What do you like best about the product?
The pattern of segregating the keyword intent as per different topics/niches is very impressive. And also very helpful to pull the data on behalf of any particular account/company details. Options are available to export audience details for programmatic advertisement as per our requirement.
What do you dislike about the product?
We can't check real-time data, and we always have to be patient for a one-week minimum to get the latest intent details.

It's beneficial for our team to understand audience behavior.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer support is great. The platform itself helps to identify new accounts we wouldn't have previously known about.

I'd like to see more capabilities in the middle-east as we have a lot of opportunity here that we'd like to track

Start as you mean to go on and make sure the upload and setup phase is approached properly

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is really nice and it provides a nice user experience
What do you dislike about the product?
All it does it give you the data about what people from companies are searching for. It doesnt give you any indication of persona, or level of the searcher which makes it an issue, it's a lot of money for themes and company names. 18500 is a lot of money for just some vague data and their account management was pretty vague e.g. when we asked for average CPMQL they couldnt give us that.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Improve customer service and be more flexible with the contracts. The reason why we left was because they couldn't provide evidence that the software has worked

For us we inherited the system, it was supposed to give us intel about what our ICP was researching - but it didnt give us any intel that tools such as lead forensics doesnt give us.

What do you like best about the product?
The quality of Nexus intent data is best-in-class when it comes to 3rd party intent data on accounts and companies. The platform provides granular insights on your markets and solution areas, with multilingual options, and the ability to switch out keywords and topics easily if required. You can also use filters to quickly refine your search for company data in what is often quite a broad data set.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some areas of improvement, such as identifying the new companies, but the team have made some recent fixes and new features are being added all the time, which is always great to see!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You should use Nexus aligned to your ABM and Demand Gen programme objectives - working with an experienced partner can also drive down time to ROI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been looking for 3rd party data on companies so we can prioritise accounts within our sales and marketing programmes. Nexus provides us with the data to help validate our account selection for account-based marketing & sales. It also helps us define our priority markets and understand buyer behaviour at the next level! Great for GTM research, planning and segmentation.

What do you like best about the product?
Helps you waste less time and less marketing spend, if done right.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's almost like installing enterprise software. It takes an enormous amount of setup and patience and with constant tinkering, which is a skill set few have learnt yet with it being so new.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be extremely targeted with your keywords, especially if we blend it into sales outreach. We went a little vague with a few and when using that in direct outreach, it wasn't hitting the nail on the head.

Where to prospect and who to market to. We were very wide in our search, but this has now narrowed it down to movers and shakers. Less spend, more intent, and less time spent on opps that won't lead anywhere.
