What do you like best about the product?
The software is easy to use and has a lot of features that help me to manage my marketing and sales campaigns effectively. I especially like the ability to create and track custom reports, and the fact that I can easily integrate amplemarket with my other tools. Overall, I'm very impressed with amplemarket and would definitely recommend it to other businesses. Here are some of the things I like best about amplemarket: Ease of use: amplemarket is very easy to use, even for people who aren't familiar with these type software. The user interface is clean and intuitive, and the help documentation is comprehensive. Features: amplemarket has a wide range of features that can help you to manage your sales and marketing campaigns effectively. These features include lead generation, email tracking, This makes it easy to keep all of your marketing data in one place. Customer support: amplemarket has excellent customer support. I've had a few questions about the software, and the support team has always been quick to respond and helpful. If you're looking for a GTM software that is easy to use, has a wide range of features, and integrates with other tools, then I would definitely recommend amplemarket.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using amplemarket for well over 3 years and it has been great tool for our prospects list building and outreach. The tool is well designed to search as per our ICP prospects especially technology based searches. Overall, amplemarket is a great tool for our outreach campaigns.

What do you dislike about the product?
Missing A/B testing option. Occasionally, the technology-based searches may give you irrelevant/outdated results. The billing/credits is slightly confusing. I wish we can directly reply back to prospects from amplemarket. Something we would love to see on the platform.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to source and outreach prospects that are using some specific technologies on their websites. Amplemarket’s technology tracker search made the process much easier and quick for us. We also like it’s LinkedIn steps automation.

What do you like best about the product?
I recently started using Amplemarket's services for my business, and I must say that I am incredibly impressed with their platform. One standout aspect of Amplemarket is their outstanding customer support and on-boardning, for me that was their senior account executive Jacob Couture who has been an absolute legend through the whole process. Jacob has been attentive, professional, and prompt in addressing any questions or concerns I've had. His commitment to customer success is truly commendable.

What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, I have not encountered any aspect of Amplemarket that I dislike. However, one potential area for improvement that I would appreciate in the future is the ability to hyper-personalize communication in languages other than English, with dynamic content related to weekdays, markets, and so forth. For example, as a Swedish speaker, it would be more appropriate to contact prospects in Swedish and propose scheduling a call for the next "måndag" instead of "Monday."

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Until recently, I primarily relied on cold calling as my main outreach strategy, and I will continue to do so for the majority of my working day. However, Amplemarket provides a valuable solution that I can utilize during early mornings or late evenings, outside of typical calling hours. This automated system runs in the background, generating additional meetings that contribute to my company's growth. Amplemarket's integrated email warm-up and support for multiple inboxes help ensure that my messages reach recipients' inboxes rather than being filtered as spam, increasing the value of each outreach attempt.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that I can easily import a big list of people that I want to prospect. I can create responsive sequences that can be sent to my target list in an instant. The new AI function that allows for quick messaging is also great.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the sidebar does not load when I'm on Sales Navigator. Whenever I then switch to the next page it does load again but when I then go back to the previous page it does not show.

Amplemarket is helping me to reach my potential customers in an easy-to-use and effective way. I use different tools for outreach but AM tends to be my go-to app. It solve the problem of having to search for emails 1 by 1 and provides me with accurate data that I can use to convert to buying prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
Amplemarket has become my go-to tool for all things prospecting. It does everything, from giving phone numbers of linkedin leads to providing accurate lead and account lists through its search feature. The sequencing feature is excellent, too, as it automatically ascertains the best time to send an email based on a lead's location. Another feature that stood out to me was its prospecting ability based on industry events, where you get the lists of everyone that attended a specific event you are targeting. Lastly, its AI copywriter works like a charm. Does an excellent job at scanning a lead's LinkedIn profile and writing a good outreach message.

What do you dislike about the product?
A few parts are clunky; when using its hub or events search feature, the list results are massive, like in hundreds of thousands, which feels slightly overblown. Another thing is the inability to form boolean searches in the searcher.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to generate accurate lead and account lists through its search feature. The best thing about Amplemarket is its Linkedin extension. Gives precise email and phone numbers quickly; one can accelerate lead generation by scanning a prospect's post as it gives you a list of all the people who engaged on that post. The tool has also made my outreach easy with its superb AI writing assistant.

