What do you like best about the product?
Evisort is easy to learn especially compared to legacy CLMs. Our contract manager was able to create workflows with no training. The entire system is intuitive and I like that the UI is clean and not cluttered with unnecessary information. I especially like that you are able to sync Evisort to your Google Drive and contracts are immediately imported into Evisort. Not only are contracts immediately imported, dashboards are created and data that was not previously avaialble to us in previous CLMs quickly populates in Evisort. The repository couldn't be easier to search. We are able to quickly locate our contracts in Evisort.

What do you dislike about the product?
Evisort is not quite a name brand...yet. This means that you may have to prove Evisort's value more than you would for CLMs that have better name recognition.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Evisort for our contract workflows and repository. Our contract submitters have quickly learned how to submit their contracts into Evisort with little to no friction. Evisort is not priced per licence, which means anyone in our company and submit and collaborate on a contract.

What do you like best about the product?
We really appreaciate the search function - it allows us to locate all of our contracts with ease! This has already proven a great asset during a DD process. We also use quite some contracting automation - the business teams really appreciate how easy it is to create and sign contracts, and the legal team loves that after completion, the contract is filed automatically. We have automated around 20 different contracting processes so far and also integrated other teams like accounting and IT follow ups in contracting processes thanks to the finalization stage. The AI is a great asset when it comes to detecting the relevant contractual data. The support of the team in terms of integration and training is outstanding!

What do you dislike about the product?
The creation of workflows requires some practice - it's not a dislike, but something teams need to be aware of. The great support totally balances it though - the support team is always there to help when you get stuck and finds solutions within hours.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Evisort has allowed us to put in workflow process that allows for all the proper signoffs and reviews to take place and get documented. No one is ever unintentionally left out or skipped now and we've got full visibility into the changes that were suggested/implemented. Evisort has touted their AI capabilities to find similar clauses / language in contracts, we haven't had much success in this area.

The onboarding cycle leaves a lot to the customer. Evisort is helping us streamline our redlining process and remove bottlenecks. What had been a painstakingly manual reading and rereading of every contract line by line to ensure nothing additional had been changed (accidentally or otherwise), is becoming a brisk process of uploading a document and reviewing the fields highlighted by Evisort. In real numbers, it has taken us from 2-3 hours per version with multiple reviewers to a 15 minute, single person approval process.

What do you like best about the product?
Evisort made it easy to get started by allowing us to bulk upload all of our agreements. After that, the onboarding process was exceptionally helpful and the resources they provide made it a no brainer to get everything set up. The workflows for each agreement type are easy to manage and made things so much easier for us. The star of the show though is definitely the AI that pulls our common clauses.

What do you dislike about the product?
The workflow generator can be a bit finicky at times, but honestly, once you get the first two under your belt, it flows much easier. There are a few feature enhancements like auto-assigning contract owners that we'd like to see but they are minor.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a 14 year old company that had grown organically, we found all our agreements in one shared drive folder with no way to search them or understand what was in them. Additionally the group that drafts contracts was getting bigger so it was important that we added some oversight to how agreements are drafted instead of just burdening one person with drafting all agreements.

What do you like best about the product?
So far, I have found their implementation team to be outstanding. My company has a somewhat complex corporate structure (90 legal entities across multiple different industries). Throughout the onboarding process, they have worked to bring us solutions that will help us succeed within the system. Additionally, we have found the document repository to be really useful. Finally, Brantley and Gabby on the sales team have helped us navigate several logistical challenges during the implementation. Their flexibility and understanding has been very helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
The most significant improvement opportunity for Evisort is during the pre-implementation sales process. Most companies looking for a CLM are not in a position to know exactly what they need, particularly regarding workflows and document capacity. Most companies seeking a CLM are looking for a solution, not software. The pre-implementation sales team is more focused on selling the software than understanding the problems potential clients are trying to solve. As a result, companies might agree to terms with Evisort (say for 5 workflows and a 60 day implementation), without realizing that they actually need 10 workflows and a 90 day implementation. The sales process would be much improved if the front-end sales team helped clients identify the problems they are trying to solve, and then worked with them to understand their actual needs. Lastly, it was very hard to even get ballpark cost estimates for several weeks. My inability to bring even roughed-out potential cost ranges back to my team created a lot of internal challenges when "selling" evisort to my executive team.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to seamlessly integrate with Sharepoint to pull over all of your data and documents is very helpful. The organization is easily customized to mimic your existing structure with the added bonus of more efficient search functions and filters which make it easy to find your documents without spending hours searching through files and folders. Evisort's customer service is incredible - the time they are willing to spend on training, answering questions, etc., is absolutely unbeatable! If you work with loads of contracts and documents, I would highly recommend considering Evisort. I also love that it tracks dates so you can easily tell when contracts are renewing/expiring.

