SAP Ariba is a cloud-based platform, which means it can be accessed from anywhere with an internet connection. This allows for increased collaboration and flexibility in the procurement process. It is also highly customizable and can adapt to your organizations needs

SAP Ariba is streamlining the procurement process by automating manual tasks, improving collaboration, and providing real-time visibility into spending and supplier performance and saving time and reducing costs. By automating processes and providing real-time data, SAP Ariba is helping the organization improve efficiency and accuracy in procurement and supply chain management activities. What do you like best about the product?
The capacity of SAP Ariba to enable easy collaboration with our suppliers is one of its top features that I like. The platform offers a user-friendly interface for document sharing, supplier onboarding, and instantaneous communication. For our procurement team, SAP Ariba's automation features have been a game-changer because processes are now streamlined and automated, decreasing human error, increasing accuracy, and saving important time.
What do you dislike about the product?
In order to successfully deploy SAP Ariba, the initial implementation process can be difficult and time-consuming and calls for careful planning, data migration, and user training. To handle the implementation hurdles successfully, adequate resources and experience are required. It has a high cost of ownership, therefore you should carefully assess the initial investment, licencing costs, and ongoing maintenance costs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Optimising our procurement procedures, improving supplier management, and achieving cost reductions were the main goals of implementing SAP Ariba. We intended to create a centralised platform that would enable easy communication with suppliers, simplify complicated operations, and offer real-time visibility into procurement activity. Our goal in utilising SAP Ariba was to increase productivity, shorten cycle times, and guarantee compliance throughout all of our procurement operations.

What do you like best about the product?
SAP Ariba has a wide range of features including Sourcing, Contract Management, Invoicing, and payment processing. The best part about Ariba is that it is a fully cloud-based system that can be managed efficiently. Overall SAP Ariba is a better software regarding to user interaction, system process understanding, and Integration with other SAP and non-SAP products.
What do you dislike about the product?
SAP Ariba experience is different from one person to another but for me, it can be a little bit hard to get the learning curve. Also, some interfaces can be hard to navigate, especially for peoples accustomed for a specific user interface

SAP Ariba solves problems in an efficient way because it helps with user requirements from end to end. Its customizable features make it a superior tool. It can be preferable to users as it benefits to automate their day to day work regarding on payment related tasks, contract signing and such.

This Automation software is powerful and complete. In the previous versions of Ariba Network, there may have been some problems, but in SAP Ariba, the features have increased and it performs very well.

Planning for purchasing products and services has become more accessible. When we use this platform as a buyer, we can easily find the best suppliers with the most fair prices. Direct communication with suppliers and budget management for purchasing products along with contract management is excellent. The steps of supplying goods are done faster and with higher reliability, and everything is associated with saving money and time.

What do you like best about the product?
Customers ask for items and price inquiries, when it's approved, the contracts will be arranged and carried out. All inquiries and coordination between the supplier unit and the buyer are done through SAP Ariba. We've find and connected with lot of great business partners around the world and this shows the power of this system.

It is integrated and powerful. It has a good knowledge base, and I have been working with it for more than a year. Everything is fine with SAP Ariba.

The integrated structure of SAP Ariba has simplified the process of transforming the price inquiry to the issuing of sales invoices and the complex steps of contracts are now easy. Managing costs and reducing the paperwork process has led to better final sales. As a supplier, all work is done easier and faster for us, and buyers are more satisfied with the work process.
