What do you like best about the product?
LiftIQ integrates smoothly with other sales application to track favorable customers and focus on the strategies of the market. It makes it easy to track the characteristic of each customer of various segments.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is smooth and easy to learn. However, it takes some time to understand the platform. Once it is understood, the platform is very easy to operate. The support team helps to understand the platform and various queries

I recommend this platform to users and managers who are looking to utilize machine learning and drive revenue growth. The account development and synchronization is used perfectly to focus on deal platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LiftIQ helps to track various customer segments. it also helps the sales team to focus on the task and ideal customers. GTM strategy is supported by the app. The integration with Salesforce is also a plus. Thus this tool is support for companies looking for sales force platofrm.

It will fail if you don't have the right data and CLEAN data. But that's the case with everything, right?

What do you like best about the product?
LiftIQ is phenomenal. It helps us prioritize what accounts we need to be going after from a seller's perspective. The best part of it all (it sounds super simple), is that it lives in our Salesforce instance. It bubbles up the best accounts to target based off of our own Salesforce data.
What do you dislike about the product?
There honestly isn't much to dislike. I think if you are a company that is primarily partner driven and there isn't a lot of accounts to go after, you may not find a ton of value in LiftIQ. This isn't our case, but I could see that being the case if our situation was different.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's great. The LiftIQ team is great. If you have an ABM strategy in place you definitely will want this software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What accounts to prioritize and how to have a more account based approach. We have also had a ton of opportunities surfaced up that weren't even on our radar.

What do you like best about the product?
I really liked the idea of LiftIQ for ICP account scoring, but it has turned into so much more for us. With the inclusion of intent, technographic data, and additional intelligence sources, we have been able to create a dynamic account scoring system that is surfacing the right accounts at the right time. Leadership has also been extremely responsive to adding features and functionality in order to use their product more effectively. Not one to gush, but LiftIQ will be supporting my entire ABM strategy for the next year; from identifying accounts, and the best topics to bring up with them, to measuring our coverage and engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a newer product, there are bugs from time to time as with anything; they've been extremely fast in fixing them though (usually same day fixes or updates).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using LiftIQ to score accounts, surface accounts and hot topics, and to measure engagement and coverage across our target accounts. With the new Salesloft integration, adding contacts to cadences is also easier than ever for our reps.

What do you like best about the product?
LiftIQ helps me identify and organize the ideal customer profile for my accounts. It also is a great way to quickly and efficiently create lists for my ADM and me to attack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Take too long to load at times. That is understandable with the amount of data that is being brought in. Quicker upload would be huge for LiftIQ.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want your sales reps to be able to easily create and monitor lists of your top ICPs than LiftIQ is a great tool that make everything easier. It also integrates with Outreach to help reps quickly put prospects in to sequences.

Helps me identify the ideal customer profile (ICP), create and organize account lists to manage territories, and it helps me with my weekly 1on1s with my ADM and manager.
