when we brainstorm about our website, ABtasty helps us to use this idea effectively and see the result before developing any permanent changes on our website. and It is really helpful to attract managers' attention when we test your idea before and we have a result about the performance.

Personally, I like all the features but It would be better if it has a button for copying the style of the section to another section so you don't have to duplicate the whole section. or maybe it already has and I didn't find it yet.

What do you like best about the product?
AB Tasty is a great tool that enables you to create experiments of all complexity. The editor is great for handling simple changes, and the ability to use custom JS and widgets expanded the capabilities. The server side flagship tool is a bit further behind the client side tool in terms of reporting, but nonetheless has what we need to experiment server side. CSM & technical support is great, and overall the package is very well priced compared to competitors.

What do you dislike about the product?
The editor can be difficult with our website, as we have quite a unique customer flow that relies on unique cookies and various SPAs linking together. The issues don't usually block us, but we sometimes have to find workarounds to make it work.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Experiment with features to decrease risk, and enable use to optimize our customer journeys. We are also able to link up other software packages to create testable MVPs to inform future development.

What do you like best about the product?
The product is easy to use and allows me to generate tests quickly and efficiently. Although I would never use the visual editor in other tools due to issues it would cause, in ABtasty I have found this to be much more robust when building tests myself. The support has been excellent when we rarely had issues, and the team is quick to solve any concerns. I look forward to our continued partnership with ABtasty.

The only issues I have had with this tool are a bit of lag with the QA process. Although the team have been very responsive in helping me with this issue.

AB Tasty and flagship are helping us with a wide range of use cases across the business. Our primary use case for the tool is to optimise the critical user journeys, to which ABtasty adds much value. We have also found use in feature management and patching which can help us save on dev resource.

What do you like best about the product?
L'outil comporte de nombreux widgets et nécessite peu de connaissances en codage (html, css ou javascript). Il est ainsi plutôt facile de paramétrer un test (sous résérve que son site web soit à jour et ait une structure de code cohérente !). La formation et l'accompagnement dispensés par les équipes AB Tasty sont plutôt complets. le chargé de compte donne régulièrement des idées de tests et est de bon conseil sur l'analyse des résultats et leur interprétation.

Il est dommage que le support ne fonctionne qu'avec un chat. Je pense qu'il serait souvent plus facile et plus rapide de régler certains soucis avec un appel ou un partage d'écran qu'avec un chat et des vidéos Loom... Néanmoins l'équipe du support est très sympathique et super compétente ! D'autre part, je rentre souvent des problèmes pour paramétrer mes tests, mais ils sont le plus souvent liés à mon site web. Il faudrait peut-être le préciser les liens Structure du site web - Fonctionnement d'AB Tasty aux clients dès le début !

What do you like best about the product?
There is a lot of flexibility within the platform. You can either set up quick tests with very little knowledge of HTML / CSS, or you can find ways of setting up far more complex tests with the use of Javascript and other options. The reporting aspect is great too. The ability to filter results and cut the numbers in certain ways really helps us to understand the user's behaviour. This is supported by having the ability to pull in purchase information via our data layer.

What do you dislike about the product?
One of the key items missing is a currency conversion on the reporting. Our website allows customers to purchase with most currencies, but all the purchase data is displayed as a single currency with no form of conversion. That means the revenue data is unusable as a ¥100,000 purchase will show as £100,000, which can obviously skew results.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides data that gives us confidence in the CRO changes we are making to the website. It also allows us to patch in changes, which helps us avoid using up valuable developer resource for smaller tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is very good and is simple to create personalisation and set up tests. Whenever I haven't been able to create a personalisation myself, our account mangers (Gurleen and Ganesh) have been able to have these created by their team. In regard to ideas and strategy, Gurleen and Ganesh have been fantastic and have provided some great ideas based on their past experiences.

What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't found anything about AB Tasty that I dislike. I was previously using Google Optimize, and this is a definite upgrade. I look forward to getting more out of the tool in the future.

Allowing us to carry out A/B testing on our website, measuring a number of different metrics in order to determine which version yields better performance once it has reached statistical significance This has benefitted us by meaning that we no longer need to guess what the best solution is, but we can test and find out.

What do you like best about the product?
Firstly the support we receive is unparalled! Elisa is an amazing resource and is always very prompt with helping us resolve our issues. It is quite rare to get this level of service from providers. Secondly AB Tasty has both not only streamlined how we approach testing but also supports us with crucial and immediate website patches. The interface is easy to use - it would definitely help to be able to create campaigns via custom code but this isn't always necessary with the number of widgets available + how easy it is to manipulate content.

What do you dislike about the product?
The widgets can sometimes be buggy for our use cases. I accept that not everything will work for every use case but I do often get jealous of what my counterparts are able to achieve via widgets offered by other providers. That said I am really reaching to find any negatives - anything we can't use out of the box we can build. I appreciate that.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us push out crucial website patches which would normally take a while if we have to wait for a deployment date. We are also able to test optimisation hypothesis to justify investing in site improvement initiatives. We also use it to delay the launch of new features (i.e. hide things) where there isn't a toggle to switch things off - this is very important as we can't always go live once a featured is deployed (taking into consideration market events etc).