What do you like best about the product?
I had an amazing experience with the customer support team at Amplemarket. The representative who assisted me was knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to my needs. They went above and beyond to resolve my issue and even provided me with additional resources to help me in the future - a demo video. Extremely simple, and powerful! One platform for all outbound touch points- Email, LI and Calls (automated & manual both), along with great analytics and an outstanding AI integration, all on a super clean and smooth UI. I have had a wonderful experience in the ASEAN region, as it's not too easy to find personas with accurate contact details, but Amplemarket did it for me! To wonderful 15 months of using AM, and more to come!:D

What do you like best about the product?
If you are in Sales, it's your one-stop-shop for everything you do daily. I remember using multiple tools for prospecting, creating sequences, dialing etc. Not anymore. I have everything I need in one simple but powerful tool. It's only fitting to say that using amplemarket is like having your sales reps on steroids. Love it :) Oh! And can't forget to mention the recent AI capabilities added. Makes my life a whole lot easier ;)

I'm an SDR, and my daily life involves prospecting into multiple accounts, personalizing my emails for each prospect from those accounts, etc. But with an inbuilt "Searcher" feature that allows me to view my ideal ICP right from within Amplemarket, and adding them directly into sequences helps me save a ton of time in research and manual work. Also, with the new AI feature built on Linkedin, I can personalize my emails to each prospect by clicking a button. As simple as that :)

One of the best things about amplemarket is that it's easy to use and it's intuitive. The support and onboarding is excellent and we really feel listened to as a customer. The amplemarket team are always coming out with new features and the experience as an end-user improves each time.

The integration with CRM is great in terms of new prospect data mapping, exclusion lists etc but I think there could be some improvements in terms of utilizing amplemarket to enrich existing CRM data.

What do you like best about the product?
They have many different tools baked into one. Email warmup, prospect data, and email sequences all built in together with LinkedIn functionality as well. It's relatively easy to build outbound sequences and get the statistics on them.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's slightly more clunky than what you see with other tools like Salesloft and Outreach. Those tools also have the ability to track who is clicking links within the outbound campaigns which is a higher indication of which leads may be warmer.

What do you like best about the product?
Through cold outreach, someone from AmpleMarket reached out to our team. We were very impressed by the demo and the promises made. It combined data, email marketing and linkedin automation in one - too good to be true we thought, provided it works!

What do you dislike about the product?
Terrible data. We had a 65% bounce rate across the board on all the contacts we downloaded. Terrible customer service. Rather than fixing their data, they started finding problems with our subdomain setup and pointing fingers at completed unrelated items. We were very disappointed and canceled the contract after 3 months. When we informed AmpleMarket, they didn't even attempt to retain us because they knew there were underlying problems with their product.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AmpleMarket didn't solve any problems. It would have been nice if it did. It integrated many products into one, but it wasn't useful in the end because their contacts database is inaccurate and never updated. This leads to enormously high bounce rate. Worst of all, they insist on an annual contract, and you don't realize these problems unless you sign up.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to create a prospect list based on a large number of filters. The search function is my favorite. I like the ability to send sequences, search for prospects and send personalized templates - all in one tool. The AM support team (Marianne) is always very quick to help us with any questions that come up. Even small implementation requests/customizations are quickly forwarded to the AM development team and implemented or put on the roadmap.

What do you dislike about the product?
In general, it is a fantastic tool, but it would be desirable to extend A/B testing. I miss metrics on the overall performance of a sequence, but I think this will happen in the near future and is already on the roadmap. An extension of the dynamic fields in the templates to further improve personalization.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The volume of our outbound sales has increased a lot, and with the personalized templates we have generated more meetings and new customers quickly. We are really happy using AM.

What do you like best about the product?
Amplemarket is so easy to use for all outbounding, as well as tracking your efforts. It is best in class for LinkedIn outbounding and allows you to set the sequene and just forget it. I appreciate being able to customize individual outbounds as needed while also being able to scale my efforts. The chrome extension is my go to tool for ABM outbounding. Tracking on the per sequence, per email account, and by time period is also very helpful. Amplemarket is constantly iterating and releasing new features, excited to see what comes next.

