What do you like best about the product?
Best tool for retention marketing campaign. Omni channel marketing. One Tool Mutliple channel like- can send App and web push notification, SMS, Email, Whatsapp. Ease to use. Ease implementation of campaign and Flows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited Reach through App push notification. Reporting in not accurate. Difficulty in using DPM(Dyanamic product messaging) feature as it require little bit of coding skill. Customer support is not good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moengage is helping in successfully managing our rentention campaign. We can send both app and web push notification through single campaign. Flow are good as we can touch users on multiple channel within a single flow.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that how easy it is in Moengage to send emails , push and on-site to the customers. One more thing that i like is that moenage enable me to analyze data of my campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing i dislike about moengage is that there is very less personalization on the platform. Also i found that sometimes data is not correctly mapped .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One problem that moengage solved for me in my job was that it enabled me to create journeys for my users.It has benefitted me as i can also download and analyze data of the journey.

What do you like best about the product?
Pretty reliable for daily activities. Gets the job done as a CRM and can be considered a reliable channel for your marketing efforts and tracking those efforts. Overall, a decent enough product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can sometimes get very confusing to navigate. And the tool tends to break at the most unexpected times. Their UX can use a major improvement and ease-of-use needs to be a key priority. Using this product sometimes can get pretty confusing as you're unable to navigate as easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A great CRM with moderately reliable marketing automations. Basic stuff like tracking user journey, their data, engaging with them at the right time is taken care of very well.

What do you like best about the product?
The way it is supported intrigues me, and I have had great success guiding clients with high growth potential to success in marketing and sales, finding optimal performance to support a view with flawless realism. You can monitor each and every one of your company's referrals or items appearing online, at any time. By collecting and analyzing this data, we can fine-tune our marketing efforts and make more informed decisions about our customers' needs. The learning curve for MoEngage is low.

While the application itself is simple, the installation and configuration processes add a layer of complexity that requires some attention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are delighted with MoEngage, as we have seen the number of potential customers increase through the effectiveness of social media marketing, website traffic and copywriting. A great choice with an emphasis on strategizing; I find it very helpful when it comes to our marketing decision making. It is one of a kind and will put you in touch with customers who have a high level of demand. If you want to increase sales and decrease customer defection, focusing on satisfaction is the way to go. It is an effective platform that can be used by companies of different sizes to improve their customer experience.

- Multichannel support like SMS/WhatsApp/Email - Segments creation is very easy through ingestion of attributes as well as events - Very prolifically made documentation to refer to
What do you dislike about the product?
- Slow customer support in case of issues - Report format inconsistencies which causes issue in data ingestion in database - Non standardized definition of a few metrics acorss channels

MoEngage has helped solve the Segmentation issue and configuration of tailored campaigns for the userbase. It has enabled to track the entire user journey on the app through events as well as track the comms performance through numerous filters and cuts across features.
