What do you like best about the product?
It has more or less all the features you could ask for in a social media platform. It feels like a very mature platform with excellent UI and a lot of unique elements that make it stand out from similar social media schedulers. I particularly like its emphasis on automation and content curation.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it integrated with more link shorteners, included social-listening, and had an API that worked with Pabbly Connect. I also wish we could enter our own OpenAI keys to make full use of the new AI content-writing features. While the platform is very powerful, it does also feel like upgrades and new features aren't released unconditionally — many are locked behind paywalls and upsells.

There are a lot of similar all-in-one social media platforms out there, but ContentStudio feels like it has more features and a better UI than the others. As a freelancer in the social media space, it allows me to easily curate, schedule, analyze, and report on social media progress.

Integration with replug and link management which makes it very easy to manage social media links and tracking in bulk. Otherwise it's just an awesome all in one social media management platform. You can do everything from scheduling, moderation, commenting and more. 10/10.

ContentStudio is a content curation tool that generates social media content that is posted automatically on your social media accounts. I used this to make sure my accounts were active and had fresh, relevant content. It's a great tool for creating an active social media presence and can be used by any size business.

Can't edit images like I can in Promo Republic and add my own logo to images I find within Content Studio. I can go into Canva and do it but I would prefer to do it within the app.

The UI is very good and the backend is stable. I like the new features shipped out regularly. One of the best features I regularly use is Social Inbox and Content Publishing to keep a complete track of the pipeline of my posts. The engagement across networks metrics is also cool and you can compare it across networks.

I like that the learning curve is almost non-existent, the UI is very user friendly and the tech support offered at initial setup was excellent. Switching from another content management SaaS, because of the much lower monthly cost in the case of ContentStudio, I was able to do absolutely everything I could do in the other SaaS I used, but at a considerably lower cost.

ContentStudio is pretty much like connecting ALL of the Best Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing as well as Blog based Search Marketing platforms. I do not think I have ever had 1 single platform that did SO Much, so seamlessly. I have been a user since it launched, and I have had to use the typicals (Hootsuite, Buffer etc.) and there is just simply NO Comparison!

What do you like best about the product?
In theory, this should be a good product or a great product. They allow customization per social channel and my team finds it easy to use. Unfortunately, things simply do not post correctly, or at all, too often. We get false posting confirmation messages all the time.

What do you dislike about the product?
Their support is now dreadful and has gotten worse over time. It is a damn shame. A week or two can go by with several emails to them and all we hear are crickets. There is no response sometimes until the third or fourth email. This is terribly unprofessional and is horrible for our agency and clients.

At this point, I would call the Content Studio experience poor. We are moving to another product. We simply cannot stand their poor support any longer. If you want your team (or yourself) to be terribly frustrated whenever you have a problem and then feel like you are being ripped off, this is the product for you. But who wants that? Not us.

It's an excellent platform for scheduling out our content and it offers so many options for us to "grow" into.

The Scheduler...It would be nice if there were a way to set up a default for how you prefer to schedule out content. We prefer to schedule our four brands' content via the calendar option, which is available. The issue is, you have four redundant steps to get back to the calendar after every piece of content is scheduled. Viewing your scheduled content is a bit messy too.

Even with the ONE con- the ease of use, as a WHOLE package is fantastic. We are new to the platform and were in the middle of 2 social media campaigns before jumping over to ContentStudio, so we are busily scheduling out content at the moment and haven't fully opened ContentStudio up.

I'm still learning how to use all its functionalities, but when it comes to answering customers on social media there is a bit of delay for messages that are sent through ContentStudio. What do you like best about the product?
You have so many options for automation and then it gives you amazing ideas for reposting similar content. It's intuitive and not like regular clunky posting software. A couple of clicks and I'm done! Love it. The feature you get in ContentStudio Literally beats everything out there. Everything has been awesome. No complaints! Everything else I have tried in the past has been more of a hassle to actual implementation and learn than to help with saving time. ContentStudio changed that for me. FINALLY, SO HAPPY!

Just do it seriously, I have purchased and used a trial for everything on the market. This software is the best out there.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy-to-use interface, lots of features which provides many options to leverage content being shared across many social media channels. I love the schedule-and-forget aspect of the app. This allows me to schedule posts weeks/months in advance, which helps me be more efficient when I am using the app.

This is not a negative comment as there are many features which I am not currently using. The features I am using satisfies my needs. I will need to invest more time to learn about the other powerful features that the app offers, especially regarding content curation and leveraging influencers.

Repurposing content in an easy way. This has helped me stay consistent with posting content on my social media accounts. The ability to repost published content is a time-saver because I do not have to upload content again. The recent update to post single videos and images to Instagram with mobile notification will allow for content to be scheduled at different times now.

Overall I'm happy with my weekly use of Content Studio as on a single platform, I can search for topics, review them with my team and post them to my different social accounts.

I found some issues with the token synchronization with some social networks (especially Facebook). Also, it wasn't possible to directly posting on Instagram, but they have recently added the feature.

The plethora of features all in one tool. I bought it back in beta. They have since added so many features that I was able to cancel other comparable products that charged monthly fees when CS offered a lifetime option at the time. Amazing tool for social.

What do you like best about the product?
Integration, Automation, and Ease of use are my most notable Pros for Content Studio. It is really easy to integrate and automate my work flow of looking for meaningful content to post to my social media channels. I set it up once, and let it do its thing. Everything on autopilot.