What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I think could be improved is the Searcher. Not as much flexibility and filtering as I would hope to get a reliable lead list. I find myself having to check the leads to ensure they are a good fit.

Amplemarket is innovating in the customer outreach space. They are so thoughtful about the features they release (for example, OOO tracking and follow up sequenes is genius). Their hardwork enables me to do my job better.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about ample market: - When prospects reach out, Amplemarket will automatically categorize the response received, i.e. Out of office, Interested, Wrong person, etc. This helps when I go back into Amplemarket to see who I should contact when returning from vacation or who I should qualify out when not interested. - Multiple Templates: This allows me to send a cadence relevant to either the role or vertical of the prospects I'm attempting to contact. - Last and IMO the most important; batch uploads from "Lead Lists" directly from Linkedin Navigator and Salesforce. This feature has saved me hours, if not DAYS, of work. I'm a huge fan of how Amplemarket makes my life easier and how it allows me to reach out to hundreds of prospects professionally, ensuring that each contact in a sequence is being touched throughout the cadence timeline.

What do you dislike about the product?
I know this is the most crucial topic when gathering reviews to better understand how you as a business can change or improve, but honestly, there is nothing that comes to mind when I ask myself, "What could Amplemarket do better". Keep up the great work.

What do you like best about the product?
Amplemarket is easy to use and super effective. I am able to keep my team in one tool and focussed rather than bouncing around and trying to get everything to talk via the CRM or something else. I've had a great experience using their searcher tool with a much lower bounce rate than the incumbent solution we were using. The automation is next level, especially the liquid syntax options and LinkedIn plugin. This is my second time purchasing this tool and the second time around I didn't even run a buying process.. To top it all off their CX/AM team is top notch. I recommend this to everyone who asks which tool to go with.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a little more functionality and reporting around specific emails, subject lines, etc. They don't currently have an AB testing option like a lot of the other solutions, but I know it's on their roadmap and it's not a big deal. You can still run AB tests via their snippets, it's just not paired with a ton of reporting to make it actionable. That's digging pretty deep though, honestly very happy with the tool

What do you like best about the product?
The liquid sintax is great (once you learn how to do it) , competitive intelligence is awesome, easy to understand and use. Any feature requests I can simply email our very available CSM, Leif. He's awesome and very passionate about the tool.

What do you dislike about the product?
Really wish the constant onboarding guide went away after you're done- just gets in the way. The dialer can be really iffy oftentimes and you need to call yourself to make sure your # isn't spam. There are often times when I desire a particular feature that's not there and I'm limited. Sometimes it has glitches and the autotask button wont work or doesn't log everything you've done. There are moments where the contact information is like 2 years old, but nothing an email apologizing for reaching out can't fix.

Outbounding is the biggest thing. It's what we're on all the time. I'm able to do my job and reach the number i need to. So for now it's great and allows me to accomplish that.

The sequencing tool is easy to use and having the ability to find new leads in the tool is a nice addition. The tool also knows when a contact booked a meeting even if the meeting was booked outside the sequence. which is a nice addition.

The integrations to existing CRMs are very limited. Our team is required to export leads from hubspot and manually import them into AM. Once we do that we have no idea which leads are actually being sequeced to from the hubspot interface as key properties (sequence end date, sequence status, etc.) are not pushed from AM into hubspot. Because of this, adoption at the Account Executive level has been very slow as they mainly interface with our CRM. It is also impossible to tell which contacts are already in our CRM from Amplemarket-- A key feature many other lead gen and outreach tools have.

What do you like best about the product?
It's an incredibly comprehensive platform -- multi-channel outreach automation, tons of personalization power, and strong lead data really help put sales out reach on autopilot. Having tried a bunch of competitors, I can safely say Amplemarket is the best of the bunch!

What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is a bit limited and inaccurate simply due to some of the product decisions they've made on how to interpret response data, which makes it hard to effectively A/B test campaigns. There are also some annoying UX quibbles like the fact that they don't allow you to add more leads to an existing campaign, and need to re-create every time you want to increase the number of people in a campaign, or edit an audience.

