What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it was to set up the integrations to our other platforms. Many companies say the setup process is easy, but this truly was. We also like the many options of integrations available. The power of the orchestrations and the level of intent data are what sold us on the platform; both have proved to be great tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
While you can integrate with many platforms, the customization of those integrations could be better, but this is actively changing since we became customers. I would love to see a customer advisory board as they develop new features/capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a platform to show us a full picture of our target accounts; by complete picture, we mean reading CRM and MAP data. We needed a system to help us take action on the accounts in both platforms. This would allow us to focus better on the accounts sales and marketing are working on and help us identify new accounts that weren't in our pipeline. We also needed a solution to help us look at the pipeline attribution to our ABM efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how able this platform is. It is not just a tool to flash some banner ads to accounts of interest. It is also not the tool that linearly progresses accounts from one marketing tactic silo (banner ads for 30 days) to another (add them to a MAP campaign). Instead, it allows reaching and engaging accounts through multiple channels and tactics at the same time in the best traditions of a true orchestration. It comes with website personalization (no need to buy another tool for that) and a powerful reporting module that integrates with Salesforce beautifully. Sales Enablement is easy to set up and makes sense to the sales team (talk about driving adoption and change management!). Thanks to a very competent and responsive CSM team, I have had nothing but success with Triblio implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I love a very rapid and aggressive roadmap Ithat Triblio is on (kudos to the product people!) it would be super helpful to have updated documentation for some features that have outdated docs with older screenshots.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are in a very niched space that requires a very well-defined ABM approach. Our solution is relevant to a smaller subset of the people in the industry we are targeting, so to reach these people effectively, we need to be able to find them across various web channels when they are in the market. Triblio has robust intent data to identify in-market accounts, so we can segment our target list well and only spend dollars on the accounts ready to talk to us. We can then personalize not just the ads served to them but our website pages to continue the conversation omnichannel style. We love the fact that Triblio integrates with most of our tech stack tools, so whether it is MAP or CRM or Sales email tools - we collect all of the engagement reporting in one place. Triblio helps us get the entire company on the same page in terms of who we should go after and whether or not we see them responding to our campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
It is pretty comrehensive with its ABM capabilities, including audience building, display ad campaign management and last but not least, orchestration. Orchestrations may be the coolest of the capabilities as it really allows you to build cross-platform journeys that span across different tactics, channels and tools (if you have the integrations set up right of course). We start using it last year and is still so much more to offer than what we leverage today. Highly recommended for any ABM/demand gen team.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had some bumps with customer success support in the very beginning but since then that has been smoothed out and our current CSM is simply awesome to work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us build more meaningful audiences through intent data and through display ads and orchestrations it allows us to directly engage and activate those audiences, let it be a known or anonymous. We are a revenue marketing team so we're constantly looking to expand our known audience and Triblio helps a ton with our reach into anonymous audiences and converting them into known. That is the foundation for us to properly activate accounts and generate opportunities for our Sales organization.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is pretty good - I like the simplicity of Triblio. The site is not too difficult to figure out if you are a first time user. Setting up campaigns is a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that if you are idle for too long the site will log you out but when you log back in it starts you back at the homepage instead of whatever you were working on. I also dislike the load time that it takes for something you need to search for or when pulling stats from the analytics - sometimes you have to wait several minutes for info to load. As an update for the new TUX user interface: the platform is good, it could use some better metric options similar to the classic options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us gain more insight into what our prospects are actually interesting in because we test different messaging often.
