What do you like best about the product?
The platform is well-organized, easy to use, and intuitive. But it is also robust enough to handle large groups of attendees and provides for excellent interaction with the audience
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could change the size of some of the windows as a producer. I also wish we could add more fields to the custom registration forms. As we add more states to our CE list, many require additional information and it would be nice to be able to include them all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run a nationwide continuing education program involving many states and diverse audiences and speakers. ON24 allows us to focus on the content and quality of the webinars without having to spend time overcoming logistic issues present with other platforms. This has allowed us to grow our audience and reach, and has helped us attain additional business

What do you like best about the product?
On24 provides us with an enterprise-grade platform for hosting mass-scale webinars to our audience of prospects, customers and partners. The tight integration with our marketing automation platform, Marketo is great as it allows us to host registration on marketing landing pages but then seamlessly push leads through to On24 experiences and then use the integration to pull attendee data back once an event has occurred. We also love the design capabilities to bring a more custom look and feel to the audience console, way beyond what we are able to achieve with other webinar platforms. There are tonnes of great modules that can be enabled to improve engagement, provide useful resources, and survey the attendees for information that continues to improve our webinars. The On24 team are super helpful and are a great ally in helping to continue driving our webinar strategy and execution forward!
What do you dislike about the product?
At times in the past the On24 UI has been a bit clunky - but changes in recent years have improved that dramatically! It can be very slow to export recordings of sessions from the archive after they finish, so needs to be factored into follow-up process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On24 allows us to great awesome events for our customers, prospects and partners with a focus on providing a great user experience. Ultimately this is helping us create greater demand at all levels of the buyer funnel.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how many online article there are for a step-by-step guide. A huge plus is that ON24 updates them when they are outdated too! Compared to GoToWebinar, what a huge difference ON24 is!
What do you dislike about the product?
The ON24 reps I've been assigned to this year are kind and easy to talk to but I don't they are as attentive or go above adn beyond as the last reps I had in my previous job about 2 years ago, so that's a little disappointing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There is support and the willingness of the ON24 rep to follow up and resolve any issues is a very great asset to the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company wanted more engagement opportunities with our audience, and it's been exciting to watch the console update through ON24's updates in a positive manner, for example now our widgets that show on launch are frame less unless hovered over, very cool!

What do you like best about the product?
The team at ON24 have been pivotal in helping us create a meaningful offering for our learning webinars. The tech available is what makes the product work best for us and allows users to achieve what they need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing structure is hazy. Response to technical queries often takes 48-72 hours which can be frustrating given the nature of the product. Internal team structure doesnt entirely make sense, you aren't ever entirely sure who to reach out to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us deliver a learning website with live and on demand teaching events. The Certification widget is great and 'logged in' hub experience allows us to get an overview of internal and external users

What do you like best about the product?
I love the features that ON24 has, there are great engagement and conversion tools, it is highly personalisable and there are also so many on-demand and upcoming webinars from ON24 regularly advertised to customers to help them to better utilise both ON24 and webinars in general to get the most out of both. They host events for people to watch such as their annual conference, they always provide statistics on what works and what doesn't, and always provide great information on how to boost your engagement and registrations. Their support are super helpful and they're always so fast with getting back to you about queries and issues, and they have great trials for upcoming features that you can get involved with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really dislike anything, the platform itself and our account managers are great - I guess the only thing is the pricing. ON24 is significantly pricier than their competitors, but then again their functionality if a lot better and there is a lot more that you can do and get out of ON24.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ON24 solves us not being able to get interactive content out to both prospects and customers. Hosting webinars takes the stress out of trying to plan larger sessions - for example, we want to reach a whole product customer base about product updates in a better way than via an email or product update notes? Invite them to an interactive webinar where they can see updates in real time and ask questions to receive answers immediately.
