What do you like best about the product?
I love the style and the the way it reacts on hover. I like that we can post gifs as background images to give a little more aesthetic intrigue. It gave our site a much-needed facelift.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think we've quite mastered the streams yet. It can be struggle to figure out where to post articles, etc. that make the most sense. Also, not knowing if what "we" feel is right is what our customers would feel makes sense.

We needed a better way to display our resources (articles, videos, FAQs, etc.) and Uberflip has been a great solution. Everything is organized (whether by customer segment, file type, solution) and the appearance is very appealing. (It looks great!) Instead of posting 10 text links or buttons on a page, we can send users from a landing page to our Resources stream and they can find all sorts of assets they might be interested in.

What do you like best about the product?
Uberflip is easy to learn to use and very simple. I haven't experience any bugs or unexpected performance. Support responds quickly to new tickets when I have questions. The blog feed formatting is clean.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you just want to publish simple, one-column articles, this is tool covers it (it's essentially a basic word editor interface). But if you want to format images nicely, add columns, or do anything other than a plain layout, it's not really possible. I was also very excited for the pages feature they've been talking about for a while. They said it would start coming out in August. Was very disapointed (and foiled in plans) when I heard our account won't get it until January 2024. As far as publishing process, you can't copy/paste from Google Docs without it carrying over formatting. So I have to put text through an html stripper before pasting, which is tedious.

Uberflip is our blog tool, allowing us to publish content to our 250,000+ subscribers. I can keep content organized and publish new articles with relative ease, as long as I cater to Uberflip's basic formatting options.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the basic idea of Uberflip is a great idea. Thinking about content pieces as tiles that can be moved around and placed on different pages/streams is smart and helpful for organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing works as well as it should. Frankly, the whole experience feels like it was designed 15 years ago. The system for editing text and adding images is like an early version of Microsoft Word. There are weird, arbitrary rules about content uploads (literally no design team in 2023 designs PDFs in inches. How is that the metric for PDF uploads?). The analytics are always inaccurate, difficult to read, and overall just unhelpful. I really like the idea of Uberflip, but the execution is poor.

We use Uberflip to host content for a specific customer segment.

What do you like best about the product?
- It makes it easier for marketers to have a single source of truth for all content and downloadable assets. - The ability to drive interactions with potential customers, like the link and form CTAs. - The smart filters help you automate content workflows based on buyer journey, tags, content category, etc. - Analytics & insights - Can track page views, time spent on content, CTR, etc. - Integrations - we've synced our Wistia video management platform and CRM to Uberflip for cohesive campaign alignement and measurement. - Their customer success teams - our Account manager Lana is wonderful to work with and they frequently engage with our team to ensure we're up-to-date on the latest software updates and that they have a full understanding of what we need to make the most out of our investment.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Transitioning to a new content management platform takes time and education. Although the training and support was very well done with their team. - While the tool does provide some customization options, there are some limitations in terms of design and layout. Their brand team was excellent to work with as well, just expect an additional cost associated with tailored designs. - Merging existing content was a bit of a challenge and time-consuming and we had a few challenges migrating RSS streams and differentiating specific pieces of content once merged. - A lot of features are wonderful to have, but there are tabs on the platform that I have never or rarely used.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Uberflip for several months now, and I can't express how impressed I am with this platform. From the moment I started using it, my content management process became more efficient and streamlined. One of the standout features is the ability to create personalized content experiences for different audience segments. This has revolutionized the way we engage with our customers and prospects. The intuitive interface makes it incredibly easy to curate and organize content, ensuring that our audience gets exactly what they need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any robust content management system, Uberflip can have a learning curve for new users. While the platform is designed to be intuitive, it might take some time for users to fully grasp all the features and capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Uberflip streamlines the process of organizing and centralizing content from various sources. This solves the problem of content fragmentation, where valuable resources are scattered across different platforms, making it difficult for both internal teams and external audiences to find what they need. By centralizing content, Uberflip makes it easier to manage, update, and present content in a cohesive manner.
