What do you like best about the product?
I find the platform to be very user-friendly and it enables me to keep track of every gift I send in connection to closed deals. I also appreciate the exceptional support and implementation team, especially Kelly who deserves a shout-out for her great work.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to mention one issue with Sendoso's otherwise excellent service, it would be the process of exchanging gifts. Sometimes, it's easier to send a new gift than replace an existing one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Initially, we lacked knowledge about the return on investment (ROI) of our gifts for both current customers and potential clients. Thankfully, Sendoso's seamless integration with Salesforce provided us with the necessary analytics. Moreover, we previously utilized four different platforms for our gifting requirements, which required manual uploading. However, Sendoso eliminated this inconvenience and replaced it with their all-in-one platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I LOVE sending a $10 Coffee Card reminder for a Presentation or event. There is the philosophy of "let me know either way and Lunch is on me" Sendoso makes that so EASY! I can gift a lunch noting that, "hey it's the end of the quarter, I'm feeling it too, so here's lunch on me".
What do you dislike about the product?
When I hit Enter to the next paragraph, I wish it wasn't always double-spaced. Sometimes I want it single-spaced next paragraph.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Wait about 15 min to send another email to the contact who opened your Sendoso'd email. Pose another point of value so they know you're paying attention.

A different way to add a reminder to my prospects Gives me ways to incentivize my prospects Makes the evaluation more memorable Creates relationships at different levels Solving - sets me apart from other people When I get the notification they've opened the Sendoso email, I can hit them up with another email within 15 min.

What do you like best about the product?
Sendoso has several different gifting "journies" you can take. I like that I have several options: including e-gifts, tons of options in Direct Marketplace, and customization of swag with just a few clicks!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sendoso can be a bit tricky to learn at first. But, once you're onboarded, it is a great tool that seamlessly integrates with your Salesforce!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sendoso makes it easy to gift around the globe. I love surprising and delighting our customers and community members with creative, personalized gift options that are easy to send and receive!

What do you like best about the product?
I like how user friendly the platform is and how willing the Sendoso representatives are to help. I have never had any issues with getting my questions answered in a timely matter.

I think the most challenging aspect of Sendoso is the beginning stages of onboarding. I found it challenging to initiallly create the right touches for my team to use but once I was walked through it, it was very simple!

Sendoso is helping our sales team with lead generation and making it easier to convince potential leads to take meetings. The platform is also helping the marketing team with storing swag at the global warehouses.

What do you like best about the product?
The marketplace sending features were easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had a number of problems with Sendoso: - Managing Finances - it was really hard to understand things like how much funding we had, or what charges were tied to what. Our finance team despised the random invoices Sendoso would send us for charges that we couldn't explain. - Customer Service - Half the time the team was slow to reply or didn't knwo why features weren't working as expected - Horrible experience leaving - Sendoso tried to legally threaten us and tell us we had an auto-renew clause that we didnt agree to -Features didnt work - For months sendoso would send adress confirmation emails to recipients even when we had the feature turned off. - Stocking the warehous with custom goods was hard to navigate. We ordered some custom swag that got held up by a month in production then lost in shipment for another few weeks

The platofrm lets us send direct mail to people both from things that we design ourselves as well as pre-made items from the marketplace.
