This notice describes the Privacy Policy of the SquareStack website, email messaging and its SaaS platform service, as it pertains to the services it offers to its channel partners and their customers as well as SquareStack’s own direct subscribers. We may from time-to-time revise this privacy policy, and the date of last revision will be available at the top of every published policy, so please be sure to check back periodically. By using SquareStack’s services via our Partners or direct from us, you are acknowledging and accepting this Privacy Policy. Your continued use of our Services and websites, and our Partners’ as part of their Customer and Membership requirements, after changes have been posted to the Privacy Policy, will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
IN ORDER TO BECOME A USER OF THE SQUARESTACK PLATFORM, A USER MUST CHECK and ACCEPT THE PRIVACY POLICY WHICH WILL INCLUDE:
– What information we collect: SquareStack and our Partners may ask for and collect from you personally identifiable and other information at certain points throughout the Website and platform. Depending on the information and/or services you request, you may be asked to provide your name, address, telephone number, email address, industry and size or your organization.

What does SquareStack store?
We locally store any profile information that you provide, such as name and address.
We do not store any of the credentials that are entered into our system. Bank credentials and security answers are passed directly to your financial institution through the Plaid API. Only access and identity tokens are stored, which are isolated and encrypted.

Single sign-on credentials that you provide to us are end-to-end encrypted and send to an off-site identity data store. No credentials are stored in SquareStack.
