability to edit all fields on a template at one time.

Our customers have to make updates to their accounts frequently, and most of those updates require a signed form. We use PandaDoc to send those documents for them to fill out and sign.

Pandadoc is simple, user-friendly and impactful. I and my clients no longer have to spend time back in forth digitalising a contract and signing it. Now it's all digital, free and can be done on the go (phone)

The only thing that is a little bad about pandadoc is that the free version doesnt let you add text blocks and then send them in a contract, so I took a long time to understand the I needed to upload documents as a pdf and not as a word document

What do you like best about the product?
I started using Panda in early 2021. Our IT Team switched us obver to Proposify for six months, which more than doubled (or even tripled ) the amount of time it took to create and edit a proposal. We have been back with Panda for around 12 months now and are really happy with the many improvements made in this time. We also love the way Panda integrates with Hubspot, Zapier, Xero etc.

Not really a dislike, but we would like to give more users access to view, but we have reached our capacity

What do you like best about the product?
Integration with Hubspot using templates ensuring a smooth process to move from a verbal to signed agreement- closed won! I have used several other platforms but find that PD provides the best process.

When sending via Pandadoc the email can get caught in the client's spam folder. I only send via my company email with the generated link that PandaDoc provides.

Templates that pull data from the Hubspot deal and populates both the proposal and contracts makes the process easy to use. As a sales executive the less time spent on preparing documents increases my time to engage leads and close more deals.

I love the intuitive use of the software to upload documents and set signing order. This ensures the hierarchy of my line mangers from bottom to top are maintained for memo approvals.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the flow when you need to reupload a document when a new signer has to be added, even before the document signoff has been completed . Implication is that everyone on the queue has to resign.

The best part about PandaDoc is that is super easy to edit any document, all the templates makes you feel very professional and it has the perfect message for every section.

I like that I can get to my documents really fast for reference and that my clients (even the elderly clients) can so easily sign our contracts. There are no questions.

I wish it were a bit cheaper. Sometimes it has bugs when adding or duplicating text.

It is easier to find a document in a hurry than going through folders. It eliminates the need to print, sign and scan. Easy to navigate, it has a wide range of tools from Sales Proposals through to Order forms, the option to send a link rather than email direct from the system is very useful for us too.

I havent come across anything as yet, I guess the restrictions on access would be a bug bear but thats only because we havent purchased enough admin licences !?

I love how easy it is to create very attractive proposals, presentations, and agreements with consistent branding! I've used many other online design programs, which often have some glitchiness. But so far PandaDoc has been surprisingly easy and glitch-free!

The price is higher than similar services, but it's nevertheless worth it, considering how easy it is to use and how many types of documents one can create.

Aesthetics are really important to me, and I'd never been happy with the look of my legal agreement that I would send to my clients. What do you like best about the product?
Building templates that I can repeatedly use or vary as needed is super helpul. I can quickly upload existing PDFs, Word Docs, images or build my own fields and it converts it into an easy to use, single doc with the right fields to be filled in and signed.

I'd like to be able to more easily make edits to existing documents that have already been saved as a PDF, making it editable for some fields. Maybe this exists and I just haven't figured out how to use it?

What do you like best about the product?
Pandadoc is a well-designed system we use for generating and sending customer contracts. Its robust Zapier integration makes it simple for our sales reps to generate contracts and for me to review prior to sending them off for signatures. Better UI/UX and support team than other systems we have tried.

Some key integrations (SFDC and Zapier) required upgrading our plan, which was frustrating but typical. We had a few technical glitches at a few points, but were always able to get them resolved with the help of our CSM / support.

We are an early-stage startup, and were not even having our customers sign contracts until we set up PandaDoc. We went through several iterations of our proposal/quote/contract process, and finally developed a simple, robust internal process for leveraging Slack, Zapier, and PandaDoc to allow AEs to submit proposals to the deal desk, have the deal desk review deal terms and modify as needed, then seamlessly generate the contract via Zapier + PandaDoc. We also use these three tools to automate the company alert that the deal has closed. I do not know how to code, but through these tools in tandem i've been able to streamline and automate our deal desk processes. Additionally, the PandaDoc templates and robust variable tools have made it easier to standardize our processes and contracts.

One standout feature is their file system, which efficiently organizes completed and in-progress contracts. The platform has the capacity to generate quotes in 15 minutes using the templates. Allows you to export customer order information from the CRM. Templates can be easily modified or duplicated. It has a content library that makes work easier.