Amplemarket is really helping to put our lead gen efforts on autopilot, most of the business our company has brought in to-date have come via their outbound outreach campaigns and it's been extremely hands-off.

What do you like best about the product?
Personalization tools and features to make mass emails look like targeted emails are really great and work effectively. I also value the option to set up 'out of office' and 'not right person' responses.

What do you dislike about the product?
It appears difficult to scale currently. Also, it would be much better if AM linked better with Hubspot to exclude profiles who have been contacted by us (not necessarily via AM). AM doesn't seem to update automatically along with LinkedIn so I've come across numerous profiles that aren't still at the job AM says they are. The most important dislike however, is lack of contact numbers. This was our primary reason for getting AM but there is about 1 number for every 15-20 contacts.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us with outbound outreach, however it is not quite meeting the standard we expected when we implemented it; our other outreach tools yields much better results currently although this is mainly due to volume and scale.

What do you like best about the product?
Amplemarket takes automation to the next level with it's LinkedIn touchpoints, smart actions and dynamic fields; you can practically set it and forget it. The search functionality is fantastic, with up to date lead data and a wide range of filters allowing you to find the exact leads you need. It reduces time, and effort while producing tangible results that will bring a smile to the face of any SDR team. It blows most other tools away!

What do you dislike about the product?
The tool itself is excellent, but the chat, on the other hand, is not. On the occasions when I've had to reach out through the chat, the response time has been very slow, which can be frustrating. It also takes a bit of time to get used to using the syntax for the dynamic fields, but it's totally worth it because the results speak for themselves.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplemarket takes the hard work out of the SDR role; it's like having multiple tools rolled into one automated, easy-to-use platform, enabling you to book more meetings in less time. It personalizes and automates your outreach; the google extension helps to find data on leads across multiple platforms, and I am barely scratching the surface of Amplemarket's capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
Amplemarket is an excellent platform for us to upscale our sales outreach. It's a sophisticated piece of tech with really impressive functionality. The level of dynamic content is fantastic and really enables you to create a super personalised approach to prospecting. The level of support from our CSM is brilliant - she is always on hand to answer any questions we might have, especially during onboarding.

What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike however the level of sophistication can actually make it quite complicated tech to get your head around. I think more training via CSM would be beneficial during onboarding.

We have a fairly small sales team and personal outreach is quite limited just because of the time it takes to make connections/conversations. The automated approach ample market offers really allows us to scale up our prospect outreach but still at a personal level.

What do you like best about the product?
Most of all I like the size of their database and filtering options. You can find contacts for many industries and they seem pretty up-to-date. Also, their UI is pretty understandable and comfortable which is good for onboarding period.

What do you dislike about the product?
We had some problems with the speed of support responses at the beginning of our contract but with time it becomes much better. Also, I think it would be great if the tool could give any advice or notifications when our campaigns are working worse than expected because it's quite difficult to evaluate the performance without many years of experience.

Amplemarket does an exceptional job at being a one stop shop for sales engagement. Their searcher tool is my favorite place to build lists, their sequencer is by far the best tool on the market to help you achieve "personalization at scale", and their data is great too.

Can't easily A/B test in sequencer. Also, as they grow customer support response times seem to have lengthened. Also, no easy way to buy add ons, credits, etc. without talking to sales again. Would love a self serve model for current clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Amplemarket has been the leading tool I have tried for outbounding. Amplemarket's integration with Linkedin Sales Nav makes it super easy to add relevant contacts to customer profiles and work efficiently from there. The speed at which contact data is pulled is helpful. The formatting of being able to see the entire sequence on one screen and make any tweaks to any of the emails at that time is also a great perk.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not much at this time. Perhaps sent sequence visibility is the only small thing. I wish a column in the sequences tab listed the customer profile alongside the sequence name they were sent for easy review afterward.

Filters on technolgies / industries are nice but not very reliable in terms of quality. For us it is important to know which technologies a company is using and the results on this data point were not amazing in terms of precision. Still this is true for every tool that scraping tool (see builtiwith). The workaround is not to only anchor on a specific data point but have a broader message

Amplemarket is helping us on the outbound email campaigns. This tool has helped us get more signups in the last month while the inbound GTM is picking up. I'm not a sales rep and I have to say that the guidelines and templates that Amplemarket gave me really helped me improve performance

What do you like best about the product?
Amplemarket saves me tons of hours in engaging the leads. For things that will easily take 4 hours, you set it to 30 min and run it by clicking execute. Plus, they are always very attentive when supporting the clients.

