What do you like best about the product?
Owned and operated call centers for 20 plus years and in that time I've experienced many predictive dialers. From owning premise dialers to working with the first hosted products on the market I've seen it all. 9 years ago I decided to give ChaseData a try and I haven't looked back since. Their support staff is super attentive and always eager to assist. They're always on the cutting edge of technology continuously updating their software with the latest features. The down time is nonexistent. And the quality of calls is phenomenal.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've made a few suggestions over the years that I would love for them to implement however I understand that if it doesn't help the masses it'll probably get pushed to the back burner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Their ability to identify bad numbers and eliminate them from the dialing rotation was significantly better than some of their competitors.

What do you like best about the product?
Over and above the fact that Chase Data is a handy & dynamic application with heaps of features for admin and agent, their support staff put them miles above the rest. Dylan and team have been eager to help our once small team with all kinds of features and we are now able to perform and have the same results in 10 days that we were having in an entire month.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gosh, there isn't much I can say. I would like for there to me more helpful videos and tutorials that I can look at and learn from rather than having to call Dylan the entire - but such a small thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our previous dialer had a very low connect rate due to our number coming up as spam; that is now resolved. We also had to way of tracking our agents, Chase has made that super easy and straightforward.

What do you like best about the product?
the support team is great. dialer has all the options built in ready to go. Dial patterns, permissions, data upload, callback features, inbound routing. Couldn't ask for a better all in one solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like not being able to use the dialer on a mac without downloading a system to run windows on my mac. Its a heavy download and makes my computer slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem we are solving is a unified message for all outbound calls and the ability to work all leads equal. So far we are testing the software to hopefully roll it out to all of our agents. 60+

What do you like best about the product?
The product just works!! The product is a simple product to both administer and program and if you hit any snags ChaseData customer service or tech service is right there to help you navigate through it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I am the problem solver for my Branch and my only issue since we started using this program, is that I really dont have much to do!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a simple way to get Loan Officers and LO Assistants to make more contact with clients without the monotony of manually dialing or sifting through paper leads. Mainly the program helps with time management

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is the customer service. They are there for you anytime you need help. They always go the extra mile to make sure they have fulfilled your needs and make sure you are up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
That they have not yet added a data provider that can be integrated to the sytem to make outbound calls on the spot from an integrated data system. It has not been yet made available for IOS Apple devices

Generates enough leads to keep my business going and allows it to grow