Love how easy the tool is to use. Can easily create real time experiences as set up is really quick. AB Tasty team constantly improving the platform based on customers feedback. It's great to see a company listening to the customers opinion. Great library of widgets.

I wish they offered a more dedicated support. I think it would be great if they offered immediate support sometimes you may require more urgent support but the SLA I feel is too long. It would be great if they offered this option even if there was an extra charge I think a lot of companies would prefer this especially if you don't have your own in house dev capability.

L'interface dans l'éditeur visuel n'est pas très intuitive. Pour créer différents "onglets" dans des multi, il faut à chaque fois rentrer dans l'onglet en question (si on souhaite changer son nom ou juste le supprimer) et le chargement est plutôt long... ça fait perdre beaucoup de temps.

There is so much that can be done with this platform. The visual editor is easy to use, and the CSMs are incredibly helpful, experienced & proactive. AB Tasty's developers are well-equipped to deliver campaigns of great complexity, and the team is as results-driven as our business.

The visual editor works well for users with little HTML & CSS experience, but sometimes can't address specific modifications. However, the CSMs are always available for quick fixes.

The first element is the ease of use: it is really simple to use this tool to create A/B tests, customizations... but also to analyze them. The widgets available in the platform also help to communicate, improve the performance of websites (countdowns, banners...) It is very simple to test elements of a page, but advanced knowledge of development code may be required in order to put more complicated tests online, but this only keeps a small percentage of the tests.

Perfect to quickly try out some designs and optimizations on your website and see how your users are reacting to it. The team is also lovely and full of insights and examples to guide you whenever needed. I was also able to get the hang of the tool quite rapidly on my first go, even then, I still learn about new tidbits that can come in quite practical in the future;

The visual interface isn't perfect. You often get items not acting exactly as you want them to/expect. Thankfully I have the skills to edit the code when needed directly, but for some of my colleagues, it can be a challenge to setup a test perfectly.

We don't always have the resources to run user tests directly, as our team is quite small, but using AB Tasty, we're able to still collect enough data to confirm or reject theories about some UX or UI improvement we'd like to make.

What do you like best about the product?
During the whole process of A/B testing (road-map, brief, development and results), the AB tasty team is really supportive and helpful. All my questions & issues were answered & fixed very quickly. The platform is really intuitive and user-friendly. You can manage your campaigns very easily (edit, pause, play, reports and so on). You can do a lot of things with the plugins and also better understand your users with the Heatmap, NPS tool and the session recording. The platform is also constantly evolving with new features which shows that AB tasty does not rest on one's laurels. Other thing I like : The fact that we can launch A/B test through the WYSIWYG editor and without any intervention from IT.

What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that you need to clear your cookie, stop and re-launch the test if you want to QA your different variations. Except that, we are really satisfied about AB tasty.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about AB Tasty is the support; they are always here to help and make your idea come true. Honestly, without them, I would be lost. The possibilitiés are infinite; almost anything is possible. There's also a lot of documentation which is very useful. So a warm thanks to the AB tasty team :)

What do you dislike about the product?
Like almost every powerful tool, it's not friendly to use at all... Even if the visual editor WYSIWYG is quite simple, you can't do much only with this option. You must code or have a dev front with you for better results. And sometimes, when a dev front is unavailable, it's not very handy. I wish that there were more options without coding, maybe more widgets. Some features are not very affordable, like QA>Live, "recent changes", you must dig in the tool to understand, some wordings are difficult to understand.

I can precisely target the people I need to reach with segments, especially with a massive audience like ours (2M visitors per month). Our experience using AB Tasty's server-side solution Flagship has been overwhelmingly positive. Flagship is a great tool for businesses looking to optimize their website or mobile app experiences. It enables businesses to conduct A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalization campaigns without the constraints of client-side testing, such as JavaScript compatibility or page load times.

What do you dislike about the product?
We did encounter some challenges. The main downside of Flagship is the learning curve associated with implementing and managing tests on the server-side. This may be a barrier for businesses without technical expertise or those new to server-side testing.

It's very advanced, we can make changes to dynamic elements using Javascript, so much easier than the way we used to have to set up tests on GO.

The three most helpful things about AB Tasty are the Customer Success Agents, the built-in widgets, and the ease of use. The AB Tasty customer success team is unparalleled to any other third-party platform I have used in my e-commerce career. On top of the bi-weekly meetings with our Customer Success Agent, she is always just an email away if I add a last-minute test or personalization and need guidance.

There are times when two tests or personalizations overlap. I wish AB Tasty had a notification or warning for these situations in QA mode. I saw an update to the personalization section of AB Tasty this week, where we can prioritize which tests to show to customers. I need to look into this new feature to see if that solves the issue.
