ClickFunnels has been great for us! We have created several different funnels and tested many other to figure out what works best for our incoming traffic. We can create so many different funnels that all benefit us in different ways.

ClickFunnels can be glitchy from time to time, but they tell you each time it's under maintenance. I don't have any negative points, we love using this platform.

Very nice website to creat your own. Easy to undestand and to create your pages. Creating funnels and integrate them with your email provider is very easy. The website is very responsive.

The price is quite expensive for the number of page given. And the SEO is very bad since it's not a blog. But overall it's a great product, I really enjoy using it.

What do you like best about the product?
When I started marketing, my computer knowledge was basically 'point and click'. With the training and simple system they have built, I am building funnels everyday. I was a lifelong construction worker who wanted more out of life but didn't know how to get it or what to do. Since I discovered Clickfunnels, not only have I found a new way to earn an income, but it has become a passion.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint I have about the program is the basic plan does limit what you can do. For simple funnel building it is fine, but in order to really grow your business to higher levels the advanced plan is not only needed, but necessary.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By releasing Clickfunnels 2.0, it has provided a more user-friendly and advanced program. But the integration of funnels and affiliate sales will be an issue that needs to be resolved. I will like to use 2.0, and as soon as the integration is solved, I will be ready to transition to the better platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the UI/UX. It is easy to set up and design your own sales funnel. They make it easy for you to select any type of funnel, and you can choose between various designs. All the features you need are there, such as pop-up forms, countdown timers, option forms, and sales forms.

What do you dislike about the product?
The landing page designs are very outdated. They do not look polished or refined like other landing page builders. The tool itself looks older than others, but it is still easy to use, which I think is the most important part.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can very easily create landing pages that I can use for social media and lead magnets to college emails. It's easy to set up a page and share it almost immediately.

The customer service that's provided: response time, seeking clarity, and effort to make sure matter is resolved to the best of their ability. Clickfunnels excels in customer service provided over pipelinepro, as described above.

For some reason, I couldn't learn how to use Clickfunnels as easily as it was for me to learn and use pipelinepro.

I no longer use Clickfunnels because I couldn't understand how to use the original version nor version Clickfunnels 2.0. This made Clickfunnels fees without being able to use it infeasible.

What do you like best about the product?
ClickFunnels is a sales funnel generator that is helping my business automate its sales process. What I like best about ClickFunnels are its numerous pre-made customizable designs. This helps my business quickly and easily build our click funnel from start to finish. Some of the templates that I have found most useful are the array of vast opt-in pages, landing pages, and squeeze pages.

What do you dislike about the product?
Building a click funnel can look intimidating at first due to the overwhelming amount of customizable pre-made designs that are available. As a result, I recommend reading "Dotcom Secrets: The Underground Playbook for Growing Your Company Online with Sales Funnels" by Russell Brunson to really understand the basics of a click funnel first and which ones will best serve your business needs. This knowledge will help you to better navigate the sales funnel generator so that you can start building your landing pages quicker and with ease.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend reading some of Russell Brunson's books as well as looking up tutorials on Youtube to help one better navigate and understand ClickFunnels.

Problems that my company are solving with ClickFunnels include automating the sales process and generating more leads. A website can sometimes be nothing more than a glorified brochure and ClickFunnels ensures that a strategic process can be built in place to utilize one's website as a sales funnel. What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Clickfunnels since I first started out on the online space in 2015 and had zero experience in creating anything like a funnel. Since then I have personally created my original and first website (I had zero funds and was bedridden at the time) and have gone on to create over 28 funnels. I have tried other funnel builders occasionally over the years but find I love how easy Clickfunnels is to use and how naturally intuitive it is.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would say I am quite picky and particular about certain software platforms and have little patience when it is not easy to use, but I have never found that with Clickfunnels. Right from the start I have loved the ease of use and have zero complaints.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
As mentioned above I have been using Clickfunnels for over 7 years with great success and the platform has allowed me to use it for a website, emails, membership sites and domain name purchases and SSL. It is excellent value for money when you consider all that you get and if you were to purchase all the other elements from other different providers it would soon add up. I like that everything I need to run my online business is in one place and has such excellent training and support.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have created a website initially, 8 membership sites (which my clients love) and multiple funnels as well as order forms for my various online programs and offers. As mentioned above I love how easy it is to use and the many amazing features it has that many other software organisations don't have. I also use the email options, domain purchasing options and SSL which are all included in the price. Their help desk is very responsive and helpful too if I've got stuck in the past.

