What do you like best about the product?
Opensense does a great job of producing attractive signature fields, we love that it works for users on Apple Mail or other clients outside of Gmail, and it's great that employees can't adjust their signatures either by accident or on purpose. Additionally, Opensense's attachment tracking capabilities have been a great tool for our sales team.

What do you dislike about the product?
The admin dashboard UI and process of making changes to users' signatures could be a little more streamlined but once you know how to do it the process is quick and easy.

Opensense provides us with uniform signatures for all of our employees, most importantly for some who do not use the web-based gmail client, which eliminated most other signature management platforms.

I don't know that I've ever come across a more helpful CS team than Opensense has. It's impossible to be confused, because there is always someone there to help momentarily. The tool has made event and product release promo super fun and easy.

At first, it took some onboarding -- but, that is the case with any new tool. Really don't have any complaints. Easy to use.

We have been enjoying all of Opensense features for the past 45 days and so far we enjoy how the platform offers robust analytics, and it integrates well with our CRM (HubSpot). We like how we can rotate the banner versions throughout the campaign and how we have an open-line of communication with the customer support team. Overall it's a great tool that's worth trying out (they have a 30-day no obligation trial).

The price minimums are on a higher end, and the price just increased as well.

We use OpenSense to brand all of our outgoing emails and ensure consistency in our email delivery. Our sales and marketing team use it for account-based marketing campaigns. This type of passive marketing has proven valuable to maintain a high level of professionalism and communication. We also found the set-up and design process very streamlined. The user interface is straightforward to understand and navigate. Adding and removing images and URLs from the signature is easy. The support for the product is outstanding. They quickly reply and can walk you through each step if needed. If you are interested, they are willing to share how they made the changes so that if you are confident enough, you can do them yourself. Support staff are super friendly, easy to understand, and very supportive. Since starting with this product a few years ago, we have not had any issues with its performance.

Their team works with you to create an HTML signature that looks professional, is responsive across devices, and reflects your brand by ensuring all of your employees' emails are using the most up-to-date design. It integrates with Gmail and your CRM for seamless identity across services. And better yet, you can promote whatever you like using static or animated banner ads. You can also choose to exclude certain departments if not everyone needs to send banners.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the setup getting new employees onboarded seems like it could be a little more intuitive. Also, now and then we come across a little issue with the code of our signature, like a line being nudged down in some people's emails. It's not the biggest problem we could have, and in the past they have helped to try to resolve it. Still not sure what causes it, as it only happens sometimes. Luckily the Opensense help desk is quite friendly and responsive. Some issues can take a little back and forth to figure out, but they're always on the case.

You'll get the most out of the product if you have a decent designer on your team, or a freelancer.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Opensense to set up our employees' email signatures, we had designed some HTML to insert into our email provider's settings. Still, some people would use their own simple text signature. Or, some who had been with the company for a while may have an outdated signature design. Opensense allows us to keep everyone up to date with the latest design, as well as promote new content on our website using their banners.

What do you like best about the product?
From the outset, the team at Opensense understood our needs, even on price. The attention to detail during the onboarding process was terrific, and the support was second to none. They had a team of people helping us to make the migration to Opensense a success. The design process was super fast, and the systems' intelligence design made configuring what we needed a breeze. Each team member was on point and ready to help; they even made themselves available to me in my timezone, which I think was just amazing. The system works and is super easy to use; I can absolutely recommend Opensense to anyone, and as a charity, they were a clear winner on price and value.

It sounds a little corny, but I can't think of any issue I haven't been able to overcome, either on my own or through the support of the Opensense team.

Opensense allows us to brand the many different aspects of our organisation with ease. As a charity, we have many various programs such as supporting people enduring homelessness, residential aged care and protecting vulnerable young people; Opensense allows our staff to proudly show which of the more than one hundred different community programs they belong to, all the while operating from a single umbrella domain. We also have a number of our programs that have their own domain name, and Opensense allows us to brand those also. In addition to branding, Opensense gives us a platform to manage email marketing campaigns that are sophisticated and simply work.

What do you like best about the product?
After OpenSense's design team reviewed some visual suggestions from our team on how we would like our email signatures to appear, OpenSense quickly offered numerous design options that helped us to create a new email "brand" that we felt confident in rolling out to our entire company. Following our choice of company signature design, the global application and rollout of the signature was driven from a competent technical team that offered simple and easy-to-follow steps to enforce company-wide signatures for our cloud email platform. Despite our company being a relatively small/medium-sized business, throughout the onboarding process, OpenSense provided "white glove" treatment to our IT team, which, in the end, made the whole process relatively seamless. Our users were eager to adopt their new signatures once they saw how the process worked and how much more professional this made our emails appear to our clients. Beyond the traditional These signatures included not only our company logo, but optional links, marketing data as well as third-party integrations that we never knew we needed until we learned more about the possible options after the fact.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I have any dislikes; overall, we are very happy with the platform. The hardest part of the process was ensuring that our security requirements were met with OpenSense's team, but that was a factor beyond their control.

Before our adoption of OpenSense, we had signature problems company-wide; users were adding their own images, links and quotes to their own signatures, which did not reflect our company's branding nor our technical standards. What do you like best about the product?
Once our support team was on service cloud, there was no great way to design an email signature in the native application. The OpenSense team helped me with the Salesforce integration and quickly assessed an issue with a unique circumstance, which was resolved in days.

