What do you like best about the product?
Having learnt the raw basics in WordPress a few years ago and switching to HubSpot just about a year ago, I found it was extremely easy and intuitive to use once I got used to the UI a bit. Everything is pretty easy to find and you can always use the search bar to point you in the right direction. I wasn't there for the implementation but I understand from my colleagues that it was easy to do and was handled around 1-2 business days, considering that it had to migrate from another provider. The customer support is really off the charts. Fast responses to chat, fast responses to tickets and a really quick resolution to all problems. I really appreciate a company that can get to you fast. I'm using HubSpot daily and I can confidently say that I'm already moving with speed across the platform. I'm using many of its features including website editing, landing page creation, blog creation and editing and recently its chatbot for marketing. With all the marketing activities and channels you can include in HubSpot I think it's the best platform for marketing teams trying to tie it all together and see what ROI their activities have. It's all in one place so it's super convenient to track.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that sometimes it feels a bit rigid in terms of image editing. You can resize and cut but that's about it. I often need to resize images to be ideally proportioned for featured image sizes or simply to fit into certain modules I'm using. While modules really depend on how they're set up, HubSpot would surely go from great to amazing if it had more editing features included.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First, I'd have to say the centralization of many marketing activities and channels. Where it was once about a dozen tools, now it's just HubSpot and it's been helping a lot! Second, web and content are hosted, including marketing assets and documents so I have another repository where I know I can safely keep all marketing assets. Third, landing page building. It's a seamless and easy experience, with forms and CTA features that are very easy to include and connect. Here I'd have to add A/B testing as well, it's extremely easy to set up. Fourth, let's go for email marketing. Both the newsletter and promotional emails are very easy to create and add to workflows. Lists are also very easy to create.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of HubSpot Marketing Hub is all the automation that is possible and the ease of implementation. If you can think it, you can do it without having to be a developer. Forms and CTAs are super easy to set up. Integration with your favorite outside tools like Lucky Orange is easy to set up, further increasing functionality. Additionally, HubSpot offers extensive reporting tools so that you can quickly see what's working and what's not working in a campaign, making corrections where necessary early on to keep goals on track. I love the way the CMS provides a language switcher plus a Smart Rules function so that we can customize our website for a global audience and provide a more personal experience for users based on their language preference and geographic location. Customer support is pretty good and even if your tech support person doesn't know the answer initially, they will usually get back to you with a solution within 24 hours. Tracking is phenomenal and provides rich insights into the user experience. If you're like me, you'll come back to Marketing Hub every day for new insights into your campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is, of course, the price. You need to balance the benefits of all the automation that frees up your time versus coding it all yourself. However, not everyone needs an Enterprise level subscription and the different pricing tiers should help most smaller businesses with their needs without breaking the bank.

HubSpot has eliminated the need to maintain multiple websites for each country where we do business. This resulted in less duplication of marketing efforts from our global team and a more streamlined approach to marketing our business. I love the new artificial intelligence tool, which is a great help when you feel stressed or your creativity is blocked. It can jumpstart ideas and get you quickly back on track. The simple to set up user tracking provides a lot of information and lets you know where your customer is on their journey so that you can target them with the right information at the right time.

What do you like best about the product?
I begun to use it for my startup and was happy until they started to extort money from me. Whenever we agreed on contract, they were charging me above 5 times the contract value!
What do you dislike about the product?
They started to extort money from me. Whenever we agreed on contract, they were charging me above 5 times the contract value! And any time I reached out to them to fix that they were creating obstacles and pushing blame on me saying that it’s because of their internal system and setup they use. They have totally awful customer support and business practice. They are untrustworthy, scale costs up according to their opaque pracises, do things totally opposite to whatever is agreed on. If you have any other alternative - use it instead of those lying bastards.

I wanted to have all customer related info in one place, but Hubspot shady business practices are terrible and I migrated out whatever I could and for some features I stayed there only because of sunken costs.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing Hub is our go-to tool for all our Marketing Initiatives. The best about Hubspot Marketing Hub is its User Experience. It is pretty much simple and their to-the-point approach (not showing too many options) is very beneficial. It has all the functionalities from Contact creation to email campaigns to Attribution tracking. One of the features that is very useful for us is its Contact Activity History. It has a huge impact on our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using Hubspot Marketing Hub for years now, the main red flag in Hubspot is its lack of Artificial Intelligence capabilities. Hubspot do have generative AI for Content creation but it lacks AI functionalities in Analytics and Database cleansing. We are tedious process especially if you have a huge database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Hubspot, we were clueless about where leads were coming from and which channels were performing well. And with Hubspot, their Default contact properties called "Original Source, drill-down 1, and drill-down 2" are a lifesaver for us. One more area Hubspot is beneficial for us is Hubspot Academy. When a newbie joins our team it is easy for us to train via Hubspot academy. It is one of the best free tutorials out there.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love HubSpot Marketing Hub for its user interface and comprehensive features. It's, like having a tool that covers everything a marketer needs. Whether its managing email campaigns optimizing SEO handling media or even managing customer relationships HubSpot has it all in one place. This not saves me time but also streamlines collaboration with my team and ensures our marketing efforts stay on track. The analytics provided are exceptional well offering insights that help us refine our strategies and achieve remarkable results. It's truly a game changer for anyone, about taking their marketing to heights.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I find HubSpot Marketing Hub to be quite useful there are an areas where it could be improved. The pricing can be a bit high, for businesses or startups on a tight budget. Additionally the platform can sometimes feel overwhelming because of its range of features making it take longer to get the hang of. I've also noticed that some of the analytics and automation features are only available in higher tier plans, which can be frustrating if you're not ready to invest at that level. Overall these are drawbacks, in a comprehensive marketing solution that potential users should keep in mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub has been a lifesaver for us. It's like having an extra team member that never sleeps. Before, we were juggling multiple tools and platforms, but now everything's in one place. The automation features save us so much time, and the analytics help us make smarter choices. Plus, the CRM features let us get personal with our customers, which has really upped our game. Yeah, it's a bit pricey, but honestly, the time and headaches it saves us make it totally worth it.