What do you dislike about the product?
As someone who came into a company that was already using Evisort, it took me some time to get up to speed and feel comfortable using Evisort. The learning curve can be a little confusing and overwhelming at first since it is such a powerful tool. But, once you figure out how it operates, it is fairly self-explanatory.

Definitely give it a chance. View the demos and talk to the representatives. This tool is very helpful.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am still a fairly new user, so I am still learning how to use it and all it can do. However, Evisort has made it much easier to find documents because it OCRs everything so you are able to find things that you can't always find in normal Windows Explorer searches. The date tracking cuts down on user-error from failing to enter renewal/expiration dates because it tracks them automatically. There are many different benefits!

What do you like best about the product?
Evisort makes AI workflows approachable to the general user, enabling users to get quick wins and practical benefits from Evisort's machine learning models. Bulk tagging is a unique approach that blends results and usability - it just works for most use cases of training the system on custom provisions. With just a few samples, you can start to see the system crawling and finding variations of your provisions that you didn't know existed. This functionality is key to supplement the out of the box models with concepts specific to your contracts that may not exist anywhere else or in the public domain. Additionally, the API is another strong point. It's well documented, easy to use, and enables you to plug Evisort into a broader contract pipeline easily. I find the ability to create/update documents useful in building contract pipelines, but also the ability to use execute searches across the entire contract base through the API enables complete flexibility with different implementation and UI approaches.

What do you dislike about the product?
Most everything I'm looking to do further in the platform beyond current functionality exists on the product roadmap. Primarily looking for further control over provisioning and permissioning of users, as well as enhanced logic with grouping.

We're using Evisort to extract and enrich contract data as part of a contract pipeline, respond to the changing regulatory environment through on-demand analysis of the contract base, drive business objectives through contract analysis, and extract data to make it more presentable to business user consumers.

Compared to our previous software, it is very user-friendly without sacrificing thoroughness. Sometimes easy systems are not detailed enough but that's not the case with Evisort.

Not much to dislike but if I have to say something, the AI function to help us incorporate our documents wasn't perfect. In the beginning, there were lots of corrections. It was so much better than the previous software, and I noticed that Evisort is ever-evolving, so I'm sure if we uploaded something today, it would be way better than when we first started.

It forced our company to go paperless when it pertains to legal documents. We were very "old school" with paper agreements. Out-of-the-box data points and provisions and data points are incredibly useful and accurate, and the ability to create custom company or industry-specific provisions is accessable and powerful. What do you like best about the product?
Evisort is one of the most versatile tools I have ever used. From the simplicity of the approach, to the AI intelligence and the self configurable workflows, it's easy to get an ROI in a couple of months. Most importantly this tool was developed by attorneys with performance and deep AI understanding in mind. The tags that come out of the box could replace more than $1M in consulting fees alone. we found a significant amount of money to cut during Covid by using the special tags to find similar outs to contracts. I checked (expensive) outside consultant's work by using the tools and Evisort, and found many things they did not find, reducing risk. We now have a handle on all renewals preemptively, which reduces cost and promotes alignment. Very importantly we now have a place we can take all the current contracts and find them and get everyone in the company focused on where they need to go when they purchase contract Last but not least l, I enjoyed my promotion from putting the system in place, it's a solid choice.