The least useful thing is the reports section, because the report on openings and reading time is enough for me. I don't think there are any disadvantages to using Pandadoc.

What do you like best about the product?
Panda Doc's is mission critical in my role a sales person from begining to end of the sales cycle. Fron document gathering to post contract communications via a secure server Panda docs helps me cut my document gathering time in half. Eveything is stored in one place, I recieve immediate alerts when all parties have signed and the documets are easily downloaded to my PC.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some areas of improvement: - Customers are able to upload duplicates in order to finalize. - Would be nice to have automatic reminders at set times until all parties have signed.

What do you like best about the product?
We can import documents and add fields for signer entry and have them digitally sign quickly and simply. We use mainly for simple contracts but have had great feedback from clients. The support team are responsive and helpful too!

What do you dislike about the product?
You are restricted on what you can do unless you upgrade your account but there is enough for basic on the free version. I tested webforms and although it's easier to send multiple people to the same link for signing a generic form, they have to enter more contact info before they can sign which makes the signing process slightly longer (but not excessively). Also we use pdf documents that we add signing fields onto and on a mobile view the text is pretty small to read. If we paid and were able to use editable docs instead this might work better. Not a deal breaker tho.

We used to send a pdf contract for people to sign but they had to either have the software to sign it digitally or they had to print out, sign, rescan and then send back to us. PandaDoc is way easier for them and the return rate is higher in a shorter time. Duplicating a document and changing the signer is simple once you have the template you like set up originally.

What do you like best about the product?
What I really like best about PandaDoc is that I don't have to worry about hitting a limit of how many documents I use in a month, and that I can create subfolders of all the documents I'm creating and sending out to our clientele.

I wish the templates were a bit smarter, if that makes sense. I might be missing something of course, but I don't use the templates really because the contracts I utilize PandaDoc to sent to our clientele vary on multiple lines for location, rate, schedule, etc. And it's either non-existent or too complicated for me to figure out how to ensure the right contract is going to the candidate I'm sending it to in regards of it marked as the specific location. What I do normally is I open a word document, type out everything unique to the contract, save it and upload it with an open signature line for our client to complete.

Organization is a big plus, and how you've been able to facilitate searching for a specific contract. It's a great feature how I'm able to just type up one word within the title of the contract and I'm able to find who I'm looking for immediately. As I mentioned earlier, being able to create subfolders for each location/client has been really nice. It also helps me keep track of the number of pending contracts, completed contracts, and who hasn't even taken a look at it, meaning to us that we need to contact them to make sure they're still interested or that we have the right email. It takes out a lot of the guess work.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc has been a lifesaver for us. It is super easy to input fields like signatures and initials, and very easy to add collaborators and send out emails for signatures. We have used other signature services in the past, and PandaDoc makes things so simple!

There is really not much I can say about my dislikes. The product has been working great. If I had to pick one thing, it would likely be the subscription costs. It would be nice to have a few levels of licenses for those of us that don't use all of the features. Or make a pay-per-document for the times that we need extra function on just one document. Other than that, the service has been excellent and very easy to use.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc solves the E-Signature problem for us. Without a program like PandaDoc, our sales rep would have to go back to the site to get wet signatures, or we would have to mail documents with return postage to get the signatures back, which would take much more time and effort to accomplish. PandaDoc allows us to get signatures fast that are verified and accepted all over.

My favorite thing about PandaDoc is how user friendly it is - Even when I am introducing people who have zero computer experience, they are able to navigate and sign the documents quickly and accurately.

The only downside that I can think of is that because this is a newer company that's still learning and growing, there are some features missing from their services that could be really beneficial.

We work with people all over the state and all over the country; Having to mail documents back and forth for signatures and onboarding was such a pain, but being able to create an onboarding template that I can just assign a name and send out has made my productivity skyrocket.

PD provides up to date data live! during our sales calls we can easily coach the prospect through the sign up forms. The price is very fair and seems to be the best on the market.

A useful feature would be a custom email to have sent to the member after they have signed and agreed to the doccument. But overall pandadoc is hard to fault and is cheaper and better than Docusign.

