What do you like best about the product?
Cloud Talk has been a game-changer for our communication needs. What do you like best about the product?
Pienso que lo mejor que tiene cloudtalk es la facilidad para poder rastrear o monitorear las llamadas entrantes y salientes, por ejemplo me encanta poder escuchar las llamadas a tiempo real, además que los reportes son muy buenos para hacer auditorías y generar gráficos.
What do you dislike about the product?
No me gusta que no sea personalizable el tono de llamada, para los agentes que reciben llamadas en cierta parte es algo fatigante siempre escuchar el mismo tono, en parte es una afectación psicologica y que puede disminuir un poco el rendimiento en casos y contextos puntuales.

Nosotros somos una compañia que presta servicios de software de contabilidad y facturación, gracias a Cloudtalk podemos brindar un excelente soporte a todos nuestros usuarios además de poder integrar Cloudtalk con otras herramientas que tenemos, como sería Hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a very simple system to use and set up. From the initial enquiry, we were well informed of the process and supported along the way. The support we received all along the way made the system easy to set up and get up and running, all while being at an affordable cost within our budgets.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's some difficulties when setting up the IVR section and then having to use call recorings. With systems I have used previously, you can add text to the IVR selctions and then choose a voice to read it for you. Other than that, it's a great system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a remote team and then ability to work on the go and CoudTalk and it's app make that very easy, whilst giving us the ability to track productivity of a remote team.

What do you like best about the product?
Cloud talk is simple to use with intuative features that are easy to grasp and get started using. They have an affordable pricing scheme and it takes no time to get started. Their customer support team is superb and helpful and always gets us working again.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really a downside, however turning the recording off and on is a bit complicated. I wish there was a button that does that instead of typing in a sequence of code that is a bit complicated to do when in the middle of a call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CloudTalk is the answer for reaching out to our leads. Qualifying leads becomes so much easier because with CloudTalk, we can call, leave messages and/or send SMS to the leads all in one app.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using this mobile app for a while now, and overall, I'm quite satisfied with the experience. It offers a wide range of features that make managing my phone and account incredibly convenient. The interface is user-friendly, and I find it easy to navigate through various options and settings.
What do you dislike about the product?
minor gripe I have is with occasional glitches in the app. Although these are infrequent, they can be frustrating when they occur. I hope the development team continues to work on these issues to ensure a seamless user experience.

One aspect that truly stood out for me was the exceptional customer support. Recently, my account was compromised by hackers, which was undoubtedly a distressing situation. However, the company's response to this incident was impressive. They acted swiftly to address the issue, and I was kept well-informed throughout the process. While I did experience a bit of inconvenience due to the account breach, the company did their best to resolve it. They managed to recover most of my data and ensured that my account was secure once again. Kudos to their dedicated support team!