Some functions would be good to add to the extension, for example, the chance to add more than one note for the lead.

What do you like best about the product?
Amplemarket competes in a crowded space. There's Outreach.io, Apollo.io, and more. As a former Apollo user, Amplemarket has been a great tool for running our outbound sales motion and generating lead lists. Outbound sales tools are very powerful, and often have cluttered UX/UI. Amplemarket is both powerful and has created a clean and straight forward user experience. That's hard for these types of tools! The email deliverability features are a huge huge plus too - ask them about this!

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes a bit buggy. I wish I could reach out to a lead on the fly and send them a one-time message. It would also be nice to edit lead data. If I notice someone has moved jobs and Amplemarket isn't fully up to date yet, then I'd like to be able to update myself.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplemarket is helping our team scale up our outbound sales efforts. Without it, we'd be moving far too slowly from a GTM perspective.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact of multiplying myself while making several omnichannel touchpoints with prospects. So it gives logic to a complex structure that, from my point of view it´s all about perseverance, assertive communication, a bit of luck and number of touchpoints! The support - Hurray to you guys! Thanks

The fact that I can´t track if the prospect interacts/visits with my webpage. If I skip the task, I cannot set an automatic request to connect again. Not being able to work on the go with my smartphone... need an app guys! ;-) Not having more filters when I download the completed lead list ( need to know which have been excluded; notes that we added to the prospects), Possibility of having several email templates that we could add at any point to the sequence. Knowing which sequence step has a better open rate and replies is possible.

Til now, the OOO smart actions to start the sequence when the customer is back. I hope to have the exclusion list filter and the notes asap.

What do you like best about the product?
Amplemarket has it all. Automated LinkedIn actions, variable messages, light "programming" capabilities, SEP to CRM integration. It has way more features than its competitors that I find super useful. The custom lead search is effective. It isn't perfect, but it is efficient.

What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks a good number of QOL features that exist in Hubspot or other SEP platforms. There are no single-use templates. There is no subject-line a/b/c testing (in conjunction with stats.) There isn't a way to see how fellow team members are doing. There are no folders for sequences.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great Sales Engagement Platform for people who want to send lots of messages with the highest delivery rate possible. It's rather labor-intensive to get started, as you're building many processes and sequences from scratch, but it's good after building the foundation.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That being said, it really solves 3 major problems. It sends long 5+ email automated sequences, unlike Hubspot's built-in SEP; it automates LinkedIn tasks like messages, connection requests, post/article likes (TOTAL GAME CHANGER); it has built-in content variation tools in the form of its coding-like "liquid language" system of random variables and if/then functions.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of ample for me was the changed jobs filter. When my group of SDRs started using that, our meetings almost doubled. You are able to personalize sequence templates to a point where prospects can't tell an email is automated. Overall, ample has been a game changer for me.

What do you dislike about the product?
Early on, we had issues with 2 SDRs reaching out to the same prospect due to not being able to see that a previous SDR had added them to a customer profile. Think for the most part that is fixed.

What do you like best about the product?
All the capabilities (email, linkedin, dialer) in one tool, we could replace four different products with one using Amplemarket. The data research /prospect sourcing functionality for outbound sales is better than we've seen from competitors. We also like the email deliverability and the outbound sales workflow the product encourages.

What do you dislike about the product?
Our impression is that this isn't a very mature product or company yet. We've encountered several productivity impacting product bugs. Their support is good. Still, we've spent much more time using their product support than we've had to with our other technology vendors. The product also doesn't seem to be meant to be used for inbound sales workflows - that would be nice functionality to add in the future.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outbound sales motions. Contact data access and quality. Consistent messaging across platforms with automation of messaging through each channel. We've sourced more outbound opportunities with Amplemarket than with our previous sales stack.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to send sequences to a large group of contacts as well as the searcher. The searcher has been so helpful finding contacts that are within my ICP that then allows me to quickly send a sequence out.

