What do you like best about the product?
The collaboration and weekly meetings with the CRO-team.
What do you dislike about the product?
the popup-tool is sometimes hard to navigate and could use some improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using symplify for A/B-testing mostly. And a big learning since we started is that a lot of our hypotheses is wrong. Just to check the hypothesis before implementing helps us to spend our time and money at the right things.

What do you like best about the product?
Testing hypotheses and getting measurable data on our users behaviour is invaluable. In addition to clear result summaries in the tool and structured recurring meetings. Symplify contributes with solid knowledge and experience in various discussions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The heatmaps for mobile isn't super useful at the moment. Because of the small screen size it's hard to see where the users have clicked when the numbers pile up. I would like to use the visitor recordings more, but find it hard to get a good overview and filter out the non-valuable recordings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it easier to take decisions about further development. No matter how convinced you think you are of a solution. It's always beneficial to back it up with real user behaviour data, especially on key pages. Not to mention staying humble when you realise your predictions were wrong. And instead be glad you did a test instead of implementing a bad feature.

What do you like best about the product?
I always get fast and helpful support if the is any problem or I have questions. Plus the team is highly competent when it comes to conversion and we always have a great dialog regarding ongoing and upcoming tests.
What do you dislike about the product?
The heatmaps tool could use some improvements regarding ease of use. And the tool for creating popups is somewhat difficult to get right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Simplify mainly for a/b-testing to increase conversion rate and AOV, but also to analyse customer behaviour with heatmaps.

What do you like best about the product?
The major benefit that we've had as a team using Symplify Conversion is the simplicity for the development team to go in an create tests for our clients. Using the platform has helped to increase efficiencies throughout the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
From time to time, we've had some site speed issues with larger websites but working alongside the Symplify conversion team we've managed to resolve these to give clients a great testing environment.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking at taking the next step into CRO/UX and are looking for a supplier who can give you the support from a platform perspective - Symplify are 100% the go to in the industy.

The key problem we're looking at achieving with the platform is how to make the most from the users currently visiting the website and then proving concepts with help to reduce development time & costs for clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Symplify have great expertise and are extremely professional in their field of work. Not only did they provide us with ideas for coming AB tests but also insightful reports made immediately after conclusion of testing. Symplify were extremely quick with development and even quicker responding to emails. We have a higher conversion rate on many KPI’s because of the AB tests.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I can think of that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes a design idea is just that: an idea. You have no clue if it actually works for real. This problem is solved with AB testing. That way we can see if it works, before implementation.
