What do you like best about the product?
I like the account management team I work with, although there have been some personnel changes recently that made it a bit more challenging. Overall good people though. The platform itself is great to see on-demand results such as leads, account info, firmographics, and intent. They sync into our marketing automation platforms seamlessly, allowing us to follow up with our leads quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no platform view for non account list programs, so if you are running a program targeting by firmographics, intent, etc you will not have visibility. Also the QA of the leads is not always so great, but they are good about replacing incorrect or invalid leads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They primarily help us increase our marketable database for our key accounts, but also provide insight into what the accounts are researching or interested in at the present time so our sales team can tailor their communications.

What do you like best about the product?
Madison Logic scrubs the leads for quality before sending them to our BDR team to follow up. This saves them the hassle of finding out that leads aren't with the company anymore and other dead ends. Trust me, other companies may say they do this... Madison Logic takes this to a new level. Their dashboard is also something no other companies have provided and I like seeing that additional level of data.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are a niche market, so it's likely not a fault of Madison Logic, but it has taken a little longer to see leads than other companies I have used. However, I'd rather wait and get quality leads as opposed to getting low quality leads fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Madison Logic is helping us get our content in front of a new audience and delivering quality leads for our internal business development team to follow up with.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use and helps give both detailed and high-level information about what is going on within our programs. I appreicate it because it allows me to give accurate reporting to my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not muchd to dislike about the platform, except that sometimes I experince a few delays; outside of that no major mishaps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To distribute branded content via a variety of channels in order to reach broader audiences. Use intent signals to select the right content and follow-up messages, creating meaningful buyer experiences in order to accelerate pipeline and revenue creation.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used Madison Logic platform for content syndication campaigns. Looking at the platform, I think it's been simple and easy to use, and the visibility into tracking your engaged accounts is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we have a poor recall value for the contacts generated through content syndication. Due to that, it becomes more of a cold call chase rather than intent targeting objective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using content syndication, we are able to generate GDPR-compliant contacts in regions where data privacy is strict. Madison Logic platform helps us do this with scale and efficiency

What do you like best about the product?
The platform allows us to understand the intent topics the prospective target audience is researching. It also helps to understand the target account's engagement levels.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that I don't like about ML platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my current role, I am responsible for running ABM campaigns. Madison Logic Platform allows me to target the desired set of accounts, understand the engagement level of accounts, understand the performance of creative assets etc. This platform helps me to run targeted campaigns across the select number of accounts that are of interest to our business.