Panda doc made it easy to have our clients sign up and agree to our service agreement due to the live updates it provides on the form. We could see the client completing the forms virtually and step them through the process over the phone.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the Hubspot Integration allows me to create documents directly from a Hubspot Contact or Company and it is smart enough to remember when it gets signed and to keep a copy on the contact record. This is a big deal when you're deep into contract execution and clients start to forget what they signed.

What do you dislike about the product?
The token's are not also so clear - and you can end up with templates with two different tokens that essentially mean the same thing to me, but am sure they have a use case in other scenarios that make sense.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to create customizable templates which I can easily call up and modify as needed. I can (and often do) create NDAs, the first step in our engagement process, while I am talking to a contact, and send it for signature before we've hung up the phone. That conveys that we know what we are doing and we have a engineered engagement process.

Built into Google, easy to upload from computer and an easy to app/website. Being able to check on the status of documents is great. Easy to read and manage dashboard with many extra features and collaboration tools.

The automation for assigning signatures, personal information, dates and other fields isn't always as precise so i prefer to do it manaually as it ends up being much quicker than having to change it.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is like id Docusign became way more user friendly. It's way easier to edit everything on here, design our contracts to be visually appealing, etc. The templates are so helpful and are linked up directly to our CRM. Additionally, being able to collect payment straight from here is a game changer.

I don't really have too much to say on the negative side. We evaluated multiple vendors and each have their own flaws. I guess not being able to push out as many manual reminders as I'd like to.

Pandadoc let's me template out contracts so they take way less long to build. I can also standardize the contract templates to avoid any inconsistencies. We used to have to manually update fields that were repetitive in our CRM and now they all auto populate over.

So we work with a CRM and it has really been flawless on working right into PandaDoc. As a lifelong sales guy, this platform to get a proposal out and have payment work so smoothly really makes my job easier. I'm not chasing around invoices and following email chains.

What do you like best about the product?
I use a lot of different apps and services. PandaDoc is without question provides the best support after the sale! I have been amazed at how quick they respond! I send them an email and typically get a response within a couple of hours. Not only do I get a quick response, I get a straight answer to my question by very qualified staff members. If my question is about something they do not offer yet, they are very straightforward with me and let me know. They then provide a link for me to vote on adding the feature I want for my business. EXCELLENT SERVICE!

What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing bad to say about this organization. There are some features (e.g. white labeling emails, automation of document flow based on conditions) I would prefer being included rather than paying an additional fee for but I get value out of those features that I purchased.

I needed a HIPAA compliant data gathering and reporting mechanism for clinicians that use our system. I have been able to make the data gathering easier due to the simplicity of the PandaDoc document generation and work flow.

Many of our customers had complained of not having an easy way to sign and return our contracts. We were spending $$ on sending physical copies out in the mail and struggling with multiple file formats being returned by customers. Also many elderly customers just couldn't understand how to handle this task. Now all of our contracts come back signed, in pdf format, and all in one location that is easily searched. Our elderly/non-technical customers have no trouble with the simple click-to-sign process!

✨Forward✨ This one-word button is such a time saver for me and my clients. Often the primary point of contact isn't the one signing the contract. The ability to send a contract out with the option to forward appropriately is HUGE. I've tried competitors but inevitably waste time getting the contract in front of the right person. Now I can send it to my point of contact and they can forward it easily. I've also found that the forwarded contracts get signed much faster than those sent directly from me.

What do you dislike about the product?
Everything else about PandaDoc seems to be on par with what I'd expect from this type of solution. There is nothing to dislike but nothing else that stands out as a strong differentiator either. At least not that I've found.

What do you like best about the product?
There is quite a bit of functionality included with the free version. Many other sites either want you to purchase a full version after so many days or uses, or they limit the functionality to make it very cumbersome and basic (for a business) with the free version. Not PandaDoc! Yes, there are some cool functions that only come with a full/paid version but I've been using it for over a year for work and have not felt limited in any way. I am always able to send out complete documents without feeling like I need a workaround because the functionality isn't there.

What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish that there was an easier fix to changing the signer (and maybe I just haven't found it yet). I mistyped an email address and wasn't able to change it after completing the document, so I had to delete the document and start over. Not horribly painful but would just be nice to have an easier fix.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves time and money for both my clients and me - no more mailing documents for a wet signature and no more email/print/sign/scan/email process that is very cumbersome and outdated now. Faxes never seem to come through clean, so this is an excellent alternative to faxing as well.

