What do you like best about the product?
Gatekeeper is a very easy to use tool which takes very little initial set-up. It's a low code product which enabled someone like me with no real experience to configure our system and get us up and running very quickly. Using the tool has helped grealty increae our maturity and understanding of our Vendors and Vendor contracts and there are new features being developed and which have been rolled out which are helping to have a one-stop shop for everything Vendor related.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times there have been smaller areas such as minor fixes which improve functionality but have taken a while to implement. There is a user voice section, but some smaller items seem to be obvious wins (Admins being able to delete records, how to trigger a renewal and maintain existing information, selecting contract owner through the workflow etc.) which should be considered separately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moving us from a low level of maturity to a sophisticated understanding of our Vendors and their associated contracts and helping us to understand the risks associated with our Vendors more explicity.

What do you like best about the product?
Gatekeeper has been a lifesaver for our company. We’ve used them for over three years, and the service and functionality have been exceptional. Gatekeeper system - we doubled the number of monthly contracts executed even with a smaller team managing it. The workflow transitions and features are easy to configure, and the automation streamlines the entire process for our internal owners and legal team. Exporting the data and the ability to upload changes in bulk when needed is beneficial. Gatekeeper has reduced internal emails, significantly increased efficiency, and is a contract repository across the company and departments. Gatekeeper service - you cannot beat Gatekeeper’s responsive and helpful team members. We enjoy working directly with Melanie M. as our Customer Success Manager. She is absolutely the BEST – it is easy to book meetings with her, and she always follows up to ensure we have what we need (and sends short videos to help answer our questions). We also work with Mark P. as our Account Executive, and he is fantastic to work with. Gatekeeper does not nickel and dime customers like other vendors. They make their pricing straightforward, with no hidden fees or surprise charges throughout the year.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints. Gatekeeper continues to roll out system enhancements, so any improvements we initially requested have been implemented (like the Admin control features, DocuSign integrations, etc.). Out of all the systems used by our company, this has been the easiest and with the best ongoing customer support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gatekeeper allows the company to have a single repository for contracts that is easy to use and find what you need. It has improved how employees submit requests to the legal team and quick turnaround times for contract execution.

What do you like best about the product?
Gatekeeper has been an integral part of daily work and helps to keep employees and vendors in compliance with contract and vendor management policies. The ease of finding vendors and contract information, tracking the status of contracts and vendors, and renewing various required documentation with expiration dates and labeling features is super helpful. The messaging capability is also helpful. It tracks conversations related to contracts and vendors, even if the response is from an e-mail account.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is not being able to archive or delete vendor contacts (users). Re-titling them can currently overcome this, but I believe they are working to change this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gatekeeper helps our company track and manage many contractual agreements and vendor relationships across many departments. We can share information, negotiate contracts with vendors, store documents, pull reports, easily see what is due for renewal, and do many other valuable and necessary tasks more efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
Contract management is quite easy and lots of template options. It's fairly easy to set things up yourself with minimal/no help from Gatekeeper. Also the Onboarding is super efficient and relatively easy to tailor to internal processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
No connection at the moment to our ERP; would be great to have the actual spend in Gatekeeper to monitor with contracted amount.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us with our Supplier Onboarding and ensuring we have the relevant approvals to complete the process.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to customize. It can be intermediating at first, but it is easy to use and understand how it works.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to solve issues even after submitting a Tech support request.

It is streamlining our process, there are a few issues that we see, but it is helping us automate the onboarding and maintaining of our vendors.
