What do you like best about the product?
Great software! Multi line dialer, you can hook it up to a CRM. This prevents the CRM from getting too crowded with bad leads, also the multi-line dialer is great for working larger lists. At the very least, the software will help you improve the efficiency of your sales reps or cold callers resulting in higher conversions for the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did wish that they had an auto-text option like Lead Sherpa, but it is great for what it was built for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solved getting through very large lists, recording the conversation.

What do you like best about the product?
CallTools has helped us grow our Solar Company 10x over the past two years. Their platform is similar to Five9, but with a richer feature set. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to scale their business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there is nothing that we disliked. Best calling tool, period! I totally enjoy working with Sean as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hands down the best outbound calling tool on the market. You owe it to yourself to try CallTools and go with the best!

Getting more customers on the phone means more appointments and ultimately for us ten times more sales!

What do you like best about the product?
Call Tools was really easy to load lists, and have my agent make calls. The interface is great, and it worked well with no hiccups for the months and months we were using them.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a slight hiccup with my billing, but the team was able to resolve it. Thank you very much to James who was very helpful and responsive!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are running a massive cold calling campaign. The benefits of the multiline dialer and ease of agent use were huge.

What do you like best about the product?
I was having issues with blank contact cards showing when my VA was calling my prospects. Martin Corrales was super patient with me as I had so many questions to ask. He answered all of my questions and made sure that I understood the process and even sent me an e-mail with a tutorial on how to properly upload prospects just in case I forget a step when uploading future lists.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the zoom call was recorded and could be sent to our e-mail. That way, we can use that as a point of reference, but the e-mail tutorial was very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me be very efficient with calling prospects in a timely manner, making this a smooth process.

What do you like best about the product?
She took the time to answer any, and all questions that I had. We definately had some major issues that we had to overcome. From the phone recording not working, to managing mutliple numbers in an individual lead list, to helping w/ setting up our first campaign....she was so helpful. She even hopped on a zoom to show us how to separate the phone numbers in google sheets because some of our skip traced clients had 10 phone numbers per listing.
What do you dislike about the product?
watching the webinars did not help. I had questions that they would say they would answer, and said they would cover it later in the webinar, but then never addressed my questions. I reached out to my rep James, and he instructed me to send an email to support. Support suggested I watch the webinar for a 3rd time. At my last hope, I simply click for support chat online, and I was eventually transferred to Jessa. She's exactly why your company rocks!! Your software can be the best, but if nobody can show clients like me on "how to use it", it won't matter. Thank YOU jessa! Wish us luck!
