What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like most about Priority Engine is the fact we can get all the scoops on companies that we are working. Showing information when people get promoted, move roles, company interests, view on companies technologies and thats just the start. I know I am currently in the works of working with Joe to get my account lists uploaded into TT which I think will make it that much better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I have used it enough to "dislike" the Priority Engine. At first it was frustrating because my home page would be full of random accounts that were not mine making the process of cross referencing that much more cumbersome. However, when my account lists get added to my account I feel this will enhance and make the user experience that much better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of the 'WHY". Why does the company need Alation (my company). Going into TechTarget we can see what topics are top of mind, review website visits and even see when they download a piece of collateral or whitepaper. On top of that, we can see the technologies they are currently using to determine our approach.... If they are using a competitor we take X approach... If they have no solution in the space at all we take Y approach.

What do you like best about the product?
Best part is the quick ability to see what companies are engaging on our website in real-time as well as letting us know who the decision-makers are. This allows me to cut my research time down to minutes, so I'm reaching out to the best personas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the contacts are not valid. But I haven't run into it a ton.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me focus my time on companies I know for a fact have seen our website so they are highly-likely to know somewhat of who we are when I reach out. I can then customize my outreach depending on what they were looking at or the "top key interests" that I can focus on.

What do you like best about the product?
Priority Engine provides visibility into current prospect research touchpoints on areas of interest or website hits that overlap my qualifications. It also helps me evaluate the sales cycle, understand the technology ecosystem and customize my approach to be meaningful and tailored to the prospect's interest. The layout and interface are easy to use, and most of the data points I need are in one spot, making my time in the tool more effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with all prospecting tools, it's only as good as the data. While there has been tremendous improvement year over year in data accuracy, there are still instances where prospects are in other JTs or have moved companies, and phone numbers are sometimes wrong or missing. Given the massive volumes of data at play, this is not unusual for any prospecting tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Priority Engine provides a comprehensive way to prospect while ensuring relevance and opportunity in each outreach, creating value for those I contact. More chance to provide value is made possible by ranked research interests, insights into any downloaded assets or page visits, the dates of those interactions, and a good understanding of the technology ecosystem in which they work. Priority Engine Insights allow me to approach a prospect with a strategic surgical strike instead of a generic outreach tactic.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best features is the ability to quickly see which companies are engaging with our website in real-time and identify the important decision-makers. This significantly reduces the amount of research time needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The usefulness of data hinges on its quality. There are times when prospects may have switched companies or hold different job titles. Moreover, phone numbers might be inaccurate or absent. What that said, such discrepancies are common among various prospecting tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The application is intended to show engagement and help our representatives identify potential buyers, making their outreach more efficient. We are still striving towards achieving our goals and creating a success story.

What do you like best about the product?
The insights are my favorite aspect. The ability to learn about what a prospect cares about, then make informed outreach around then has proven very useful to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to learn more about the intent of prospects would be helpful. I also think the accuracy of the information could be a little more accurate. Outside of that everything is great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me learn who I should prioritize in my territory. It also helps me to decide what talk tracks to use for them. Now I can have a much more equipped email or talk track on the phones!
