What do you like best about the product?
It's incrediblly easy to use, plugs directly into your sales enablement / CRM and cuts hours of tedious admin tasks from your day Also you'll be able to get through to so many more decision makers You need to get this tool, it's better then any other on the market (I've used a lot of similar tools, cognism is by far the market leader)
What do you dislike about the product?
They have some additional features where you can look at intent - cool idea, however it doesn't really work that well and you can go down a rabbit hole and waste time on it To be clear, the industry I sell to is difficult to get this information, hence why this feature doesn't work for me
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ADMIN!!! no one likes doing it, this will literally save you hours a day Getting through to decision makers - it will find numbers, emails of your decision makers and has a very high success rate of getting the info right (it's not always perfect) but it's by far the most up to date data you'll find

What do you like best about the product?
The landscape of data platform software is vast and lets face it, they all offer the same stuff that we all expect as a minimum these days (Chrome extension, LinkedIn interoperability etc) What I like about Cognism is: Its wider interoperability and integration with a huge amount of CRM systems, completely automating the dreaded task of pulling data from platform to CRM. Its data quality! Without a doubt, the best resource for quality data in the UK, particularly for mobile numbers. CS - Our account manager Nate is always available to help answer any queries.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have found problems with email campaigns in the past, however we work in an industry which is notoriously difficult for email addresses so this is not a problem that is unique to Cognism and I expect other industries would not suffer this issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me from having to spend hours trying to locate contact data for prospects. I was spending 1 week of each month on this prior to Cog, now I spend less than 1 day per month.

What do you like best about the product?
- Easy to build out lists and use the filtering options to be as specific or vague as you want. - Ability to filter on verified email addresses. - Excellent suppport and onboarding team, speficially Junaid Zaib who did a great job and is always available to contact. - Easy uploading leads to Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Some data (job history) can be quite out of date and could be refreshed sooner. - Employee count and revenue can be quite different to Linkedin and other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cognism allows me to source leads for the sales team to contact; whether they give me vague guidlines or a specific comapny it is easy to source the leads and build out lists, which are then uplaoded into Hubspot for them to contact in sequences.

What do you like best about the product?
Cognism has helped to secure the best connect rates I've seen from similar calls (minimum of 8% on a bad week. With this, I can reach more of the right people - something particularly useful for cold outreach. Its integration with Hubspot and Salesloft is flawless and makes the browser extension super easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Similar to other providers (like Lusha, LeadIQ etc), there will always be some incorrect details. The diamond verification system can sometimes help with this, however, there is also a habit of people with the same name (or even the wrong name sometimes) being classed as diamond verified. The platform is also sometimes at odds with Linkedin Sales Navigator - especially when people are in two roles at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cognsim allows me to source the emails and phone numbers of key decision-makers at companies that could be potential clients. It finds more emails and numbers than competitors I've used and it does so with better accuracy, which reduces my bounce rate and increases my deliverability. It makes the process simple and easy - so much so that using Cognism is almost an afterthought.
