What do you like best about the product?
Many things: 1. It joins and records the meeting automatically. 2. I am allowed to send snippets of the recording for conversation. 3. It helps me keep track of how much I spoke in a meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcripts are shit, they can be much better. - Half of the time it's wrong. - If you'll look at transcript without listening to the recording you'll laugh!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to keep track of all recordings, you decide if you want to record a specific meeting or not. - It has sharable link, so I can know how many times my client has seen the recording.

What do you like best about the product?
One of Wingman's main advantages is that it helps sales teams perform better by offering in-the-moment coaching and monitoring of sales discussions. This can assist salespeople in determining areas where they can strengthen their strategy and raise the likelihood that they will close deals. Another advantage is that Wingman interfaces with well-known communication platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet, which makes it simple for sales teams to utilise and get up and running right away. Additionally, the platform offers analytics and reporting tools that sales leaders may use to spot trends and spot areas where their teams can improve. Overall, Wingman is a potent tool for sales teams aiming to increase performance due to its combination of AI-powered analysis, real-time coaching, and simple connection with existing communication systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like every programme or piece of software, Wingman could have some features that some users find less useful or more difficult to use. For instance, if a user is unfamiliar with using these kinds of tools, they may find the learning curve for applying AI and data analytics to increase their sales performance to be severe. Furthermore, even though Wingman is made to work with common communication tools, users may run into technical difficulties or compatibility problems that they need to work through in order to use the platform efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wingman uses AI and data analytics to analyze sales conversations and provide real-time coaching and feedback to salespeople, helping them to identify areas where they can improve their approach and increase their chances of closing deals. Additionally, Wingman provides reporting and analytics features that can help sales leaders identify trends and opportunities for improvement within their teams, and track the performance of individual salespeople over time. Overall, Wingman is a powerful tool for sales teams looking to improve their performance and increase their success rate in closing deals.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love the best about lay man is the ability to record my call, be able to go back later and listen to everything I discussed, and also have the ability of a pop-up on the screen, which will show me a battle card as soon as it hears keywords to show me where my company wins, as opposed to where We win.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, there is absolutely nothing that I dislike about the software. I'm looking forward to being able to use this as a tool moving forward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the onspot questions that I'm receiving about my competitors, or companies that the person I'm speaking with is using, and tells me where we win over that product that has been game changing. I also love the ability to go back later and listen to my call so I can coach myself and or have others listen to it, see what I might be doing wrong.

What do you like best about the product?
The Sales and Customer Success teams in our Organization use Wingman and since we started using the tool our processes have been streamlined and the way we analyze lengthy hour-long calls has changed for good. For me personally, the game tape feature is really valuable, with the game tapes, you can cut long calls into tiny bits and share them internally with your team. Example - Cut a piece of video where the customer talks about a feature request and share this tape with your Product managers.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few things that I feel can be improved, - The transcript isn't particularly accurate. Sometimes, simple words/sentences spoke may not be correctly captured, often there's an inaccuracy. - There's a feature that allows you to skip to the next speaker or the previous speaker. Sometimes, this does not work very accurately. The recording takes you to an incorrect speaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Wingman, the way we analyzed meetings was extremely subpar, especially lengthy hour-long meetings. Since we started using Wingman, we are able to capture better notes, understand and analyze the call better, and more concise action points are derived. This will both benefit both external and internal stakeholders. The important discussions can be trimmed and game tapes are created, these game tapes can be used for internal sharing, and recording and would also be extremely helpful in the future for reference.