What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the fact that you can not go back and edit a sequence. It would be helpful to be able to edit future emails in a sequence that are planned to go out; however, Amplemarket does not allow you to edit once you submit. It also is difficult that contacts get put in an exclusion list - even though you can manually add them in, Amplemarket tends to still pull them out.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are allowing me to email several people at once by using sequences. As a BDR this is really helpful since I am able to contact a large ICP at once and then track who has opened my emails through Amplemarkets analysis. They also help me find contacts with the searcher option.

What do you like best about the product?
Amplemarket has all sorts of great features to send cold outbound emails. Mailboxes warm in the background, you can use liquid syntax to vary the text, you can send sequences from multiple inboxes over multiple days, and you can automatically send LinkedIn connections, page visits or messages in your sequences. The Amplemarket team has been super responsive in helping us get set up in a way that works for our team.

As a relatively early-stage company, they're still sorting through some bugs, but nothing major and they're super responsive when we report stuff.

What do you like best about the product?
I deeply appreciate the number of variables I can control within the platform. All other cold email outreach tools I have used do not allow the amount of dynamic fields that Amplemarket provides. I have run many campaigns and am deeply satisfied with this tool. Often I recommend this to other people in my role.

I had some issues integrating with my Outlook account, which took a few months to resolve. I believe it was on Microsoft's end, but to be honest, it was not entirely clarified. It was resolved though, and everything was fine after. Also, there are still a few features that need some improvement but I have seen them addressing issues I have brought to their attention.

What do you like best about the product?
I should start I come from the Outreach.io world, which I think is a great tool! But I love Amplemarket! I can't narrow it down to Amplemarket feature: The tech insights feature, the autopilot feature, and the max inbox per 24-hour feature is amazing! I use the tech insights feature to create prospect lists to target only key personas using the tech integrations we support. Also, the autopilot feature is great for automatically sending out personalized LinkedIn connections and messages. And the max 24-hour feature is excellent to ensure I'm constantly feeding my pipeline while not outreaching every prospect to an account all at once.

What do you dislike about the product?
Metrics and outreach insights are confusing. When you add a customer profile to a sequence template, Amplemarket only gives metrics for that particular cohort added. There are no good metrics on the overall performance of a sequence. Also, it's hard to tell when a prospect opens an email besides the daily email sent by Amplemarket. An outbox showing an outgoing mail delivery schedule would also be helpful, similar to Outreach. Also, there is no team view metrics. As a BDR, it's tough to see if an account was contacted in Amplemarket, so we have to go back and forth to our CRM.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Targeting the right prospects and building an outbound pipeline. Also, it saves me a lot of time on tasks using the autopilot feature. Bulk personalization is also a key benefit - dynamic content features and the ability to customize a sequence before adding prospects are key.

Amplemarket gives us the best ROI among all our lead-gen tools for our small software start-up. Cold email outreach is so simple and so effective with this tool. We cannot imagine doing cold email marketing any other way!

The internal search functions are excellent. The plug-ins that attach to Linkedin are beneficial. However, it is the automated email outreach that was my MUST HAVE.

Occasional errors in the data. These do not occur often but have led to me sending emails to the wrong person or using the wrong name. Occasional gaps in the data. Not being able to find a suitable contact at a target company.

I love that Amplemarket integrates all of my sales channels and allows me to reach my prospects with customizable email sequences and a dialer function that continues to improve with the input of our team. They will always listen to their customers.

I don't have to remember to follow up via email - Amplemarket takes care of it for me! I simply set a sequence and the application sends the emails as needed. I can set either new or reply sequences. I really like the ability to easily customize a single sequence without having to create a new one from scratch.

- Inability to view active reply sequences in Amplemarket. Overall managing active sequences isn't the easiest. - Can't attach PDFs to sequences, but images are okay. - If you accidentally leave the page while editing a sequence, you have to start over.

What do you like best about the product?
Amplemarket brings together a lot of functionality to support a cross channel, multi-touch approach to support development teams inbound follow-up and outbound prospecting. Easy to manage integration with Salesforce, Google suite, and LinkedIn to automate personalized messaging and reduce manual work for BDRs. But my favorite thing about Amplemarket has been my experience working with our customer success rep & sales team. I inherited our instance of Amplemarket and the team was very supportive in getting me up to speed.

