What do you like best about the product?
Super use-friendly platform. Makes the process of selecting gifts a breeze. I love the wide variety of gift options, I can always find something perfect from my own branded swag to an elevated executive gift like a branded bottle of champagne. Lastly, personalization is a game changer. Yes, the gifts are the best part when opening up a package but having a personalized note adds a nice touch and leaves a lasting impression.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is a lag time when needing to hear back from the support team. I wish not everything had to go through support and I could just go straight to my custmer success manager to help me solve an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reachdesk is helping us create intimate and personalized touch points with Roundel clients. We did not have this when we were all remote and not having in-person client meetings so reachdesk was a quick solve. Reachdesk also stores all my Roundel inventory. Because no one goes to the office anymore, having reachdesk store out swag is super helpful and makes it easy to send by just logging on to the prortal.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform boasts a user-friendly interface, allowing effortless navigation and gift selection. With customers required to accept gifts on their end, it minimizes waste and ensures budget optimization. The variety of gifts available, along with the option to create tailored gift packages, enables the establishment of unique customer experiences at different levels. The addition of gift tiering further enhances the offering. Comprehensive in-platform reporting and sales usage insights empower the events team to promote adoption across the entire business.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've overcome a few logistical challenges from the past, including missing items in some consignments and delayed deliveries. As a global company, we have successfully addressed regional differences and streamlined the onboarding process. We're still exploring an integration with MS Dynamics of which there isn't currently an out-of-the-box solution. however, we're genuinely positive about the future and enthusiastic about our continued progress.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have a clear plan of how to engage your sales team and how you will manage your budget. Often, you'll have to think ahead of time in terms of loading the budget into your account, so it's good to look at least one month in advance. Also, make sure you meet with your CRM/marketing ops team beforehand because a successful integration into your CRM is essential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've observed an increase in attendance for meetings booked by our customers and prospects, with fewer dropouts. By utilizing Reachdesk to offer gifts, we're gaining a competitive edge, helping us win new business and maintaining the satisfaction of our loyal customers!

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate that there is a wide selection of physical gifts and when you can't reach customers with those, there is always the option to send an e-gift card. Furthermore, there is also the possibility of letting the customer choose between multiple vouchers or replacing the physical gift with something else of their liking.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this moment, I can't find any flaws or reasons why I shouldn't like it. It's easy to use. But perhaps more webinars would be helpful with suggestions on how to be more credible and get customers to redeem the vouchers, as they are the easiest gifts to use and send at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reachdesck helps to build up a relationship with a very potential new customer. But also it helps increase engagement with potential customers. For us is also important the integration as it enables us to track all those who redeemed the gifts, and it leads us to know how to better proceed with our campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
Incredibly helpful and responsive team. I've worked on incredibly normal campaigns with Reachdesk, as well as more involved, complex campaigns (from a marketing operations perspective), and any time I've had a question or an issue with set up, my question is answered quickly and effectively. Our CSM feels like someone who is truly focused on creating success within our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Searching for gifts can be a bit cumbersome. Sometimes typing in a normal keyword (i.e. "cookies") does not actually bring up every relevant result. I'd love to see this improved so we could get more creative with our gift options.

Creating and maintaining enterprise relationships. Reachdesk is helping us craft meaningful and personalized experiences for our top accounts, which helps us introduce ourselves and nurture existing connections.

What do you like best about the product?
Access to the warehouses in the EU, UK and US have made shipping samples and goodies extremely easy. We particularly love not having to get the customer's shipping addresses and leaving it all up to them. Great integrations with the shipping information - all accessible in one view. Reachdesk's wallet system is the best I have used in B2B software - it is extremely easy to set up individual budgets for users and departments - ensuring funs are only used by the people they are supposed to be used by.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be more warehouses in areas like Asia or South America - the current warehouses are great but it can be a little complicated to ship to say India or Brazil.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our biggest pain point was shipping samples to our customers - Reachdesk makes that extremely easy, and then has the added benefit of things like the marketplace and e-gifting, which are extremely useful.