The all in one nature of click funnels is probably its biggest draw. Email, landing page creation, cart, etc all under one roof will eliminate the need for (some) business owners to have to find different providers for each.

What do you dislike about the product?
Often times the program is clulcky and unintuitive. It requires great effort to learn all the ins and outs, despite claims about ease of use, and many of the integrations aren't as smooth as claimed. also has limited integration with shopify, despite being a major player with a lot of mutually beneficial possibilities

Be aware of the high cost of use! If investing in click funnels, make sure to milk the possibilities for all they're worth because you're going to spend more per month than other similar programs

Landing pages for e-commerce products are the most common usage for click funnels. There are also ways to connect product inventory, payment processors, and the like, and click funnels could be an all-in-one e-commerce site so long as you have limited inventory or a LOT of time to create pages.

The most helpful things and upsides of using ClickFunnels are as such:- 1) Drag and Drop Builder. 2) Building Funnels is super easy. 3) Easy integration with - Payment Gateway, Email Marketing Tools, and Webinar tools and if something is not directly integrated then we can use Zapier, Make aka Integromat or similar automation tools. 4) Even a non-tech entrepreneur can build their online business in one day ( that is the beauty and simplicity of ClickFunnels) 5) Multiple pre-built Templates are available for customization ( for various businesses). Worth Purchasing the subscription of CliCkfunnels.

The Least helpful things and downsides of using ClickFunnels are as such:- 1) Very costly, not affordable by everyone. 2) The Customer is a little bit late on replying to queries ( but they're trying to improve it). Apart from these two points, I have not found any other problem

If you are a business owner/entrepreneur, freelancer etc. willing to scale your business and don't want to hire big tech companies to build your online presence then Clickfunnel is the best tool to start with. If you are going with ClickFunnels then please go with One Funnel Away Challenge aka OFA Challenge.

I don't give reviews often, but when I do it meant that the company was really AMAZING or not. I have used other platforms in the past..Kajabi--Builderall--Active Campaign--Groove Funnels and others, none of them compare to Clickfunnels, with the all the amazing free trainings in their back office, the amazing support, Russell has done an amazing job, and the people he has are amazing...Working with CF I have built my first funnel within a week, and building others and now starting to build funnels for realtors to help them get buyers, sellers and rental leads...did I already say Click Funnels is amazing...stop wasting your money and trying all these other platforms, believe when I say CF is way ahead of the rest...

What do you like best about the product?
The first thing I noticed about it was the simple approach to building pages. It was a color-coded drag and drop page builder where the elements autofit the page. The second valuable point was the free resources, training, and content available for you to learn about marketing in general. Compared to other page builders, ClickFunnels wasn't necessarily the best one and most feature-rich. I chose it because it was simple to learn, use, and implement.

What do you dislike about the product?
At the time of this review, ClickFunnels is behind in user interface and features available compared to direct competitors in the sales funnel building space. In the basic plan, you need a separate email marketing service, file storage cloud, and each funnel is independent of the others. Which means, the same products cannot be reused in other funnels without re-creating them for that specific funnel. For the cost of the basic plan, other platforms offer much more. Another thing I disliked was the absence of an integrated shopping cart option. Given that there's no free plan, the monthly cost can be expensive for beginners who are starting to learn online marketing concepts and don't have an offer validated.