Nothing that I really “dislike”. The team is receptive to feedback and it steadily improves. Workflows and reporting was a bit tricky to navigate at first.

The LinkedIn integration is second to none. How Amplemarket allows you to simulate views and messages on LinkedIn is probably the most important thing that's done - as well as the ability to export folks from posts to reach out with a highly targeted message.

Navigation on the app, and the analytics leave a little bit to be desired. Having outreach broken out by each individual sequence, even if the messaging is the same, makes it more difficult to A/B test.

Combines intelligent list creation, automated cadences with smart actions, Linkedin touchpoints, great reporting and a super customer support team. Definitely the best in the market

What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike really, they pick up on all feedback and quickly develop or adjust the solution to do what you want. They are committed to deliverability so sometimes the system limits the throttle on large campaigns (but fair enough, otherwise all goes to spam).

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can create smart lists of ideal targets based on many different criteria, from "static" ones such as title and location, to "dynamic" ones like "recently changed job" or "liked a post on linkedin" or "attended an event". Then I can reach out to them in a very personalised way via email and multiple linkedin actions. I also have their phone and I can set tasks and reminders to call/follow-up. Then smart reporting helps me understand performance and prioritise next steps based on the interaction with my content. Cherry on the cake, AI helps keep clean categories (interested/meeting booked/watched many times but didn't reply/do not contact again) and excludes automatically recently targeted people and those that unsubscribe.

I have used several competitors but no platform has the potential and the features that Amplemarket has - it will be your "sales assistant on steroids". There's nothing I dislike in particular but it's important to be aware that to make the most out of the tool, you'll need to put in some time to really take advantage of all its features, like the liquid syntax. I also think the reporting feature can improve, and I'm sure it will. Obviously, it's also hard to always have all the contacts up to date but hands down, this is the best tool I have seen in terms of contacts' data.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making the BDR work much easier and faster, and we have everything centralized in one tool (no need for different tools for lead building and multichannel cadences, for example) , and the integration with our CRM keeps all the data organized. There's so much potential for personalization with this tool, besides all of its automation features, which can be translated into a higher engagement with prospects. AM is automatizing a lot of things that usually are very tedious and/or hard to track if you do them manually. They are helping us improve our productivity and do so in a more data-driven way.

What do you like best about the product?
They have a very steady demographic database, and I've never had a problem finding lead data

Haven't really found anything that doesn't do the job, they pretty much comply with what they praise to have and offer

I use it primarily for lead contact data, setting email and task sequences is fairly easy and the combination of those features has helped me eliminate the need to use extra software such as Zapier to connect lead/sales flows.

What do you like best about the product?
Great features for email campaigns, and finding new leads. Tracking interests, warming mailboxes, sending sequences from multiple inboxes, and automatic LinkedIn page visits.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are some bugs, and I'd love to log in with different LinkedIn accounts for different sequences instead of the same one for every sequence. Nothing major!

What do you like best about the product?
Amplemarket is incredibly powerful, and once set up, could almost replace a whole SDR department: - Finding leads according to our ICP, enriching them with email, LinkedIn information, phone numbers. That replaces Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, and Lusha for us. And no spreadsheets are needed; everything synced to our CRM. - Multi-step sequences with Email + LinkedIn engagement + voice messages on LinkedIn make the whole outreach hyper-personalized without manual labor. - Amplemarket uses AI that understands the replies of your customers and answers according to them. You can automate Amplemarket to circle back when someones OOO ends! Amplemarket does everything besides the Demos, so you better hire more AEs ;)

What do you dislike about the product?
You can do soo many things, that it takes a while to understand everything. And then there are many more features like voice messaging on LinkedIn, finding all participants of events, find out who liked which posts... But they provide a personal onboarding where they set you up for success.

Make sure to do the onboarding or office hours with the Amplemarket team: 1. You will have more out of Amplemarket 2. They are lovely

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to automate all the repetitive tasks in our outbound process without being impersonal. Doing outbound is a delicate process, and a thin line between mastery and total spam. We achieve an open rate of >85% with Amplemarket due to the hyper-personalization and can scale it.
