What do you like best about the product?
I regret to say that our experience has been nothing short of disappointing and unprofessional! We signed up for a 12 month contract, with the option to leave after 6 months and requested our payments be split monthly, in which they agreed and sent us a 12 monthly breakdown of the payments due. 6 months later we received a further bill of €11,800 in which I queried their suspected error, only for them to come back and state the contract was for 6 months and the next 6 monthly payment was now due. This charge was not communicated to us clearly and was not a part of the initial agreement in which we signed up for. Throughout the entire sign-up process, we received multiple emails from their team clearly stating the 12-month duration of the contract. In an effort to resolve this matter amicably, we attempted to discuss the issue with their team, providing evidence of the 12-month payment plan outlined in the emails we received. However, our concerns were not taken seriously, and our subsequent correspondences were repeatedly ignored. Despite our clear intention not to renew the contract, we continued to receive further invoices, and despite replying to each email, we never receive a reply. We have now been approached by their appointed debt collectors, threatening legal action if we do not pay an outstanding amount of approximately €24,000 however we have full evidence of our correspondence and lack of theirs so will be taking this further.
What do you dislike about the product?
Through this scenario I would not recommend this service, not only through mis-selling their service, but for lack of customer care.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Was hoping for a platform to automate our marketing & offer a personal service but this isn't the service we hoped for

One of the standout features of SALESmanago is its comprehensive marketing automation suite. The platform allows users to create highly personalized and automated marketing campaigns based on customer behavior and interactions. From email marketing to lead nurturing, SALESmanago streamlines the entire process, saving valuable time and effort for marketing teams. The AI-driven recommendation engine is another noteworthy aspect of SALESmanago. It analyzes customer data, purchase history, and behavior to provide targeted product recommendations, enhancing the customer experience and increasing the likelihood of conversions. The intuitive user interface deserves praise as well. Navigating through SALESmanago is relatively easy, even for those without prior marketing automation experience. It might be overwhelming for small businesses with limited marketing resources and users without prior marketing automation experience.

Understanding and knowing our customers better. It empowers businesses to enhance customer engagement, optimize marketing efforts and drive growth through personalized campaigns. We've definitely noticed an improvement in sales since we started our cooperation with SALESmanago.

What do you like best about the product?
SALESmanago is the tool that meets most e-commerce marketing automation needs. It is a very powerful system that allows you to implement advanced communication paths or fully automated sales funnels. Messages can be created using both HTML and a creator, which we use very often and both solutions work very well for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
UX could be better as some features are misdescribed and misleading. In addition, despite the integration with the SMS gateway, it is not possible to send MMS messages, which often work very well in campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At every stage of cooperation, you can count on full professionalism and commitment, which we receive from the SALESmanago team. The support works great, we get answers and assistance to each request very quickly. Moreover, the advice about marketing automation, the creation of new workflows, newsletters, and action strategies is of the highest level. You can always rely on a dedicated expert who takes care of our project in every issue. I highly recommend it!

What do you like best about the product?
Me encanta SalesManago en cuanto a su apartado de workflow y automatizaciones. Es una plataforma que te permite ser muy flexible en cuanto al esquema que se crea, por lo que da muchísimas posibilidades. La atención al cliente es fantástica, a diferencia de otras plataformas. También destaco la entregabilidad de los correos, de lo mejor que he visto con respeco a otros proveedores. El precio se ajusta muy bien a lo que ofrece, no tengo pegas en este sentido.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hecho en falta un filtro en los workflows como el que tiene Klaviyo; que te permita restringir o filtrar ciertas cosas a lo largo del workflow. El hecho de que no lo tenga hace que haya que filtrar siempre varias veces a lo largo del mismo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Principalmente me ayuda al envío de email a mis clientes y las automatizaciones referentes también al email marketing dentro de la tienda. Además también ejerce de captador de leads.

What do you like best about the product?
The service offers many different features and functionalities and can be integrated with other systems and services. It can significantly help create a lot of exciting and custom automation if you have a lot of customer data and other connected services. Lately, there has been an excellent effort to use different features with dynamic content instead of them creating it custom for you, which could take up to a year.
What do you dislike about the product?
Came upon many bugs which are quite challenging to catch until it's all already in production. Things can get quite complex, and when looking for help from their support, it can take a lot of time to figure things out. Mainly because functionalities are not written or displayed to understand them like they actually function, reading through the documentation does not get you an exact answer either. The connections to other services can just stop working, and you are not getting notified in any way, so there could be months until you see that something is wrong, losing time and effort in getting results.