What do you like best about the product?
When an invoice is rejected, PandaDoc communicates to all my colleagues that an account has been accepted by email, instantly, giving them the opportunity to start working anywhere on the planet. With PandaDoc, it is simple to use the option to accept payments online. It eliminates the need to obtain authorization from busy operational leaders. PandaDoc is well suited for sales companies that need to send quality recommendations quickly and accept them quickly. When sales teams travel to events, having the ability to generate a quote and get authorization while engaging with a prospective client makes a difference in the way things are handled, having no documents involved.

What do you dislike about the product?
Other than emails generated by the PandaDoc system getting stuck in users' junk email folders, I have found no shortcomings in the years I have been using it.

All departments use PandaDoc because of its convenience in obtaining information and the notifications to keep all departments on the same screen. My work in Sales has not yet been utilized by a web-based quoting system that is simple to use (we tested two). The web-based chart offers my group the privilege of having access to important paperwork remotely, which is very helpful.

The most helpful about this application is it is Super easy to work with. Clients were able to effortlessly use the online signing application without having any issues. Clients like that they are able to sign using their fingers on their mobile phones. Additionally, I really like the way in which it recalls our clients' names and emails, making sure that whenever I send out fresh documents each time, I just need to type their name initials.

I don't have got major problems with Panda Docs. Almost nothing slows down me or irritates me however, it is a good application to get third-party signatures without physically visiting them.

It is extremely helpful to have pre-made contract and proposal templates that are easy to edit and send to customers. It is also very easy to sign, and have clients sign remotely. It is also very helpful to have all of these documents shared. My current role also has them integrated with Hubspot.

PandaDoc has been the most streamlined platform I have ever used in years as a sales executive. Uploading or creating drafts is simple. What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and the free version offered during the pandemic has been huge for our small business. Clients have been able to easily use the online signing tool with zero problems. Ease of use is a huge plus considering I'm dealing with clients from age 25 to 79 with varying technological skill levels. Clients like that they can sign with their finger on the phone. In addition, I love the way that it remembers my clients names and email addresses, so that when I send new docs each year, I only have to start typing their last name and the email address comes up. Finally, when inputting signature boxes, it has the "snap" feature to line up the signature/date boxes very easily so that it's in line with other date/signature boxes. Makes it look very professional and not off.

What do you dislike about the product?
I find that if I make an error, I have to go back and delete and re-upload the document. Would be nice to correct an already existing upload (though that may be because I'm using the free version).

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have our clients sign engagement letters and IRS/state tax forms online and PandaDoc is great solution to do that. Given we are a relatively new small business (opened during the pandemic), having a free version to get us off the ground is important, considering all the other players in the field (Adobe/DocuSign/etc...) are VERY expensive.

Signing documents with PandaDoc is fast and easy. Once our merchants sign we get notified right away and the connection with HubSpot helps so docs are never missing so you can always reference them later.

I really don't have much bad to say about PandaDoc but would like to have a function if I were to decline an agreement it would move to a folder with out the signer getting notified documents were rejected.

Uploading a PDF and being able to easily assign areas that need initials, signing, dating, etc... is very smooth with PandaDoc as well as the ability to know when the emails are opened and at which stage everything is currently at. The signing order feature helps keep the chain going and the fact that all of this can be done for free is incredible!

What do you dislike about the product?
When uploading non-PDF documents the process can be somewhat annoying and incomplete; for example uploading a microsoft word document (both using the document itself and trying PandaDoc's conversion system) has resulted in shifted text and messed up margins. The PDF upload feature though works perfectly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having documents be sent out for e-signatures and hold legal weight at the same time. PandaDoc makes the upload, identify, send, sign and recieve process efficient, ease and smooth.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is a fantastic document management platform. It has a user-friendly interface, and seamless collaboration features. The integration capabilities and excellent customer support make it a top choice for businesses. Highly recommended!

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Pandadoc had an option to resend & remind the documents for eSignatures. Currently, I will have to re-create the documents for eSignatures. Otherwise, it is a great product

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have an option to add team members under the same company. It is Free & very useful for the self-employed Pandadoc made it very productive for us

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to sign digitally. You can who has opened the contract and when. It's easy to create templates and integrate them with Hubspot.

What do you dislike about the product?
Editing the design of graphics and text boxes is a bit clunky and not intuitive.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use PandaDoc to send contracts to new clients. It's super streamlined!
