What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of the Clearscope is the integration with Google Docs. As a freelancer, I use Google Docs as my primary writing tool, as I can easily give access to anyone I'm working with. With Clearscope, I don't need to write directly into Clearscope, as it has a built-in integration with Google docs. I can leave it running, and as I work, see my SEO stats, suggested keywords, and more, in real-time, helping me bump up my SEO score as I go.

What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't think of many downsides, as Clearscope is very thorough, and helps me get a great SEO and readability score. Sometimes it can be hard to edit the keywords you want to use; for example, if writing a product review, Clearscope may recommend mentioning a competitor that I don't want to name. That's a minor issue though, and overall, I really enjoy using Clearscope for my content.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a freelancer writing for major publications, often with detailed product reviews, buyer's guides, and more, SEO is critical to make sure the sites get traffic. WordPress and other websites have some nice SEO tools, but since I freelance I'm often working in Google Docs. I love using the Clearscope extension in Google docs to keep an eye on keywords and readability in real-time.

What do you like best about the product?
We like it best to create content brief fast. It easily brought down the time it took us to create briefs by 70-80%. We also use it to identify search intent.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, really. The only shortfall I noticed is that the space to 'create report', the most important area in CL, looks like a search bar. So, if I wanted to search for older reports, I'd have accidentally typed it out into this tab and would have lost a credit. It's just a UX thing, and once you get used to using CL, it'll be okay. I hope it soon brings in a good plagiarism feature.

The UI is so intuitive and it offers so much more than just a keyword search. Other tools I have used sem like a sledgehammer whereas this is a finely tuned scapel to find the exact information you need.

Don't get me wrong. I meant "jack of all trades" in a good way. Let me make it more clear. Clearscope lets you find the top-ranking articles for a specific keyword, the relevant terms along with search volume, and the secondary keywords you should include to rank. But that's not it. It shows the readability score of your writing, the ideal length for the article, and whether you have excelled in including the relevant keywords. Additionally, you can view which keywords should be heading and how many times should they be ideally included. There's more. If you're confused about how to include a particular keyword, you can click on it and see how competitors have used it. MIND-BLOWING. Clearscope is one of the best and impressive tools I have seen in the recent years. It's easy to use, has a simple UI, and they frequently update it with new features. Fell in love with this tool from the very first time I used it.

To be honest, none. Even if I do feel something isn't right, they're ahead of me and would solve it quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
As a freelance SEO writer, I need best in class tools for writing for my clients and I have used a lot of them, including Market Muse. I used to pay for MM for an entire year and eventually just found it was way, way too expensive for my needs as a solopreneur. Enter Clearscope. I discovered it recently through a client and have loved working with it- it's easy, intuitive, and pulls one of the hardest things off my plate- deciding complementary keywords. I like that it grades my piece as I go, and I write in there before moving over to Google Docs to turn in.

The cost is a little high for a solopreneur, but it's still far more affordable than something like MarketMuse. It probably makes a ton of sense for an agency, however! I pay for it because I have several premium clients and it's worth it.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been a Clearscope user and beta tester for little over a year now. I bounced around between a few different competing tools until I used Clearscope with an enterprise client of mine (they had a corporte account). I quickly fell in love with so many things: 1. Ease of use: the UI is intuitive and simple. I've trained many writers on Clearscope with a 5-minute Loom video. 2. The technology behind it: Clearscope has a specific method towards optimizing content that helps uncover new keywords and write more comprehensive pieces. 3. The growth in organic traffic: Clearscope helped me refresh one article that brings in around $2 million in traffic value each quarter. I don't think we would have ranked for highly competitive keywords without Clearscope's recommendations and insights. After using Clearscope with that one client, I got my own account for my other clients. I don't publish a piece of content without running it through Clearscope anymore. I've even started using it for long-form landing pages and have seen improvements in rankings for target keywords. Clearscope is always working to improve their software. It's backed by an incredible team and customer support that never lets you down. If you ever have a question about the tool or SEO in general, they are always there to help.

The only drawback about Clearscope for some is the price. Some small businesses and newer freelance writers and marketers may find it expensive. I have zero complaints about the tool's functionality. It's been the best optimization software I've used to date.

What do you like best about the product?
SEO advice and tools are full of scams vs. substance, but from day 1, it was very clear that Clearscope is based on real research. I’ve used this tool with several clients that need help writing high-quality content that will rank. You can’t expect to give a writer 50 keywords and receive a quality article in return. Clearscope solves this by allowing the writer to click on any entity (keyword) and see the paragraph it’s used in across the top 10 pages ranking for the main keyword. The content grader (F to A+) shows the writer how well the draft covers the entities, including prioritization for the most relevant entities. My favorite feature is the Google Docs integration, which means writers don’t have to learn a new system.

I could say a LOT of great things about Clearscope, but my favorites are the Google Docs plugin and highlighting for relevant keywords to include. We use Clearscope in two ways: 1) To create content for our clients—SaaS and tech companies, 2) To support our clients' in-house content teams with their content creation efforts Clearscope is a great extension of our team and integrates seamlessly with the in-house content teams of our clients. It is easy to use and thus anyone—without having to be tech-savvy—can use it for content creation or update. With Clearscope's Share Report for Google Docs, we can have anyone create a piece based on Clearscope's recommendations, without having to sign up for the product or sign in to an account. Also, and this is very important, even though we've tested other NLP-based content editors, we find Clearscope's to be the most sophisticated one. I recommend it to any content marketing agency that creates content for its clients.

