What do you like best about the product?
So far, our experience with 6sense has been great. We're getting a lot of insights into our target persona and ICP; 6sense has been an invaluable partner during onboarding and they've helped us a lot with an ABM/ABX mindset and with building our approach and playbook.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a complicated product that requires a lot of training and set-up. Even though the 6sense has been helping a lot, it still requires a lot of self-learning and mastery of the platform will take a long time - especially with multiple teams that need to buy-in and use the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
6sense are helping us in uncovering the persons behind our ICP, understand their intent, and then target them with ads across different platforms, while also orchestrating and coordinating data reveal, data push into Salesforce, alerting the Sales and SDR teams, and even running automated outreach sequences when the time is right.

What do you like best about the product?
The insights have been so helpful, uncovering new leads and active contacts for our sales team to work. The support team is beyond fabulous. I've never worked with someone I didn't like. They go above and beyond to make sure that you are supported, using the tool to the best of its capabilities, and they even support you with outside-the-box requests. The team is what makes 6Sense so special.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be difficult to have all of the necessary criteria before adding accounts. Would be nice to be able to just add in Account Name, or an easier way to help us to generate that info using AI, so it is less manual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping to uncover leads we were not aware of and to provide our sales team with additional insights to make their conversations and outreach better. It is also a great way for us to target our segments with ads.

What do you like best about the product?

One of the standout features of 6sense Revenue AI is its ability to accurately predict account buying intent. The platform analyzes vast amounts of data, including website visits, content consumption, and engagement patterns, to identify accounts that are displaying clear signs of interest. This foresight enables me to reach out to prospects at precisely the right moment, increasing my chances of success.

While I acknowledge that obtaining accurate location data can be challenging due to various factors such as IP address mapping and data availability, it remains an area that requires attention and improvement within 6sense Revenue AI.

6sense solves the problem of identifying and prioritizing high-intent accounts by providing valuable insights and predictions based on buyer behavior and intent data, enabling me as SDR to focus my efforts on the most promising opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
Our team really likes how cross-functional the tool is. Several teams, including MDR, AE, CS, and Marketing use the technology. Also, their CS department is incredible support. They meet with our team biweekly and support in everything from strategy to trainings and everything in betwen.
What do you dislike about the product?
My feedback would be that it's can often be complicated to manage. There is a lot to keep updated as our organization evolves (taxonomy, orchestrations, SFDC fields, nurture campaigns, etc). Also, I wish there was more transparency into how the AI predicts certain fields. Since it's all machine learning based on previous deals, it's hard to know how certain activities are influencing different stages in the funnel. Additionally, their technical support isn't always helpful. Sometimes, it can take weeks to get a response. Also, sometimes I feel like their support folks aren't that technical, so they need to flag our questions to several other people before we get an answer.

What do you like best about the product?
6sense really dumbs down potential ways customers are searching for our product and then gives notions on where they could be found based on geolocation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have never once gotten in contact with a lead designated by 6sense to be a prospect actively researching or looking at us. This tool is more or less educated guessing personified and you'd likely be better off just using boolean search on LinkedIn to find warmer prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
6sense gives us a holistic overview of how potential prospects might be searching. The value of insights in this regard are decent, however the ambiguity of when, where, and how is what makes it fall short.
