What do you like best about the product?
Orum's dialer has been very helpful when calling large numbers of prospects in a row, but also provides many ways to cater to your prospecting style. You can call by account, time zone, cadence- you can log notes for yourself for reference for future calls- and you can call from different numbers to increase chances of pick up. Other dialers may do this as well, but Orum's support has been the best. Issues are few, but they are so quick to respond with how-to's if I'm wandering how to do something specific, and the training while onboarding the tool was a snap.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to pin point anything that wasn't quickly resolved, but if it's possible to reduce the dial tone, but keep the speaking volume the same volume that would be a little break on the ears.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Calling large numbers of propsects for sales is so much faster when using a dialer like Orum. It even functions to pull up linkedin and cadencing tools alongside whoever you are ringing so you can reference each without having to open them manually.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a super helpful tool that allows outbound sales reps to make the most of their time by dialing an entire CRM list. I love that I can hit dial and just wait for someone to pick up. I also think the use of filters on the lists used in orum helps narrow in on my calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only feedback I can think of off the top of my head is that I would like if we were able to delete vms in bulk and also send text messages out at the same time. That would be super useful! I also don't enjoy the dial'd in prompt. It can be super loud at first...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Orum solves the issue of having to dial each prospect back to back. I can pull a list in , hit dial and it does all the work for me. It's helpful when I need to make some calls but don't want to do everything manually.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to not only call in parallel to up to 6 people at a time but the added insights of seeing who you're calling and how you've interacted in the past. You could run multiple campaigns through one person because they can manage their calls all in one place at a fraction of the time it would take to do it manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think companies are going to and are starting to get hip to all the ways sales folk are trying to get their attention which means they put up walls like a google assistant that Orum cannot crack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Orum I am able to make the amount of calls that would previously take me all day and get them done in under an hour. This allows me to connect to more people, have more conversations, and set more meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it seemless intigrates with Outreach. I am able to get through so many more call tasks in one day. I no longer have to deal with invalid numbers on a regular.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system seems to lag at times. It can be difficult to locate some of the tasks from Outreach that are pulled over to ORum. Yo think when you are doing all call tasks that all the tasks would pop up but you sometimes have to individually go into the specific sequence to be able to complete all of tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to call multiple prospects at one time saves so much time. It saves time and effort and I am able to keep up with so many more tasks and different things I am working on at once.

What do you like best about the product?
Orum is the closest thing to cold calling as a super power. This is the most effective time saving tool in an era when prospects are overwhlemed emails in full inboxes. Additionally, having the LinkedIn button to open a prospects profile makes for a highly effective interface design. Frankly, I don't see how every company isn't already using Orum.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only caveat is that you need to keep the dialer well-fed with quality data because with the ability to power dial 6 parallel lines at the same time also means that you will need to invest time into making sure you have plenty of prospects to call each week.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Orum allows my team to reach more prospects /decision makers than it is humanly possible to call if dialing one-at-a-time.
