What do you like best about the product?
Much faster than the SFDC original mobile application, not to mention the app will prompt you with any opportunities or tasks that are upcoming or overdue. If you don't like the voice control app, texting is still so much faster than navigating the menus of the app. I have found it's much easier to stay on top of my tasks and admin work now.
What do you dislike about the product?
The speech recognition part is not working well for names or locations outside the English setting, and it takes time and deliberation to make the app understand your accent and your customer names.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to log on to the mobile app and search for what needs updating. Rollio is my first and often only stop in updating my pipeline and contacts. It is also helpful when onboarding new people without overwhelming with SFDC.

What do you like best about the product?
Since going live with Rollio our Sales team has improved forecast accuracy to near perfection, at 99% accuracy! Rollio has also improved our reps' satisfaction and retention of the best salespeople, thanks to a more human & more fluid approach to the always hated admin tasks. Revenues grew 67% YOY. Our data is now clean and Leadership no longer needs to chase after every opportunity. The team behind Rollio did a great job and delivered on time. Truly a great experience throughout.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. Wish this could be rolled out across other systems that have high user interactions.

What do you like best about the product?
Rollio gives you the chance to keep contacts and opportunities (and so on) up to date using just a vocal/text message. This is a great solution for Salespeople that will keep their data current and complete faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pronunciation should be perfect; it does not recognize names in other languages. It would be great if Rollio could support some other languages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem solved: salespeople not having time to access and update salesforce data. Benefits: Salespeople can now update data faster even when they are on the field.

What do you like best about the product?
The push notifications were extremely helpful in keeping up with my close dates and tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I needed to practice with the voice-to-text option. Some of my customers have unique names that I had to learn what the best way to communicate to the app.

Rollio helps me manage my funnel and opportunities within SalesForce on a daily basis. The push notifications help me keep my funnel and tasks up to date.