There are still some room for improvement like able to connect to other Zapier-alternatives to automate more use cases. No integration to Instagram direct publishing yet at the time or writing. But is already being developed.

The centralized social media channel management system, their Ux/UI is clean and modern. It appears that the company has adding more and more features to their platform. As long as they don't segment these additional features under new plans I think their pricing is reasonanle.

The platform performance could be improved. Often the page is not loaded or it takes long time. Also, there is a steep learning curve with Content Studio. It took me several hours to get Instagram posts scheduling to work with Content Studio.

What do you like best about the product?
Upsides: There's no bloated upsells; what you see (and pay for) is what you get. The ContentStudio team is extremely receptive to user feedback and often implements top-rated suggestions. The cloud-based software will keep you very organized and is SO much better than HootSuite as a social media tool. Tool consistently adds crucial & cutting-edge features to beef up its competitive offerings. Integrates with WordPress for blog posts, and is great for collaboration among team members with varying roles (e.g. creators, approvers, clients, etc.) I haven't fully explored the curation tools, but they're definitely promising.

What do you dislike about the product?
Downside: The desktop & mobile apps can be glitchy at times. You can't yet locate influencers whom you currently work with. I'm not sure how they are sourcing these, but it would be nice to be able to add influencers and manage existing relationships this way. UI can be confusing at first, but the learning curve is short and it's not crammed together or an ADHD nightmare like HootSuite. The ContentStudio mobile app is missing some features and isn't updated as frequently as the desktop version. Reporting could be better. Having tooltips on the methodology/calculation of the native social metrics being used would help determine what discrepancies exist, if any, between goal KPIs and those reported by ContentStudio. Needs to work on accuracy (there are some discrepancies between metrics like social media hashtag counts and analytics when looking at CS vs. a native platform or another tool like SEMrush. Hence, the previous statement about the metric sources/calculations). Since it integrates with WordPress, there should be a way to optimize posts attributes (e.g. the meta description, page titles, internal linking, etc.) and/or an SEO API integration.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before ContentStudio, I used to have to plan posts in Airtable, adding details and directives for the designer. The designer would then have to upload the media within Airtable, where approvers would review/comment, and I'd go back in to download the media and painstakingly add the planned copy for each post. Obviously, this was ridiculously time-consuming. Also, it made collaboration and notifying each party quite cumbersome. I actually built Zapier automation to notify each individual, BUT this only worked if a status was changed and sometimes people forgot to do this, impacting when posts were live. You can imagine how frustrating it was if a post didn't get scheduled because emails were missed by approvers. ContentStudio fixed ALL of this. This saves our small team TONS of time. Although I don't need to, I still use Airtable for planning posts for data & tracking purposes, as well as to link it to our larger custom editorial calendar. After planning, I add the post copy to ContentStudio, which is where the designer uploads the media. Now, approvers don't have to bounce around between tools, and posts can be easily reviewed, edited, discussed, to-dos added, approved, and scheduled. ContentStudio makes managing digital content SO easy. The best part is that they keep better.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the curated content so you can easily find the right information for your followers. It has a fast process, so you have a few minutes per week to plan and schedule your posts. It can post to various social media sites, and at the same time, you can adapt your message to each platform. You can have multiple workspaces for each brand or project. It offers an automation tool and a very nice analysis of your content posted per platform. They added an inbox, so you can now answer your followers' comments directly from Content Studio. Overall, it is an excellent tool that I use for more than 2 years, and it keeps getting better.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are some bugs, so your posts won't process. I wanted to add some YouTube links, but Content Studio couldn't retrieve the information from YT. Another bug that is there for some time is the Insta Notification on the iPhone app that does not work. I feel that content from more important publishers could be added to the curated content.

The best one is time-saving. I can find content fast, plan the content posts, and rest. With the Chrome extension, it gets even faster. You find good content, then you click and Voila!

Dashboard and content discovery. Ability to repost blogs with custom titles. Ability to post to blogs and social profiles. Also has google my business integration. Covers major social media profiles. Automations are good.

Instagram integration is not available. Has to be done via push notifications to mobile app. Bulk scheduling features needs more customatisation. The bulk scheduling feature is still cumbersome to use and doesn't integrate well with the content categories and queue slots.

Instagram direct publishing NA For the price of a Lifetime offer very good. 1 workspace works out to be around 80$ However, the bigger packages eg Agency.etc are more costly until you take the highest package. Need something better for medium sized businesses.

I have been very satisfied with ContentStudio. I like that they offer content searches for news and blogs relevant to my industry. I also appreciate the ease of use of the program. I like the social influencer area that allows me to research influencers in my industry and gives me the opportunity to reach out for collaborations.

Content Studio is a great tool for digital marketers and writers, it connects your social accounts and Wordpress site and enables users to create+publish from their platform. These are some of the features that stand out from competitors such as PromoRepublic. 1. Discovery feature Love it! The interface is intuitive to find the top trending content with several search options. 2.Multi-Channel Composer This is a time-saver, not only it provides SEO checking. I am able to set the title, image, and description in Google search results and post it to my Wordpress Blog + social media pages with few clicks. 3. Social Media Post Composer - Customize content for each channel This is a very unique feature to me, it allows the content creator to custom design the post for the different social platforms at the same time. 4. Social Inbox Combine all my Facebook page inboxes in 1 place.

The only negative I've seen is a bug with the ContentStudio Chrome extension while using Replug.io to shorten links for a user with multiple workspaces. They're working on fixing this bug - just taking a while.