Link and attachment tracking is sweet, but I have been told by others that they don't want to click a link a link to get an attachment, it seems sketchy to them so I turned it off.

Opensense has world class technical support who is very knowledgeable about M365 and Opensense product. Even their president will from time to time take escalations from their technical support staff.

Signature Product could use a little more refinement on UI admin side. The Office 365 Sync tool could be a little bit more robust. Currently the system syncs once a day with Office 365, it should sync multiple times per day.

Opensense resolved the need to create custom signatures and have end users update their signatures. Signatures are stamped after E-mail Transit so sales team can market their product more efficiently. Also the signatures are reporting back to HubSpot which is a great addition.

Opensense made it easy to create signatures so that we could standardize our look and feel to customers. They worked with us to explain how to adjust them and were right there when needed. Signatures look uniform and great to our customers.

I believe more work can be done to make the signature stamp that a user would see when generating a new email in outlook look better. The solution works perfectly for the outside world but we also want our internal users to feel a sense of pride and brand ownership so we had to work around this limitation.

The team and staff at outreach is dedicated to getting us the solutions we want and are very knowledgeable about their product. Their support is also amazing. Their team went as far as to troubleshoot another product we were using when we weren't sure where a problem was with our email delivery (and it didn't end up being anything to do with Opensense). I have always had pleasant conversations and could feel the support and desire to help out Jobot whenever I reached out with a concern.

Opensense ensures our signatures looks uniform and great no matter which product we use. We used them to ensure our business development emails look just as good as our internal emails. I have been trying for years to get a consistent signature for all of our staff. There are always those that don't want to comply, however, now we have a way to push it! It's great for different departments, etc. Opensense staff has been amazing to work with. They coded what our signatures looked like for us, and we were able to deploy quickly.

I wish that I could install the signatures myself but that isn't really a dislike since it has to be done on each local computer.

You do need to be on the cloud version of Outlook. Ours took a little longer only because we were in the middle of transferring our entire business from a server based exchange.

What do you like best about the product?
Opensense's strengths lie within the usability and interface of its tool. It's easy to set up and you'll soon find yourself navigating around the dashboard in no time. The design studio itself is very intuitive to use (provided you're good with HTML) and everything is self explanatory. The marketing function itself allows you to easily upload banners and what I find really exciting is the reporting function and analysis that Opensense provides. This makes it easier to see what banners have been doing well, and contributing to the overall traffic on our website. It's easy to use, and working alongside the customer success team, you're guaranteed to get up and running in no time.

What do you dislike about the product?
No particular dislikes attributed to Opensense. The main issue I have is with images being displayed as broken - but this is a wider email signature issue and not just pinpointed to Opensense themselves. This issue is apparent with email clients such as Outlook but may be down to the users' inbox preferences in the way they decide to bring display image attachments.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely suggest seeing which tools are out there that can deliver what you need. Opensense ticked all our boxes too and thus why we decided to go with them.

I like how customizable our signatures are as far as design and rules, but I would say my favorite thing about OpenSense is the top-notch customer service. We've tried other platforms and the customer service was the downfall. My Customer Service Associate is always quick to help me or answer any questions I might have. Also, he walks me through anything I need help with as far as changes in design or function.

We're driving outbound-sourced meetings with prospects via the meeting link and mind blowing hits for the gif-link. The gif is super eye catching. Great value for the investment, they don't nickel and dime you/ they aren't a pain to add users with. Also, easy to implement across my growing org.

Because I set it and forget it for a while I forget how to use the admin panel when I come back. Also the admin panel is a bit tricky and the branding isn't completely changed from SenderGen.

What do you like best about the product?
The response in our system is almost instantaneous. When we make a new campaign, the next email we send already has a new banner. We also always appreciate when software integrates with HubSpot and therefore our CRM. The software is on rails enough that our signatures look great, but flexible enough that someone with a base of HTML knowledge can make it look great.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is utterly confusing as to how to tie ad tags, technology groups, and campaigns together. I have ended up having to call our CSM 3 different times just to show me how to tie everything together. I feel like the different areas that need to be tied together are a bit disjointed and ambiguous.

Make sure that the technology integrates with other bits of your technology. Don't be afraid to ask for a free trial to see how the technology works for you.

I love that I can control the email signatures to create consistency across my organization. The tracking capabilities are also amazing! I also really like that I am able to make a change from one site and it will change across the board, to all employees. This is helpful in portraying up-to-date marketing banners within the emails.

I don't like that I have to pay to re-design the signatures. There is a feature to be able to re-design them myself, which I need to take the time to do. I'll do that eventually, but all in all this is a great product. I also really dislike that when you are writing an email, the previous of your signature appears within code. I've had several complaints from employees within my organization that are confused as to what this is going to look like, and why it keeps appearing that way. It's very frustrating, that because I purchased this product on behalf of my company, I have to hear it! I wish it would just show exactly how it will appear in an email.

I would recommend that you are committed to the design that you choose, because once you make a selection, you either have to re-design it yourself, or there's a fee to make changes.
