What do you like best about the product?
Phone Burner has excellent onboararding so you can hit the ground running. No lag time between getting signed-up and starting to increase producitivity. Nothing else compares to the user friendliness of Phone Burner.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything about PhoneBurner that I do not like. I used it in the past and then didn't have access when I changed companies. My productivity plummeted without PhoneBurner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am easily distracted and if I am manually dialing my cell phone I can take 7-8 minutes between each call. I pick-up my phone to dial and end up checking my email, looking up stats about the prospect I am calling (even though I have already done my research), reading all the notifications that popped up on my phone that have nothing to do with work. With PhoneBurner in power mode I am forced to ignore all the distractions and concentrate on my calls.

What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding was incredibly efficient and customized. Derek knew the product down cold, he was able to help me customize the software for my own use case on the fly, which is going to be invaluable in the near and long term.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any downsides at this point. If it seems expensive, just make sure you have a clear plan for how exactly your ability to make more phone calls is going to bring revenue into your organization. For almost any organization it should easily pay for itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In political fundraising, the number of dials is highly correlated with the overall revenue you are able to bring in. But the day is only so long, and it is difficult to make enough calls when you have aggressive fundraising goals. The ability to speed up the process of leaving voicemails and sending emails to people we call has made a huge difference in the number of dials and the number of donations we have seen.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Phoneburner is very affordable while living up to its promise of allowing you to make 80+ dials an hour. Some of our best reps can even clear over 100/hour, when before, we'd be lucky to hit 60 in a day.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only gripe with PhoneBurner is that setting up your call lists isn't easy, and you can't cherry-pick who you want to call unless you add all the contacts to a new list. Every time you go to a different page, all selected contacts reset, so you must add people to your list page by page instead of being intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PhoneBurner solves the problem of high call quotas and limited daily time. We needed to increase our total calls without adding more people to our calling efforts. With PhoneBurner, we were able to 8x our daily call output easily. Now we have more time in the day for other sales activities.

What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding team is on top of it. They want you to have a full set-up experience and will meet with you again in case you need additional help setting up your pipeline. 10/10 service.
What do you dislike about the product?
PhoneBurner is top-notch; templates could speed onboarding up.

They are helping me with my outbound calls by creating a streamlined system to make the most out of my sales activity.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about phone burner is the ability to upload leads quickly and easily with any number of data fields I want. I haven't used any other dialing software but won't be since I'm satisfied with PB
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there isn't a more robust crm piece of it and it won't integrate well with hubspot. I usually use it for calling until I set the appt then I move it to hubspot to track the deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phone burner helps me save time by allowing me to call 1 hour a day and hit my call activity goals in a shorter amount of time, allowing me to spend the rest of my day on other high priority activities
