What do you like best about the product?
They are always there to help and can adapt to our requests fast. Moreover, I think they are continuously optimizing the dashboard as needed which is very helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functions are still not able to realize - check the opportunities influences by period/ads, identify persona in the reactions and it would be great if it can be linked to our system that creats potential leads / opportunities for the sales team to follow up .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fact that we can see which accounts are reacting to/interested in a certain topic is very helpful as usual, and the granularity of the data we are able to get is also key in the report.

What do you like best about the product?
The N.RICH ABM platform allows me to easily build different segments (by language, different account sizes, installbase) and deploy campaigns extremely fast. It also provides a fast way for me to do A/B testing of messaging to see what resonates with the audience or persona. The added benefit is that I can track web traffic to any of the landing pages for my campaigns by adding the N.RICH analytics tag to the page. The N.RICH analytics dashboards are very intuitive and easy to understand. I can look at traffic volume, traffic sources (important for ROI), view geo-location of traffic, see paid versus organic traffic, traffic by account and more. It is an efficient tool for monitoring visitors to your landing page and tracking them all the way through to SalesForce. The N.RICH support staff is always eager to help and make suggestions on improving the performance of your campaign. Along with training on the N.RICH platform and one-on-one support, they are hands down one of the most customer-responsive companies I have ever worked with.
What do you dislike about the product?
You do need a minimum number of accounts to deploy an effective ABM campaign. But the N.RICH team shines here in offering to help me identify similar accounts so I can build a target segment. They are extremely knowledgeable about how to identify accounts that could help maximize the reach of your message.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now able to test digital ad messaging and imagery very quickly using the N.RICH platform and assess how different accounts respond. This is a great way to get A/B testing done in a short period of time – very efficient - along with helping us segment our accounts and apply differnt strategies. And we can simply add an N.RICH tag to any campaign landing page and start to collect metrics where we can view a key performance indicators (KPIs) in a dashboard format that is easy to interpret and share with others. This allows us to optimize any messaging to encourage conversions (form fills) on our landing pages. The account-based marketing (ABM) analysis also helps us track what assets customers are consuming to help move an account along the buyer’s journey. Based on this information and responses to digital ads, the N.RICH team helped us develop “intent to purchase” reports. This is shared with our sales force to help them focus their efforts on accounts that have a higher likelihood of closing business. So N.RICH not only makes it easy to deploy ABM ads, but they help us assess what customer touchpoints are effective in leading up to lead conversions and what messaging can help nurture and influcence opportunities.

Cost-efficient, easy to use, awesome Customer support with weekly follow up. They help me to create a awesome use case for more than one company.

the attributtion from Google and other did'nt help to show directly the influence. But that is a problem for all marketing teams. Could be a improvement.

I used the entire tool. I started focusing on some markets that I want to attract in the ToFU. My audience quality and the amount leads start to increase after one week using. I also was capable to show to my sales team who was ther looking the product retuning and pushed by my content to talk with sales. We influenced One Million Deal/renew with N.rich. The way that tool connected with sales force and hubspot is very simple and helpme to find quickly my ICP.

What do you like best about the product?
When you first open up your N.Rich instance, the first thing you notice is how easy the UI is to navigate. Setting up campaigns is a matter of minutes, not hours. Thorough knowledge base and helpful customcess managers makes sure you'll be onboarded to useer suc N.Rich in no time.
What do you dislike about the product?
N.Rich feels like it has been built customer first, with easy-to-use mentality and focusing on the features that matter. If you are looking for all the possible bells and whistles, it might not be the product for you.

With its ease of use, we are able to decentralise our ABM expertise across our business units, and have our dedicated business marketers to execute everything from planning to analytics with minimal training.

What do you like best about the product?
The combination of first-party & third-party intent data & programmatic nature of setting up campaigns and assigning target account lists is a breeze. Monitoring & tracking success of specific ads & campaigns overall is super intuitive, and the UX is great overall (even if the UI looks a bit dated, it's a B2B solution, so this is a non-issue).
What do you dislike about the product?
We target two segments with our product offering — large institutions and startups & scale-ups in our target industry — and encountered two problems. The coverage on N.Rich is excellent for the former, but the latter is 50/50. For example, we uploaded our target list of ~30 scale-ups in the UK (one of our target markets), and N.Rich did not recognize any of them — presumably because they were smaller companies, e.g., 50-250 employee size. This rendered N.Rich (and solutions in the same category, I assume) effectively useless. For our campaigns that targeted financial institutions, there's an inherent challenge in that these companies often have 1000s to 10000s of companies, and it isn't easy to ascertain the effectiveness of targeting our specific buyer personas (which is a tiny proportion of the overall population of targetable individuals at these companies). We didn't have an unlimited budget to assign account-based ads with N.Rich, which we found lacking. This is a challenge of not just N.Rich but solutions in the same category. The learning for me here is that account-based digital advertising is ineffective without a healthy budget.