What do you like best about the product?
We are exploring the concept of sales funnels and conducting several trials. ClickFunnels came well recommended, so we decided to give it a try. The free trial came in very handy. The major attraction of this introduction to sales funnels was the no-tech approach. Beautiful landing pages can be created without the need to involve (and pay to) IT staff, which is great. These pages enable A/B tests and data tracking/conversion reporting to identify roadblocks. Information on Facebook groups is a huge bonus!

What do you dislike about the product?
Assuming I like the tool, the price tag is too high for a small business. Besides, in the scope of a free trial setup, learning was quite complicated. At some point, I thought about giving up as I could not resolve some technical difficulties, like changing the customer email address. I understand that tool is going through growth period, however constant glitches are quite unpleasant.

The tool facilitates the sales funnel by building landing pages from initial introduction to a paid subscription. Though the price tag is quite steep, you can save a lot using WYSIWYG page builder. That, in turn, accelerates A/B testing. You also can integrate with other systems like email.

If you're just new to design or funnels, ClickFunnels makes it incredibly easy to get started. The actual landing page designs are built off of successful campaigns, so you can't go wrong. Where it's lacking is when you want to add onto the design ie adding testimonials, your author section, more benefits, etc. It's not the greatest place for being able to design beautiful things. The functions are basic, glitchy and I feel lacking for the price charged i.e. limited stock image selection. There are better options out there if you have even a little bit of design know how.

Starting with a good template will always save time! The lacking feature is being able to import designed sections if adding onto an existing design ie adding more information to the landing page you started creating.

It is a multi-tool platform - ie., sales/landing pages with A/B testing ability with automated follow-up messaging through email, social, and text. So most of the marketing tools are rolled into one here - Sales + CRM. It is so easy to set up - lots of templates for every possible specific scenario with simple drag & drop editing. So you can create funnels in quick time. You will literally not need any experience - as there are templates & the UI is intuitive - easy to learn & use. Click Funnels is also very versatile - it can be used from lead generation to sales with payment integration. You don't have to be an expert in marketing or funnels as well - the templates & tools tell you what needs to be step by step. ClickFunnels is a sure-shot way to grow your business. There are extensive resources that will teach you everything there is to funnels especially the Russell Brunson videos & webinars.

What do you dislike about the product?
Their sales follow-up for you to sign-up at times is too much & too many. At times the editor can act up a little/awry. At times I have found that there are tech issues especially with integrations and conversion tracking. Especially the recent Facebook Conversion API integration has an issue - if you are an agency - you can't select the one account, it automatically connects all accounts/clients you manage - there is no option to fix this. At times it may be expensive especially when you are a startup & need one tool only from the next level.

It lets me set up funnels very quickly & follow up (CRM like) to convert & retain customers/clients.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy. I don't have to worry or concern myself with technology. Just drag and drop to create a landing page and a couple of clicks to create a new campaign (or duplicate or import an existing campaign)

What do you dislike about the product?
If you're a newbie and you don't have a lot of time, probably not the best choice to start with. But, if (as a newbie) you have time to invest in going through the learning curve, then absolutely begin here. If you're a highly experienced marketer, then this is a no-brainer because Clickfunnels does a lot for you all in this one platform. The time and money saved will become evident very quickly. I'm not a fan of their autoresponder, but they integrate with all the big autoresponders out there.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
They offer a One Funnel Away Challenge - I suggest doing it. It's a great way to begin with Clickfunnels if you have the time. You can learn as you build your first funnel, and there's lots of hand-holding support as you move through the challenge. Join their Facebook group to ask questions - super helpful.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm saving time on setting up and launching multiple funnels across multiple domains. There are definitely cheaper landing page generators out there but Clickfunnels has the support, integration, templates, third-party services, and platform to support my growing business. Again, if you're a newbie with little money/time go the bootstrap way with the cheaper methods, and when you have more knowledge and revenue, transition to Clickfunnels.

