What do you like best about the product?
It´s transparent towards customers. I use it as a sales tool showing them the sale very transparent. The fact that I can change my offer in real-time makes it both more efficient, but also more trustworthy.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to aggregate the information better. It would be helpful to choose fields and then export to Excel to be able to do a proper follow-up. It would also be helpful for me as a sales agent with a auto-function that saves my signed agreements as PDF. However these are just functions that are above something that is almost perfect.

Saves time Correcting and adjusting in real time Use as a sales tool I also have very much use that I can use it for earlier data. I can always go back to the previous agreement.

I've been using oneflow for about 3 years and never had a problem with a client not approving, it tick's all the boxes and they always update and and features when needed, like the AI assistant!

It sometimes doesn't go thru clients email filters, but not a such big deal and the client isn't mad about it.

It helps me have a great visual overview of already written contracts and helps me when I am in a jam to easily look up what's agreed on. It also helps me keep track and views clearly when the signing period have run out and it makes it easy for me and my client for a multi signing situation (which happens a lot)

Direct integration to most CRM, two way sync with salesforce and Hubspot. Possibility to engage directly on the contracts, usefull and clear KPI's . It's the future of contracts.

What do you dislike about the product?
No underlining or red linning wich comes in handy. Other than that onestly none. I can't understand why anyone won't be using Oneflow for their contracts and instead still using PDF's

Removing back and forth in case of negotiation. You can directly comment within the document, which saves you a lot of time and if there's a mistake you can fix it super quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
As I send several of almost identical contracts, oneflow has proven highly efficent as I can create beautiful templates once. While just editing key values for each costumer. Saving me precious time.

There is not much I dislike. If I had to chose, it would abviously be nice if it was free, but you get what you pay for. No premium product will go for free, and I am fine with that.

Oneflow takes out the manuel labor of creating each conctract for each of my clients. After i started using oneflow I have full overview of the different types of contracts. As well it takes me about three minute to costum create a contract for a client, wheras before it would take me 30 minutes.

The user-friendly interface for myself and potential clients is something I didn't know I wanted, but not something I can't see myself without. What I like the most is that I can create different folders and subfolders to organize my signed contracts. In addition, I can add the counterparty that must sign with just a few details.

Don't really have anything significant to add here. One thing that occurred (few times), was that I managed to change an agreement template when using it for an individual case, which I guess is a combination of lack of experience in the system and the UX not helping me out. As I mentioned, not major, overall really like it!

There are making agreement management much easier for me and my colleagues. Once you're setup with the system (which is easy) you save a lot of time in the process.

The simplicity, it is easy for our customers (most of the time) to understand the qoutes and contracts. However, they do not always understand that they are able to click the tickboxes when given the option.

Whenever there is an update that affects the text formatting, the old texts doesn't update to match the new format (this has only happened once or twice since I started using Oneflow). For example, if we have a template with the old text format and I want to change the content it doesn't match the format of the template.

Great features with template builder and the flexibility to customize pre-made templates for individual deals. I think the outputted document is OneFlow's best feature as it looks very professional.

A bit pricy. Especially when adding new users, there is no incentive to add another user if you are a small company because of the cost. I also think that charging for every e-signature with BankID is a bit cheap, and a few signatures are included in the price. Other than that, sometimes the UI is a bit overwhelming because of all the functionality.

What do you like best about the product?
Prior to using Oneflow, we had a very rocky solution in place. We didn't even use that service simply because it was easier sending the PDF to the client for them to print, scan and resend. Oneflow's connection directly to our CRM has helped the sales staff to be more efficient and thorough when sending contracts since all information regarding the customer is gathered from the CRM. It has also helped management to get a better understanding when evaluating pipeline and deals since they can get a comprehensive overview of all the contracts that has been sent and also make an assessment where additional assistance may be needed.

What do you dislike about the product?
A function where you can see where the client has spent the most time in the contract might be helpful simply to understand what parts of the agreement that may be unclear or that could be misunderstood.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Oneflow simply saves time for both the client and the sales rep. For me personallym it was great to have templates in the agreement which enabeled me to simply send a blank contract to the client and then have them fill out all the organizational and billing details which created less room for error. I didn't have to worry about me filling out the wrong details in our word-template.

What do you like best about the product?
It has allowed me to solve problems related to the identity verification of my clients when making an online sale, since it allows me to receive digital signatures through its interface, which is very useful when I want to confirm the signature that they made at the time of making the purchase with the physical signature that they give me when I deliver the merchandise in order to avoid any type of problems or misunderstandings, in addition, its interface is quite easy to use which allows me to perform my functions without any kind of inconvenience

None, this tool has helped me a lot and I don't have to complain about it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly it has been helping me to improve the security of my sales by allowing me to request digital signatures from my clients when they want to make a sale, so that I can have a digital backup that they did indeed make that purchase.

