What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can go through a list of contacts in the company, find the right person quickly, and have a high probability of reaching them. I can find the right person because I can see their LinkedIn profile, included with the contact. Most of the time I don't call if there isn't a cell number. I usually don't call if there is no cell number. Having a mobile number has increased my contact ratio threefold. I love the recently added feature indicating how likely the person is to answer the phone. I use it. My contact ratio for some markets has moved from 1:5 to 1:3, and on some days, 1:2!
What do you dislike about the product?
Finding contact information for people working outside the United States or Canada is my least favorite aspect of ZoomInfo. The contact information of the contact is often incomplete, and the number of contacts is low. Geographically, this includes Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Mexico, and South America. I don't think ZoomInfo can do much about this problem because the information is likely hard to get.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Finding the right person to contact faster so that I generate leads that my clients close. My efficiency in finding leads has increased threefold since I started using ZoomInfo in June 2020. My clients' closing ratio has increased threefold because my leads are better (depending on the client. 2. Intent has enabled me to find leads generating significant business for my client who wants to grow their business in another country. 3. I am getting more work done in less time. List building time is reduced by 30% so I don't have to work after hours to build call lists.

What do you like best about the product?
I like having access to an organization's technology stack, as the business I work for has very specific ICP's, which includes the technology currently being utilized. I also like the fact that there are now more contacts that have mobile numbers included, especially since we are living in a new business world where more people are now working remotely. Finally, I like the fact that their LinkedIn profile is available within the contact's profile page, as it makes it easier than having to copy and paste.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have come across a few times some inaccuracies as it relates to the contact details (incorrect direct number or mobile number), or the contact is no longer employed by the company of interest. In cases where the contact has left a company, I am able to access their LinkedIn profile in order to find out where he/she is now working. So it would be great to see more contacts with up-to-date information. Also, the job roles are very generic. I see a lot of Marketing Managers in ZoomInfo, but if I go to a contact's LinkedIn profile, the title is usually different, but still within marketing, such as Digital Marketing Manager or Content Marketing Manager.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Spend some time playing around with the platform and also take advantage of the resources available for beginners/first-time users. Also, if you have access, check out the Knowledge Center and the certifications offered via ZoomInfo University.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary challenge has been generating business with new business logos. We receive less generated based on a form fill or a number of times a page (or pages) have been visited, etc. However, the outbound sale is an area that is relatively new and it was my recommendation to look at ZoomInfo after starting my role with a new company. Building out a contact list with accounts that 'fit' our ICP as well as being able to effectively track organizations visiting our Website has been ideal. We have been using ZoomInfo for about three months now, but it has definitely been a contributor to our new business development strategies.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about ZoomInfo is the ability to track down leads information. You can get access to their location, phone number, email address and sometimes cell phone information. You also have the ability to get information about the company all in 1 spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few downsides with ZoomInfo. First is the cost, it is really high. Second, when we purchased ZoomInfo the quality of the data was guaranteed at 95%. We have noticed over the past year or so, that we are probably closer to 85-90% accuracy. And lastly every time they add a service, it is an additional cost. We are already paying close to double to get this service, where we can get a similar service now for half of the cost, and the accuracy is about the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to help track down contact information. LinkedIn only gives you the company they work at, along with the location they are at, ZoomInfo gives much more.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can easily transfer the information I find into Salesforce and have it all where I need it. I also like that you can find out more information just from the company you are interested in website.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish ZoomInfo would automatically sign me in as soon as I open my browser. I always forget to sign in until I need it, so then I find myself going back to our company app page in order to sign into ZoomInfo and then back to the page I was working on to continue with my search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have gotten contact information for numerous people in the company I am trying to get as a client, been able to do extensive research on prospective companies and seen how small or large a firm is before deciding whether to pursue them or not. Zoominfo is solving the problem of who to contact within the company. Also, it gives me insight as to if they are looking to hire new people, looking to work with employment agencies, and even what software they use.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to get contact info for prospects that I'm going after has been huge. We have our internal database which is pretty good, however there are plenty of times when our data isn't accurate or missing. Being able to find accurate contact info helps me connect with my prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any database the data isn't always accurate. I use LinkedIn sales navigator quite a bit to cross reference the prospect to see if they are still wtih the comany that ZoomInfo shows. Sometimes ZoomInfo will show the prospect at company A when thev've moved to company B. It's usually easy to look at the history of the prospect on sales navigator to figure out what's what.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me connect with propspects that I"m going after where I don't have their contact info. My company doesn't provide this service so I'm paying for this out of pocket. One of the biggest benefits is that it helps me connect with more prospects than my colleagues.