ClickFunnels is very easy to learn to use. The elements are drag & drop so you can quickly see how the funnel will look. You don't need to be a web designer or developer to learn to use this. Russell and ClickFunnels made it super easy to learn the basics quickly so you can hit the ground running.

With the ease of use, I'm no longer having to devote time to learning web design or development.

ClickFunnels makes it easy to create a funnel, move elements around and even import existing funnels. I like that it an tie into my Wufoo form and allow people to book appointments after viewing the funnel.

I appreciate that there's an option to freeze the account if needed, but $9.99/month to free is pretty steep for something I can't even use unless I unfreeze — as in, I can't even access my funnel copy while the account is frozen. A lower price point would be helpful, plus the ability to at least view my existing funnels while the account is frozen.

I've created a funnel to be used on Facebook along with an online form and calendar to drive people to book appointments on my calendar. I've been able to book many appointments this way.

I like how easy it is to create sales pages. There are so many different design elements available, fonts, colors and layouts. I like that I can use ClickFunnels to create my sales pages AND my membership sites. It's nice to have them all in one place.

I dislike that there is a limit to how many pages I can create with my level of account and the next level of account is a lot more expensive with a TON more pages available. It would be nice to have more available tiers for different price points and different amounts of pages.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface of drag and drop to do websites and sales funnels. That is great and easy to use!

What do you dislike about the product?
I upgraded to PRO, and the email campaign was not robust. I needed a lot more information on the different paths of how to reach my customers and see at the individual level who opened what emails. I eventually switched out the Email Campaign part. For the amount you pay to go PRO I would have liked to see that part of the product robust. They are working on it, but I can't wait for them to do all that.

I found it easy to do the website and funnels. They have great stats for the funnels piece which is their forte. If you are a product business even better. I would like to see more for those of us with courses.

Russel Brunson will be the name in all future college textbooks of digital marketing. His books are amazing to read, understand and the OFA 30 day challenge takes you a step further to get them implemented. Funnels are the life blood vein for digital marketing.

They are crunching the OFA challenge with so much knowledge-consuming content combining this with a all-hands on deck work regime to get it implemented for a guy with a job. You need to take out 30 days of your life to match up on their speed with very little sleep. Worth-it!

it is easy to learn, build, understand, test, grow and leverage for multiple uses. This is not a product that you need to spend a lot of time training a team or your set number of users, it is plug and play, and you can begin right away.

There is a bit of oddness to the naming of certain features and additional functions that take away from the look, feel, and function of the tool for the sake of branding. Could reduce that and focus on better function instead of branding polish.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to create the different elements on the page when creating a website. All the pieces are there so it's literally drag, drop and edit. There is also added flexibility to really customize your site, integration with other platforms to really streamline the client process. I spent $100 learning the program through the One Funnel Away Challenge and have made thousands from that knowledge since. Love this platform!

When I want to do something specific, it's not always very easy to find the correct support page that explains the process. I do eventually get there, but sometimes in a roundabout way. Live support isn't very available.

What do you like best about the product?
They really were "born and bred" in the internet marketing space and geared towards conversion. They definitely have some slick features and functions that help you get opt ins and sales that are better than other landing page builders on the market.

What do you dislike about the product?
The main compliants are that sometimes Clickfunnels pages are too 'heavy' and have bad load times. Their support has gotten better over the years and they've invested a lot to improve the product so a lot of old issues are no longer still true but load time remains an issue.

Ability to create landing pages and funnels without needing to hire a designer or developer for the web. We don't have those skills in house so the ability to create well designed pages quickly and able to edit, iterate, etc on them is valuable and worth the cost (usually)

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is all the knowledge about Digital Marketing that Russell Brunson and all the team could systematize and teach so elegantly. That's the best from Clickfunnels. The software's a plus, you can even use other software, but you have to be inside the Clickfunnels community because you will find some of the best Funnel Builders, Copywriters, Strategists, and more. That's not the only place to learn better than any Marketing University, but a community to help you achieve your dreams. The best feature I could say it's the possibility of cloning your funnel and send to whatever you want. And not only that, you can even gain some money with affiliate commissions.