There is nothing I'd say I dislike at the moment. So far, so good.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Obviously, we're getting more organic traffic for our clients with Clearscope. One additional benefit is the fact that the tool integrates seamlessly with our clients' content teams. What do you like best about the product?
Clearscope's Google Docs integration is currently in beta but is extremely helpful. I love that it lets me input different reports to analyze side-by-side with my written copy.

We use and are happy with SEMrush for everyday content requirements but the clearscope tool provides just a bit more and makes it easier to write content. For the most important pages for super competitive terms, this slight advantage means everything which is why I'm getting hooked on this tool.

What do you dislike about the product?
Its quite an expensive tool when you consider it's content only. As I mentioned, SEMrush offers content elements but gaining an edge makes this tool page itself off.

What do you like best about the product?
Clearscope is so easy to use, and at the same time is the highest impact tool my team uses. We use it to help us structure and craft each and every seo focused blog post. I love that it tells us which keywords are most important and that it gives each piece of content a letter grade so that we know how it stacks up against the SERP. I would never run another content program without it.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Clearscope makes it to find content gaps on a granular level between you and your competitors for any given keyword. This would be prohibitively time-consuming otherwise. That being said, my favorite feature is the content optimization tool. It allows you to easily fill in those gaps while crafting and/or optimizing your content by providing live feedback on your progress. Lastly, the pricing is great for the value you are getting. Similar services are significantly costlier.

What do you dislike about the product?
That there was no way to integrate it with Google Docs, so as to avoid having to copy-paste the content into Clearscope for analysis. But they're working on making that possible now.

I've used a lot of SEO tools over the years. They generally feel like they were rushed out, and not designed by someone who ACTUALLY thinks about the way a product might be used on a day-to-day basis. There are other tools that perform a function similar to Clearscope, but nothing else actually integrates into my workflow and does exactly what I need. The data works. We work with a number of well-known B2B SaaS companies and the CS reports make our jobs exponentially easier and have indirectly driven millions of pageviews. My only reservation with writing this review is that more people will start using Clearscope, thereby making every space more competitive.

What do you like best about the product?
The moment I read about Clearscope I knew this was not just a unique productt but one we had to try. What is does makes extraordinary logical sense, but I did not realize how much sense it made until we started using it. We are now running over 75 content documents a month through it and will soon analyze all our blog posts as well. Clearscope's insights, once implemented, are producing some exceptional results for us. I am in love.

This is a newer product that is really taking off now, which I am thrilled to see. I would like to see new features rolled out faster, but these guys are extremely methodical and I have never seen any new release pushed out that simply did not work as expected. So I really don;t have much to complain about. :)

Clearscope is not bogged down by dozens of fairly useless features like many SEO tools out there. Instead of trying to be the swiss army knife of SEO, Clearscope operates with the precision of a scalpel. It is a very focused tool with a deliberate purpose -- creating content that ranks. Clearscope just makes the whole process of writing content faster and better (from the initial keyword research, outline process, and prepping the final draft).

It would be cool if there was a way to gauge which other types of media would support the content (photo selection, audio, video, etc.), but I'm not sure that's even a thing.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm excited to see Clearscope here. When Google started using semantic search models, it added new measures for Google to comprehend content. Everyone and their mother does keyword research, and Google needed a better way to really understand the importance and relevance of a document. Most of the SEO tools I've used still only focus on keywords in the old way, and not as search entities in the semantic search model. Clearscope recognized the change and put together a clever way of identifying the gaps between your content and the content that is currently performing better. I've only seen a couple other services do this and they are very expensive. Clearscope has a very favorable price. And still leverages AI.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have no qualms. There's absolutely nothing I dislike about this.

There's not really a learning curve to use the tool, but you need to understand how Google works. You can't rank a piece of content that isn't relevant to the query. Using this tool for a ranking that you don't deserve will not help you get that ranking. But using this tool for a ranking you do deserve, now that's where this is very strong.

My whole agency uses it. We generally see a direct improvement in rankings from it. I can't always say that with SEO tools. I've already recommended on a few stages at conference talks.

Clearscope is a clever piece of software which uses several NLP machine learning algorithms to find semantic keywords to improve on-page SEO. Unlike the standard TF-IDF (Term frequency-inverse document frequency) used by other less sophisticated software.

We have to copy paste content into Clearscope for grading manually. If they can implement a way to use a URL to pull and grade content automatically it would be awesome — some WP plugin that can auto-update content after optimisation that would be sweet as well.

With this software, you can use semantic keywords in your pages/articles so giving an opportunity to rank them higher in Google. I've recently set up an experiment, and I was able to push hundreds of articles which were ranking on page 2 to page 1 by grading the content via Clearscope without building any links.

Intuitive right out of the box. From running reports to modifying your content, it's really simple to use and the insights are easy to put into action. I've seen other tools attempt this type of analysis before, but it's either too convoluted or sloppily made. Clearscope has it dialed in. Definitely a tool you want in your SEO arsenal.

It's still a relatively new software, so obviously there is still more to build. The silver lining to this is that the team at Clearscope is very responsive and very open to feedback, so whenever I've requested something or reported a bug, they've responded and addressed the concern right away.

What do you like best about the product?
It's hard to miss the mark with SEO writing when using this tool. You have a list of relevant terms to include and your score updates as you write. It's also useful to see how your article compares to what else is ranking for that same keyword. You have text formatting options and a copy or edit mode. More or less the essentials.

What do you dislike about the product?
If your reading level is higher than recommended, good luck finding which sentences are the culprits. It just says it's too complex, and leaves you to change word for word. Also, the relevant keywords aren't always that relevant, depending on the angle you're taking for your article.
