What do you like best about the product?
The software is intuitive and helps track all our employees' actions and interests on our websites. It lists the visitors who visit your website and their welfare. The great search engine helps you unify and collect data for marketing and create attractive content for sales and targeting more genuine customers towards your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
This software's UI is a bit boring, and even the updates are not provided frequently. The websites you connected or collaborated it with sometimes lags and works slowly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software is really very intuitive and helping me and my team members to reach and communicate with our clients most intuitively. It is the most intelligent marketing and sales platform with great analytical and report generating features. It is a time saving feature, all my employees are happy using this. We are connecting with the new visitors who visits our website and trying to fulfill there requirements.

The simplicity of the tool is the most liked feature for me. I also liked the tool's capabilities to mine high quality data.

Nothing as such. Just minor niggling issues.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool gives you in-depth details of companies visiting your web properties (website, blog, etc) that can be used to learn all about companies interacting with your website. This is a cool tool for inside sales & sales teams to target them to nurture them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is focused on enterprise customers considering the cost of the product. Ideally, it'll be best to have SMB focused product with limited capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wanted deeper insights into visitors interacting with our properties. Kickfire is a good tool if you are planning to scale your outreach campaigns with a focused list for best results.

What do you like best about the product?
Kickfire makes it easy to understand what is working with your website, what is not and how pages are trending. It also lets you keep track of the companies visiting your website, lets you see what they are viewing and when they make additional visits. With this information you can also use Kickfire to obtain current contact information in a variety of professional areas. It is the complete package in terms of understanding website effectiveness and user engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because I do not use the website every day, it can take me a few clicks to access the information I need, and the CRM functionality is very limited. It also lacks an integrated contact database offered by some competitors at a similar price point.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try. It will make your life simpler. Ability to identify previously anonymous visitors a great help when prospecting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching new customers and tailoring our message. Our key benefit is being able to understand what is happening with our website in a way not possible when relying only on Google Analytics. More importantly with the ability to identify business that visit our site it gives us a way to reach out to prospective customers rather than simply hoping they'll call.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and provides a host of intent options. The leads we get are also more current than many other sources. Their latest addition of intent streams for online ads can make it even more useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
LeadSift doesn't yet have an email sequencing and sending option, which would be great to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadSift allows us to track who our prospects are and how they are behaving with regards to our competitors and product space. That allows for a great way to initiate dialogue.