What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is that some tech stuff isn't great. Like when I was trying to get more than 90k leads from a funnel, it took us more than four months to get all the leads from the system. I think it was a problem with their database; now it's solved, I guess. Another annoying thing is when you want to put a tracking code inside all your funnels; you can't do that using an account option; you need to copy and paste your tracking code on each funnel. Sometimes I have to do that for more than 30 funnels.

We use it for getting leads, a/b testing, and improve our performance. The main benefit it does not have to deal with plugins and other stuff, but it can be viewed as a weakness, too, depending on your point of view.

With ClickFunnels, the process of creating a sales funnel is easier with this software. I have used ClickFunnels for almost 4 years now and will continue to use it in the future. What do you like best about the product?
Clickfunnels is great at giving us the chance to create an unlimited amount of landing pages. This provides us with the ability to be able to track at a much finer level our contacts flows when we can send out different links to different pages and know exactly where they came into our stream at. I also greatly enjoy the ability to share funnels with others. It makes it a lot easier than starting from a blank slate each time. Their domain management is also top-notch. We constantly use the ability to set up forwards to keep our links clean but sometimes have to send someone to a path outside of a ClickFunnels page. All around, it has been an excellent tool for our e-commerce business.

What do you dislike about the product?
When I need to export a list, it can just sit there loading with no results. When I am working on/building a page only to realize it's created in the wrong page type, it's frustrating that I cannot change the page type but have to start building a whole new funnel page.

Dante is knowledgeable and patient in his technical support session. Took a week trying to figure out what's wrong but with his guidance, it took minutes and we are done with it. His sharing on getting the technical aspect and strategies on the OFA helps me a lot. Without his help, I might have quit as a result of frustration over settings. The funnel needs a bit of time learning but it's amazing how it links steps together creating a loop or sequence easily.

The timing for the OFA is done midnight my time, luckily tech support is still a time I can get on. The platform is amazing but needs a bit of time to learn the hang of it. If one were to be left alone might not be able to handle it.

What do you like best about the product?
all of the different amazing tips and wizards on how to do things without tearing your hair out. As matter of fact, some of the tips Russel gave away for free...just like that...made me go 'seriously?' It shows he is truly in this to make others succeed. Unlike your usual marketer who just wants simply to make his truckloads of money and just scram - with no thought to whether what he sold benefited his customers or not. I absolutely love that about clickfunnels, Russel and his team.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint I would have is the amount of info/emails I received at the beginning. For someone who was completely new at the whole clickfunnels thing, it made me panic. I think at the beginning, less should actually be more - to help the customer properly get used to the entire concept.

I have so many ideas and for a long time trying to sort them out was like looking for a single tree in a forest full of thousands of trees. Needless to say, that did not create any confidence that I would ever actually be financially abundant and balanced. But with clickfunnels, I actually now believe that I can be - 95 percent! For someone who started with as little as 25 per cent not sure of that, that is saying something indeed! I can't wait to see what 2021 will birth as a result.

Two key things I liked the best. First the overall process of how they walk us through the pre-training, then Offer, Story, funnel and traffic. Second, I loved the multiple perspectives between Russel, Julie, Jim, and Stephen. Each brings an amazing perspective on the topic at hand.

This ran from 11/30/20 through 1/3/21 and I did not like that the Stephen calls were all pre-recorded. It would have been nice to interact directly with Stephen. The calls were still very good, but it felt more canned than a true relationship-building event.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to understand the videos for troubleshooting technical problems and the fact that they have videos for the sites they connect to. Technical support like this is invalueable and you can't find that in to many places.

