What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to execute complex business logic without the use of custom code. I don't need to worry about if my admin team can go in and tweak my logic, because traction has great support, it is easy to move changes between environments for testing and there is no custom code so everything is easily documented in plain language. This makes it very easy to implement and maintain compared to the apex code we were using to do the same function. I don't worry about traction complete when I go on vacation, I know they have my back.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like almost everything, and what I didn't like the product team was able to guide me on or enhance the tool. I have a few very complicated flows that are a little hard to follow visually, but I would take that over trying to explain apex code to a non-developer everyday!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Traction Complete allows us to implement complex business logic at scale that is either too involved for flows or would hit governor limits using native functionality. We are able to use robust matching, auto-merging and custom field updates in a way that Salesforce flows would need apex to execute and is robust enough to handle large record sets without tripping governor limits. Also it has an excellent support team who can help you design the process and support it, which is a nice addition to help us manage this without a team of Salesforce flow-natics or a big developer team.

What do you like best about the product?
The Traction Complete team made our transition from Ringlead to their software a very seamless experience. We utilize their in-SFDC native platform for lead conversion and dupe management in Salesforce. I'm very impressed with their white-glove client service and customer support, and how incredibly open they are to accepting product feedback and following through with it. Would recommend to any fellow Ops colleagues using Salesforce as their CRM with a Lead and Contact Object in their instance!
What do you dislike about the product?
The CompleteClean product is still a bit clunky but TractionComplete is constantly releasing product improvements based on customer feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Converting leads to existing leads/contacts, or converting leads to existing business Accounts as Contacts in Salesforce. They also have a product for merging lead/contact/Account duplicates.

What do you like best about the product?
My favourite part is the support and true partnership with the Traction team. Everyone we have engaged with has been amazing all the way from pre-purchase POC to validate our use cases, swift implementation into our instances and easily accesible customer support for any post-implemetation queries.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike. We're scaling up our lead process and SDR team so we were scraping the minium deal size / number of licenses that is viable to pursue, so it comes with some investment but I can truly say it is well worth it and a reasonable expense when you look at the wider marketing & sales stack. Despite being a smaller client for the time being, we haven't received any less support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Salesforce and Pardot and Traction helped us solve a longstanding issue to create leads for existing contacts to have them qualified through our SDR team upon engagement. CompleteLeads also provides us the flexibility in our lead routing to easily build and amend more complex assignment rules.

What do you like best about the product?
The user-friendly interface, coupled with Traction Complete's top-notch customer support, made the implementation process a breeze. Their team was and continues to be attentive and knowledgeable, ensuring that we had a seamless integration with our existing Salesforce system and continue to get the most out of the toolset.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning curve: Although Traction Complete has a user-friendly interface, learning the platform's ins and outs still requires some time and effort (what tool doesn't?). However, this is the case with other competitor tools I've used and the ramp-up isn't nearly as demanding as many of those. I hesitate to even mention this because their customer success team does such a great job with onboarding and ongoing coaching.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we discovered Traction Complete, managing and assigning leads was a laborious and time-consuming task in my client's Salesforce org, riddled with errors and inconsistencies. We also struggled with a cluttered Salesforce environment due to the presence of numerous duplicate records, which made data analysis and reporting very challenging. Traction Complete has completely evolved the way we work, streamlining our lead management process, and significantly enhancing the quality of our data. Our users (be they Sales, Marketing or Service) are ecstatic with the improvements we've made in just a few short weeks. With Traction Complete's advanced lead assignment functionality, our sales team now has a seamless and efficient system that automatically assigns leads to the right sales agents based on nuanced criteria, in a transparent manner and based on rep availability. This has not only increased our response time to new leads but has also improved our team's overall productivity and morale. The data cleansing features of Traction Complete have also been game-changers for our Salesforce environment. By identifying and merging duplicate records across various objects, it has allowed us to maintain a clean and accurate database, which has been invaluable for our data-driven decision-making processes. Our reporting has become more reliable, and my client's team can now focus on generating insights rather than dealing with data inconsistencies.

What do you like best about the product?
We have a very heavy Account Hierarchy and complex assignment rules, further complicated by nested hierarchies and rollups. The Traction Complete support is friendly, prompt, and willing to go into the weeds to help get the product to run well in any business model. When we have had a problem due to our business structure, they work it out - every time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any true dislikes. Our business model is so complex that there isn't a plug-and-play model that works for us. The fact that Traction Complete is willing to support our special needs, even after the implementation is complete is really a 'pro'!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right Now - Account Hierarchy data management. We had written a lot of our requirements in Salesforce with Formulas, flows and rollups but we were hitting resource limitations and our instance was very slow. We look forward to introducing features to our users in the upcoming months.