What do you dislike about the product?
Overall it's balanced system so there's not much to dislike. We had to adjust how we think of permissions, but found work arounds. For example, my team can't be user admin's and have all HR contracts in the system without us being able to see them. Which is fine, were using us for 99% of our other contracts and the HR contracts just need to live under the HR system.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intelligent document repository, workflow for the entire company, cost monitoring, M&A analysis, reports to understand when we need to hire, amdincreased agility and speed during the contract and take a negotiation process.

Evisort's automated review process flags issues quickly and efficiently. It can provide users with fallback provisions for heavily negotiated terms. Users will immediately see a massive increase in efficiency without sacrificing reliability. I was able to issue spot on 13 contracts in a matter of minutes; a task that would've otherwise taken hours.

What do you dislike about the product?
As Evisort's product continues to develop, it will need to continue to develop its User Interface to keep up with the industry. Additionally, as with most other Contract AI products, users will want to eventually see a tool that spans the entire CLM process. Since no other company does this (well) yet either, it is hard to fault Evisort.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Evisort reduces the time spent for lawyers doing mundane, redundant tasks. Saving time through Evisort, lawyers are able to focus on performing their true essential functions and can enjoy their jobs more.

The fact that Evisort turns our old PDF agreements into searchable text that we can organize into groups with parent/child relationships turns massive folders of information into easy to quickly sort files.

What do you dislike about the product?
We have 30+ pages of folders for old agreements and it would be nice to be able to use a serachbar function to find a folder instead of clicking through pages or having to use a very long scrollbar. Also the review window is only 2/3 of a page and it would be nice to be able to have the document you are reviewing larger.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely check them out and ask for a demo. The team is extrmely friendly and helpful when it comes to asking questions about the functions and capabilities of the platform.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to quickly search an old agreement to find a specific section instead of scroling through the entire PDF is huge. Pluse the organization of folders and related files makes it much faster to open and see what you have vs. what is missing. The new functions they plan to implement in the future will also be great for cutting out some programs we have to use for edits to new agreements.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to navigate and customize reports and alerts. Excellent way to store and organize countless contracts where you can search for multiple parameters instead of trying to search your hard drive folders. I do not like that when you go to the search function using the magnifying glass that you can’t start typing a word right away. You have to click into the search box which is just another step. Some issues with the AI recognizing information in documents with charts, i.e. pulling out accurate contract value, dates, etc. so you have to spend some time confirming all information is accurate based on your needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Evisort provides excellent tools for the organization of contracts and other documents. The system allows you to structure your database into folders so that documents are easy to find. Beyond folders, grouping and linking documents is simple, and you can even attach relevant additional documents to a contract, such as the terms and conditions when they are not a part of the physical document.

What do you dislike about the product?
The alerts have many options for setup, but overall it seems as though there is not a way to attach an alert to a specific document/contract in the system. However, recurring alerts work like a charm and provide links to the relevant documents so that you don't have to hunt for them. It would be great if there were a way to set up alerts so that they are tied to one specific contract, and the same type of hyperlinking would work.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously manual processes of the search and data capturing made by AI delivers great impact saving highly paid time of the legal attornies. Additionally, the legal analysis becomes very much focused on the way your legal team advises, manages risks, and outsources to Law firms.

What do you like best about the product?
The AI capabilities are the best I have seen in any contract management system. Far advances, easy to use and intuitive.

What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much that I dislike but there are some features on the drawing board that will be helpful in the future for such areas as obligation management and contract clause and template library.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are doing data cleanup on a huge number of non-standard contracts and Evisort's superior AI functionality has helped tremendously in the ability to streamline the cleanup of those metadata fields. We are able to quickly compare auto extracted fields with previously extracted fields to determine the best selection. Many times the Evisort AI extracted field was much more accurate.

The Evisort team is consistently and tirelessly working to make the platform as user-friendly as possible. The look and feel of the current interface is comparable to much more expensive systems. The organizational offerings are extremely helpful for us.

We are looking forward to additional refinement of the task assignment indicators on the dashboard so that it's easier to get an at-a-glance view of who currently "has the ball" for each workflow ticket.

We are solving for: contract submission for business and budget approval, as well as legal review/approval; visibility of review/approval process; contract signatures; central contract/document repository. Using Evisort is simplifying and giving consistent structure to these processes!