What do you dislike about the product?
If I find something I will let you know. But if I had to say anything I would say that I wish the theme settings were a little more user-friendly, meaning sometimes I can be too much of a control freak and would like to be able to design my sites a certain way. Like putting a logo on the side of the header. If this is already possible and I just have not figured it out I apologize. I love Clickfunnels!!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have realized that Clikcfunnels really cares about its people and has made it easy for everyone to get the technical support they need without having to wait on the phone or have a confusing conversation trying to explain what their problem is.

What do you like best about the product?
Clickfunnels is pretty much a one stop package. The editor is super easy to use. It creates beautiful sales funnels and I love the membership area.

What do you dislike about the product?
AT first, it seems like the price is high, but when you add up all of the tools you have to purchase separately with other platforms, then Clickfunnels pricing is right on the money.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The membership funnel is awesome. It has all of the features I need for setting up online courses. I've used many other platforms before. With WordPress, I had to purchase an endless list of plugins and features for setting up courses , membership features, and restricting content. CF has it all figured out.

What do you like best about the product?
I didn't think I'd ever be able to figure this stuff out. I've gotten lost in InfusionSoft so many times and it just does part of what ClickFunnels does.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's weird to say, but I'm a little overwhelmed with all of the extras that come with ClickFunnels. I'm so used to being nickeled and dimed by SaaS products. ClickFunnels feels like a completely different kind of MVP, not a Minimum Viable Product, a Maximum Viable Product.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Let's see... I don't need Shopify for my ecomm platform, anymore. I don't need InfusionSoft for my follow-up email campaigns, anymore. I don't need a separate platform for webinars, anymore (at least not for prerecorded ones). I don't need an overpriced, underdelivering course on how to build an online business, anymore. I'm currently a bit overwhelmed with all I'm learning from ClickFunnels about how to do that and it's all included with my subscription. Does that cover enough? Oh, well, how about the fact that it's all integrated into one platform so I don't need to log in to multiple different platforms to piece together everything ClickFunnels does all in one place. There. That oughta be enough.

What do you like best about the product?
The video tutorials and other available resources have been amazing. The step-by-step instructions have been so valuable to me! I enjoy the Funnel Fridays and Virtual Hackathons. There is such an upbeat and fun learning environment that it is addictive. I'm currently participating in the OFA Challenge and the thought process for the marketing piece is fascinating and extremely important to understand.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is so much information to absorb that it is easy to get overwhelmed. I tend to want to do everything and it would help if there were a clear priority for learning. I do recognize that some of the training needs to be simultaneous.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now, I'm still in the setting up stage but I can see that I will be able to get my business moving forward. I am putting together some income streams while I continue to build out my consulting business and materials.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use and extremely user friendly . The support team response is quick, concise, helpful and friendly . There are lots of learning opportunities provided through videos and Russell's books. The company culture is all about empowering the users, making it simpler for us to understand, apply and implement all steps of the process . There are multiple options and templates for many varied types of businesses .

What do you dislike about the product?
The 14 day free trial that is offered to new subscribers of the service may not be enough for a newbie trying to learn on their own, though it could be plenty if the user is willing to spend more hours and learn from those who have done it before through proper channels .

Clickfunnels is THE tool needed for any business today to increase sales and exposure while maintaining simplicity for the end user!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a concise "one stop shop" to help promote my business or any other business, in fact . It will allow to expand my new online business and also increase sales on other, already existing businesses of mine . A new opportunity for consulting with other companies and business utilising what I learn going through this process myself will be very valuable as well .

What do you like best about the product?
I love how much content you get with CF and am so thankful for buying a bundle. Traffic Secrets, Funnel Builder, Funnel Scripts, and MORE all for a great price with an unbelievable amount of VALUE.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to come up with something that I 'dislike' about ClickFunnels... Should I be mad that they give me so much content and information to succeed? Should I be upset with the free onboarding call and amazing customer service? I'm officially a #funnelhacker

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm only a few days in with ClickFunnels and the OFA Challenge, but I can already see the amount of STRESS disappearing from my worried business mind. Knowing what I can and HOW to offer customers insane amounts of value is an incredible asset and something that I've been loving to learn.
