What I Like: User-Friendly Interface: BL.INK boasts a clean and intuitive user interface. Creating short links and managing them is a breeze, even for those who might not be tech-savvy. Link Tracking and Analytics: One of the standout features is the robust link tracking and analytics. The detailed insights provided on link engagement and click-through rates have been invaluable for understanding audience behavior and optimizing my strategies. Custom Short Domains: BL.INK allows you to use custom short domains, which is fantastic for branding purposes. This feature has helped me maintain a consistent brand image while sharing links. It streamlines my workflow by allowing me to seamlessly incorporate BL.INK into my existing processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Areas of Improvement: Customization Limitations: While the customization options are good, I've found that there are certain limitations when it comes to creating branded short links. More flexibility in terms of design and branding elements would be a welcome enhancement. Learning Curve: Although the platform is generally user-friendly, there might be a slight learning curve for newcomers who are not familiar with link management tools. Additional onboarding resources could help mitigate this.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the platform - and the ability to add notes. So often in the past with other branded URL platforms there hasn't been the ability to add notes - which has meant some branded URL's aren't available even though they were in use years ago! It's great for tracking purposes and consistency. My other favourite thing is the QR code creator. Downloads in multiple file types, making it easy for designers to do their thing.
What do you dislike about the product?
At least on my account, if you haven't signed in for 35 days your account gets locked. This means I have to reach out to an admin to reset my password from their end - a bit of a pain!

BL.INK is solving hiding long UTM tagged urls for us, so that we can use a clean and branded URL across marketing and digital assets such as SMS, eDM, OOH and even staff training. The function of adding notes also is helping us to determine which branded URL's are no longer in use, and updating the URL behind the branded URL to work for the latest campaigns. It's also allowing us to easily create QR codes and provide these to stores as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to offer branded links as well as to create seo friendly links and to fix linking issues within your website. I also enjoy the analytics that is provides which can sometimes be a work around to get authentic analytics from social media and other marketing campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app is a bit limited, it would be great to make creating a new link as seamless as possible. Many times when you need to just send a link you are on some kind of mobile device. It would be great if you could log into a robust mobile app designed for sharing and also creating quick links.

Currently creating links for clients and marketing campaigns. Having another external tracking system to social media platforms and google analytics is great. It adds an additional layer of trustworthy data that you can leverage. this helps us to sleep better and make better accessments

What do you like best about the product?
Adding anything to your tech stack is usually a major decision. With BL.INK it is a no-brainer. The ability to quickly and easily create trackable links so that you can measure the efficacy of your messaging is a game changer. I love the simple interface, the robustness of the platform and the client delightment attitude infused in the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
They could benefit from teaching us more about the ABCs of how to use their product in real world situations. The big client overviews are nice, yet they are over the heads of most marketers, let alone the people they hire. They need BL.INK U (university) The more you help people use your product, the more of it they will buy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The efficacy of your messaging ROI and ROAS needs to be measured if it is to be managed. BL.INK allows me to test the effectiveness of landing page CTA's (Call to Action) in realtime, which allows me to see, adjust, tweak and test the content according to the behaviors of my audience, rather than throwing darts against the board.

What do you like best about the product?
BL.INK is an easy to use link shortener, tracker. It has all the features we need--at a price within our budget. That said, the best part about BL.INK has been the customer service experience setting up our account. We needed to move a decade worth of links to a new service quickly and BL.INK was the ONLY service that offered help with the set up process. I'm sold on their service. They are awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything that isn't working well. If I do, I know that I'll be able to count on the customer care team to assist.