What do you like best about the product?
I haven't been using it for too long, but for now and of what i've seen so far. I must say that i'm very impressed and think that Oneflow is easy, fast and user friendly. For both me and my customers. It's a smooth way of making and sending digital contracts to both employees and customers etc. which fastens my work.

What do you dislike about the product?
If I could use one thing it would probably be the way of editing contracts for non-admin users. I think that some things should be "by default" and some would be better if they could be changed. For example when agreeing a cut-price with a specifik customer. And if i'm in need of changing some small details in contracts it would be better if i could change a specifik sentence, price or other things right away when editing a contract before sending it out.

It fastens my work in many ways. Before it could take like forever when sending a contract by mail. Now it's sent by e-mail and customers can sign right away on basically every spot. (laptop, mobile phone, iPad/tablet). And it's super easy.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to sign online, feels secure, everytning is oneline and no printing.

What do you dislike about the product?
I like the sign function. But i would like to be able to choose exact day (and actually moore than one day) in the calender for remiders about extending the agreement. Also it would be nice for us to also use One Flow as our agreement database. Since our agreements are allready in the system. But then we would like to choose witch columns to be visible in the overwiew, and also being able to update agreements (Add appendices and dates for reminders for example)

Good for e-sign, not as a contract/agreement database.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its easyier to sign than just sending via e-mail, print, sign and then the other part need to do the same. Better quality and more easy to read when not being print out and signed.

Oneflow är lätt att använda och ett intuitivt system. Snyggt gränssnitt och bra design. Det är alltid trevligt att komma i kontakt med Oneflow då man alltid får ett bra bemötande.

Vi saknar möjligheten att skicka ut ett avtal där enbart arbetsgivaren är den signerade parten dvs att den mottagande parten inte behöver signera dokumentet.

Smidigt och enkelt system att förstå. Passar både mindre och större företag. Bra att man enbart betalar per licens. Vid eventuell hjälp finns väldigt bra support att tillgå. Otroligt effektivt, förenklar väldigt mycket.

What do you like best about the product?
Fast customer service, user-friendly, contracts look professional and the overwiev of what's done and what needs to be done is good.

What do you dislike about the product?
When building templates I would like to be able to copy whole sections of other templates and attach them in my new template. I don't wan't to copy the whole template straight of, but I want to pick and choose (maybe by dragging and dropping) into new templates.

Easy and secure storage of contracts where it's easy to follow what contact's you've made and when. Also I can keep easy track of which contracts havn't been signed yet and so forth.

What do you like best about the product?
All the practical options offered, whether it's adding parties from the address book or manually, sending reminders, getting updates and insight are easy to find and very useful. When I send contracts out, I'm working from a template where the clients and I can edit fields or write notes during the agreement review. It's both practical, straightforward and quick, which I highly appreciate as I skip having to make amendments in a Word document and avoid all the back and forths via email that ensues with the clients. This used to slow down the signature of contracts and Oneflow direct editing feature is a significant plus. I also like the analytics overview showing the ratio of contracts sent to signed. It gave a great insight to help tweak and improve the closing process. And last but not least, the layout is really easy on the eye. When you want to work quickly and efficiently, you really want to avoid any kind of sensory overload and get distracted by a messy dashboard where you'll struggle to find features. In Oneflow, the placement of every feature makes sense.

What do you dislike about the product?
I't be nice to be able to send reminders to clients without needing to write a new email every time.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall Oneflow is a real time saver and avoids a lot of headaches.

What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly easy to learn and use - simple tools to edit/update contracts, notifying the other parties, visibility over which contracts are in which stage. Also well integrated with Hubspot to simplify adding contact and company information. Every time I've been in contact with Oneflow they've also been super helpful!

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can think of is that I'm a bit confused over which settings allow what, even as an Admin. This may very well say a lot more about me than Oneflow though!

Oneflow provides us with a simple but powerful tool to close more deals and maintain a high speed process with both new and existing clients

What do you like best about the product?
It is very simple to use Oneflow and create documents. It is safe to send documents then to the exact person who you want to send to for signering. You can follow the whole process when the recipient opens the document and when he/she signs it.

There is nothing I can think of at the moment.

When the site manager has decided to recruit an employee, I will use Oneflow to create an employment contract and then send to the recipient via email. Due to GDPR regulations I shall send the employment contract in a safe way to avoid any disclosures of sensitive information on the Internet. Thanks to Oneflow I can achieve it and send employement contracts safely and efficiently. Last but not least I can save the digital signed document in personal arkiv immediately.

Some choices are not logical, though this is just certain instances, when one stumble upon such a choice it can take some time to figure out. To give a fair review: Oneflow support has always been very helpful and quick..descibed above are the moments when I try to figure it out on my own.

What do you like best about the product?
Oneflow is really straightforward in allowing us to template documents and easily send for signature. This made our process of HR very easier as we could easily expedite things by creating templates, filling the employees information and sending them directly.

We wish OneFlow could have more fine tuning settings for us to use placeholder fields that differ from each contract.

We managed to keep a single process for document flows that require signature from multiple parties, both internally and externally.
