What do you like best about the product?
I'm using Marketo on a daily basis, digging into 2 completely different instances in terms of usecase and setup. I love the fact that it's operation is based on small simple steps - I very often compare it to Microsoft Excel - using simple formulas (flow steps) and stacking them together (smart lists and campaigns) can take you a long way. The Marketo community is a super valuable addition to the package as there is often an exlpanation to anything you might be struggling with, or if it's not there yet, the people in it are very supportive and always willing to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support can do a bit better. There have been times when I'd need to go back and forth with the agent in order to explain something again and again until they understand. Marketo also usually presents the organization with a quick start template for emails and landing pages, but this rarely covers all needs and so far it has never been updated with newer designs or features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing automation is top of this list, of course. The time saved hugely benefits the team and organization. Being able to use report subscriptions and webhooks and connect Marketo to the corporate chat app is also a convenient way to keep everyone updated.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a marketing automation platform that is currently at its maximun capacity because it has a variety of functions that adapt to different companies, providing the ideal customer acquisition functions through automated marketing campaings managing to provide product information to potencial customer so that in this way you have as a benefit the increase in sales, also has a system that is responsible for creating events to maintain interaction with customers from anywhere the are.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is also important to reinforce the stability of the templates as they tend to break easily, generating a certain instability in this departament.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Adobe Marketo Engage we have not only managed to improve our marketing management of our products, but we have also managed to maintain an ideal interaction with all our customers, it has also managed to synchronize our sales system with the marketing data scoring all potential customers as it tracks the account management of each one constantly

What do you like best about the product?
Marketo Engage has great tools to target your audience, report on the results of your email campaigns, and design aesthetically pleasing emails and landing pages. It's fairly intuitive to use. While there are a lot of tools for more advanced users, newer users can also jump in with a bit of training.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user experience of building emails and campaigns can be very frustrating. For example, spacing surrounding email components appears much differently in the Marketo email preview than it does in your inbox. About 50% of the time, when you add an image, link, or token to your email, it disappears upon saving and you need to add it a second time. Almost every time you add a line break in your email, you have to save the component, open it again, and save it again before Marketo will reflect the space you added in the email preview. These issues have been happening for years. If Adobe can fix these issues, Marketo will have a much better user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketo helps us reach our customers and determine which messaging resonates most with them. We can be more productive and bring in more revenue when we know which offers and which messaging are most appealing to our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
The Marketo Engage solution provides an incredible academic training given by professionals directly linked to the Marketo University, the program is demanding and very complete, they teach you how to take advantage of the software 100% The marketing campaigns adapt to any need and are automatable and self-manageable. It provides scalability benefits that other programs do not have and the ability to obtain reports of each stage of the campaign being carried out. The tools for email management is also another important option to be valued within the platform, as it allows you to create all kinds of campaigns that are sent to your customers via email, with the possibility of also expanding all these procedures to social networks to provide a more robust and complete marketing. The synchronization with SAP C4C is a very important tool within the company as it allows us to manage a data flow in a simpler way, working very well with Marketo, the integration is powerful for studying data from potential customers and new customers, which are then analyzed by the marketing department for management.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software is robust and meaningful, but needs to improve some options, we have the case of the landing pages very important in marketing work for our company, these are complex to work with because you have to have some HTML knowledge that Marketo does not provide in their training, we mostly hire qualified marketing staff to increase sales not programmers. The following detail also needs attention since the software is not customizable, the interface is ambiguous, and I think it is about time that Adobe specialists update this, the software has been on the market for a long time and I have not seen significant changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are an IT company with a very large marketing department and with many services which have benefited since we implemented Adobe tools, including of course Marketo Engage, currently provides us with solutions for search engine optimization and website marketing, including also is the options we manage and work with, content marketing and social media marketing. Currently, we are also working with Affiliate Marketing. Marketo has improved our system a lot in this aspect, we value this software a lot. We manage projects as well, so the tool is the axis of our marketing projects, their solutions are so complete that I want to recommend the program to all new companies that are starting in the world of digital marketing.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a fairly complete tool, focused on marketing automation composed of webinars, form editor, landing templates, which significatly help you to elaborate reports though the management and analysis of programs that contains Adobe Marketo Engage, being this has a quite striking workflow management, taking into account that this engine is what makes this software quite attractive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Taking into account that this is a very complete software but at the same time is complex, which leads to have a fully trained staff when you start using Adobe Marketo Engage for the first time because it tends to be bit confusing since the tutorial does not cover all of its functions, however after configuring the software according to your needs it is very intuitive and works efficiently
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously we had a deficit in marketing management, but at the time we started to run marketing campaings perfomed by Adobe Marketo Engage we have been in a fairly significant economic increase, just as from that moment we also managed to improve workflow management, report analysisthrough integrations we managed to cover more customers, until today the experience we have had this software is excellent, and we hope to continue to enjoy it.
